Análise: I booked an automatic car one month ago at Peniche location. I particularly requested for the car to be ready by 9:30 am the latest. It's 11:30 and I am still waiting for the car to be brought from Caldas location. This is the second time they delay my booking. The staff in Peniche have no control over the main office in Caldas and they are very professional and honest people.
