Análise: Spending time here was so nourishing for all my bodies. The clean air, the blue sky, the brilliant sun, the trees and bushes and weeds, the cool ponds, the chickens and sheep, the great vegetarian food. I am so glad I got to spend a week at Vale da Lama.
