Análise: I had to cancel my booking for later in 2019 here in Early December and it took the hotel 2 months to refund my deposit. Completely unacceptable, they also lied to me saying they were unable to refund my credit card and asked for my bank details, which i refused to supply.Finally after much hassle they have refunded my credit card so WARNING: Don't book if you might cancel.
