Análise: The service is horrible. First of all, the employee was walking throug the street and made me to wait for 30 minutes in the Office alone (very rude as it was opened and he saw me there). They didn' prepare our reservation even we have already pre paid for it. Due to this, they gave us a very dirty car with no petrol at all. Please, don't rent a car with them!
