This is a place where not the customer but the clerk comes first. Absolutely worst customer service I've ever seen across the world. Clerks leave their work stations when there's a long line of waiting customers instead of attending to them, they take personal phone calls when attending a customer, they chat with each other completely disregarding their customer. The whole team is in some serious need of customer service and communication training. They say Millenium is the number 1 bank in Portugal - all of us who have to go there on regular basis can just wish that was true from the customer's point of view.

é de lamentar o tempo de espera. preciso de me deslocar frequentemente a esta instituição e demoro sempre muito tempo. os funcionários não parecem se importar muito com a situação, nem mostram qualquer tipo de esforço para diminuir o tempo de espera. quem tem apenas a hora de almoço para ir lá, chego sempre atrasada ao trabalho. é revoltante.

A escadaria não facilita a entrada de deficientes motores ou de carrinhos para bebés.
