Análise: Absolutely the worst airline - and I travel a lot. They cancelled a flight recently, and now illegally refuse to refund the flight, offering only a voucher (which is in contravention of EU laws). When attempts were made to rectify the situation with the airline, there was no manager to speak to, and the call center was unwilling to forward the matter to superiors, only repeating the voucher-only refund policy (changed after ticket was bought).
