Análise: I have been waiting almost 2 years for a replacement pool card - every year they tell me they can do nothing whilst the pool is closed so i have to go at the most expensive time of year (when the pool is open) and they promise they will send to the concierge the new card. they do not do it! They promise me they will call me - they do not. When I complain I have to send an email. They have my money - I have no pool card. Incredibly bad!!!! Leia mais
