Análise: This is a place where not the customer but the clerk comes first. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever seen across the world. Clerks leave their work stations when there's a long line of waiting customers instead of attending to them, they take personal phone calls when attending a customer, they chat with each other completely disregarding their customer.
