Absolutely the worst airline - and I travel a lot. They cancelled a flight recently, and now illegally refuse to refund the flight, offering only a voucher (which is in contravention of EU laws). When attempts were made to rectify the situation with the airline, there was no manager to speak to, and the call center was unwilling to forward the matter to superiors, only repeating the voucher-only refund policy (changed after ticket was bought). Just terrible. Dont fly with them if you have any other option.

TAP no seu melhor. Atraso de 1h por problema técnico. Até aqui ok. Alteram a porta de embarque e não avisam... aliás enviam a porta inicial por mensagem pouco tempo antes do voo. Assume se por isso q seria esta. Depois se passamos as primeiras portas estaríamos lá... mas nem chamaram (disseram q não está no Protocolo...). Mais arranjaram-nos uma alternativa pois assumiram o erro...só q uma seria amanhã à mm h ( sem os atrasos de hj) e a outra seria por Helsínquia dada a urgência! Enfim...

Depois de um atraso de 1 hora numa partida para Praga, alteraram a porta de embarque e enviaram a porta errada por SMS. Conclusão, perdemos o voo e o melhor que conseguiram foi meter-nos num voo 12 horas depois com escala em Helsinquia. Terrivel esta TAP. No balcão de "apoio" ao cliente haviam 6 balcões e apenas um estava em funcionamento. TAP a piorar de ano para ano.

Meus pais esqueceram a mala de mão em uma aeronave do Brasil para Lisboa, me passaram um nº de telefone de Guarulhos, onde eles teriam como me ajudar. Liguei e simplesmente mandaram eu ligar no aeroporto de Lisboa. Como se fosse fácil... mandei um email e também não responderam. Será que alguém da empresa pode me auxiliar? Agradecida!

After waiting 6 hours to get a new flight after ours was cancelled we needed to get a hotel but they refused to help us. We had to spend 300 dollars of our own money and when we asked to be reimbursed via customer service they didn’t respond.

Que desastre , no me dejaron subir al avión ni me dijeron porqué , me madaron a reclamaciones y en reclamaciones me dijeron que tenia que haber puesto la reclamacion en la misma puerta de embarque . Volo di andata FCO-LIS...partito in ritardo di 45 minuti ed arrivato con 40 minuti di ritardo (3 ore di volo); assistenza con gli SMS davvero molto buona, avvisavano sempre degli aggiornamenti; l'automobile A319 era con seduta ampia, ma scomodo perché non reclinabile; un buon spuntino incluso; bagaglio a mano da 8 kg 55x40x20 + borsa da 2 kg 30x40x10 (un pò striminziti per un viaggio 9gg). Volo di ritorno LIS-FCO...UN INCUBO...imbarco dei "bagagli a mano regolari", a campione, dopo aver passato l'imbarco ai soli clienti. Aereo sporco con sedili incrostati, disinfestazione fatta con i passeggeri seduti; quindi a rischio che qualcuno allergico o suscettibile di panico potesse sentirsi male e compromettere il volo. Decollo con un ritardo di 45 minuti ed attesa in pista con aereo già caricato, una SAUNA.

Un abuso con las maletas de mano. Con técnicas de matonismo te facturan la maleta de mano de cualquier tamaño sin comprobaciones. No volveré a usar Tap por mentirosos y abusones La maleta cabía de sobra en su cajita de cartón y en el avión había hueco de sobra también. Me dijeron que si no facturaba la maleta no embarcaría por ser una pieza de mano demasiado grande. Puedo entender que si no caben todas se facturen algunas pero no era el caso.

Was ist mit TAP Portugal passiert? DIESE FLUGGESELLSCHAFT ZEIGT GEGENÜBER IHREN KUNDEN EINE UNERTRÄGLICHE ARROGANZ UND RUINIERT DAMIT IHREN FRÜHER GAR NICHT SO SCHLECHTEN RUF! Wir sind vor mehr als zwei Monaten mit TAP von Funchal über Lissabon nach Stuttgart geflogen. Dabei wurden die beiden aufgegebenen Koffer beschädigt, einer davon irreparabel. Die Schäden wurden mit mehreren Fotos dokumentiert und umgehend via Kontaktformular gemeldet. Der Status der Beschwerde blieb von Anfang an bis heute unverändert: „Wir haben Ihre Beschwerde erhalten. Wir bedauern, dass wir Sie nicht erreichen konnten.“ Das ist eine glatte Lüge, denn tatsächlich hat man über zwei Monate lang gar nicht versucht, uns zu erreichen! Im Verlauf haben wir dann noch das Social-Media-Team kontaktiert; von diesem gab es nur blumige Worte, aber auch keine Taten. DIE METHODE IST ALSO, WIE MAN IN DIVERSEN PORTALEN VON VIELEN ANDEREN GESCHÄDIGTEN PASSAGIEREN AUCH LESEN KANN, DASS DIE BESCHWERDE EINFACH GAR NICHT BEARBEITET WIRD. Eine Methode, die man fast schon als kriminell bezeichnen könnte. Und der Passagier kann sich in der Zwischenzeit für die nächste Reise gerne schon einmal neue Koffer kaufen… Wer mit TAP fliegt, braucht also im Problemfall gute Nerven, einen guten Rechtsschutz oder zumindest die Hilfe der Schlichtungsstelle. Daher beschreiten wir nun den Rechtsweg, alles andere versteht TAP offensichtlich nicht. Wir reisen sehr gerne nach Portugal, werden die dafür notwendigen Flüge aber AUF KEINEN FALL wieder bei TAP buchen! Diese Fluggesellschaft hat unser Vertrauen verspielt.

Es la primera vez que volamos con TAP y la experiencia es muy positiva. En vuelos de corta distancia tienen un detalle de aperitivo muy bueno, queso, galleta y frutos secos además de una bebida, la verdad es que se agradece. Destacar la limpieza del avión y sobre todo el personal de cabina es muy amable, he de mencionar especialmente a Katia que ha sido estupenda con nosotros. Recomiendo esta compañía.

Me parece increible que en un vuelo de 8 horas la distancia entre el asiento y el asiento de delante sea de 23cm. Es ridículo que la gente tenga que ir metida a presion en sus asientos, si al menos el precio fuera acorde con las características del viaje se podria entender, pero para nada resulta barato para viajar de esta manera. He visto animales que viajan en mejores condiciones. También comentar que la app de la compañía funciona fatal. No recomendaría esta compañía a nadie en absoluto, de hecho es la peor compañía en la que he viajado, y no viajo poco.

Hyvin lenti Helsinki-Lissabon! Hyvä palvelu! Hyvät Airbussit! Pari viikkoa myöhemmin Madeiralle koneen vaihto, rikki, tunti myöhässä, mutta hyvä näin. Madeiralta-Malagaan meno, TAP pyytää enemmän, kuin välittäjät, kuitenkin lennetään TAP:lla. Lissabon-Malaga väli mentiin ATR- ropellikoneella, mutta hyvää kyytiä silti!

De los tres vuelos que he tomado con TAP, en uno casi pierdo la escala y otro ha sido un completo desastre. Todas las veces que he volado ha sido con escala en Lisboa. La última vez fue en julio de 2018. En resumen, el vuelo (20.07.2018) llego una hora y diez minutos más tarde y perdíamos la conexión a Madrid. Por lo que se nos obligó a tomar un vuelo el día siguiente (21.07.2018) a las 6 de la mañana, que a la mañana siguiente fue cancelado y nos lo cambiaron por otro que salía ese mismo día a las 18 de la tarde. Después de reclamar en el servicio a tierra del aeropuerto se me otorgó un vuelo alternativo. Desde entonces llevo esperando la indemnización que me tienen que dar. He intentado hablar durante varios veces con ellos pero no hay caso.

Um aterrorisante vôo noturno para Lisboa de São Paulo É incrível a forma horrorosa como a TAP trata os seus clientes brasileiros. Na última terça-feira vim de São Paulo para Lisboa no vão das 2h da manhã e o tratamento dispensado pela TAP foi simplesmente injustificável. Começando com a compra do bilhete em que por tratar-se de um site brasileiro não estava aceitando cartões internacionais, contactei a TAP e o primeiro atendente disse-me que a reserva já estava feita e que deveria aguardar 24 horas para receber o número do bilhete eletrónico o que não aconteceu e quando retornei a ligação para saber o que tinha acontecido, a cada atendente que eu falava dava-me uma resposta diferente: - “A reserva está feita senhora mas precisamos de um número de CPF.”; -“Houve um erro com o cartão, vamos tentar novamente neste momento e em 30 minutos estará recebendo o número do bilhete eletrónico.”( Não aconteceu.) -“Não existe mais reserva pois passou o prazo das 24 horas, vou lhe transferir para o meu supervisor.” -“A reserva não existe mais pois passou o prazo de 6 horas, e agora somente fazendo uma nova reserva com um novo preço de tarifa.” Final dessa novela fiz a maldita reserva paguei bem caro para a classe económica e na hora do check in se eu quisesse sentar ao lado do meu noivo teria que pagar em média 150 reais para reservar qualquer assento. Na hora de embarcar outro pesadelo, antes, como muitos, tentei mudar meus assentos mais sem sucesso pois, supostamente o voo estava lotado, o que não passava de outra mentira porém essa foi a única mentira que nos ajudou a ter um voo melhor pois viemos sentados um ao lado do outro sem ter que pagar quase 300 reais para pagar pelo lugar na hora do check in. Pra começar o avião deveria ser dos anos 80, as telas da televisão eram do tamanho de um Gameboy, a limpeza que fizeram no avião foi “meia-boca”, encontrei um saco de vômito usado e ainda húmido naquele bolso que fica em frente ao meu assento. Não acreditei e pedi para a atendente se ela poderia tirar aquilo dali, ela disse que eu deveria esperar quando eles servissem o jantar e depois quando fossem recolher o lixo eles tiravam. Em meio a tanta frustração, pensei comigo: “Vou assistir um filme que passa mais rápido o tempo.” PENSEI ERRADO! Tinha um canal de filme naquela mini telinha de TV, com a pior imagem possível e sem grandes outras opções. Notícias, documentários e depois uma infinidade de canais inexistentes. Em resumo, foi uma terrível experiência voar com a TAP Portugal. Honestamente não acho que uma passagem pelo preço de quase R$6.000,00 não vale o tratamento recebido por essa companhia aérea. Eles tratam os seus clientes da sua maior ex colónia como índios mas nos fazem pagar como se europeus fôssemos. Um voo de quase 10 horas de duração, foi uma tortura fazer essa viagem!

I flew a couple of times with Tap Air Portugal, both Continental and Intercontinental flights. Planes are not bad overall even in economy class, food is ok and hostesses and stewards are very helpful. The bad side of the company is the customer service (according with my experience, completely inefficient and arrogant). Regarding flights; everything went smoothly except on my last one, where we run out of fuel and had to land in the closest airport and wait there. No discounts reimbursements have been issued for this disservice.

ATTENTION personnel à l'écoute mais Compagnie totalement désorganisée, plus d'un vol sur 2 retardés ou annulés. Pour ma part 2 jours bloqué (20 personnes) à Lisbonne sur une correspondance TAP TAP alors que le 2em vol avait aussi en retard et que l'on l'a vu partir 1H30 aprés notre arrivée à Lisbonne. Sur le retour aussi du retard et pour certains le vol annulé avec proposition de vol le lendemain. Malheureusement pas trop de choix pour aller au Cap vert. Compagnie à éviter si possible. Depuis j'ai discuté avec des gros utilisateurs d'avion. Le surnom pour TAP est TAKE OTHER PLANE Il ne sert à rien de déposer une réclamation sur leur site comme ils le préconisent. Dossier en attente pendants plus de 6 mois puis, dossier inexistant. Je conseille de ne pas perdre de temps et passer de suite par un recours juridique officiel. Sur le retour aussi du retard et pour certains le vol annulé avec proposition de vol le lendemain. Malheureusement pas trop de choix pour aller au Cap vert. Compagnie à éviter si possible.

Barrados na porta de embarque, faltavam 20min para o avião descolar para um voo dentro da UE. Depois disso recebi uma mensagem a dizer que o voo estava atrasado 30 minutos e, mesmo assim, ficámos em terra. 5 passageiros perderam um voo europeu sem qualquer aviso prévio. Será possível a TAP estar a oferecer serviços e atendimento ao cliente piores do que várias companhias low cost? Pelo que estou a ver dos comentários recentes é uma pena...

I'm avoiding this company at all cost. Expensive, not reliable, always late and no client support at all. Half year has passed since my flight to Funchal was canceled, and even after filling in all the documents for covering my extra expenses, I didn't received a single email (beside the automatic ones). Rather prefer spend some extra euros than seating on those planes again. I still remember when TAP was very good...that was a longggggg time ago.

The worst airline company, they offer a terrible service. I will never fly with them and I will never recommend this company. Any other airline is much better, even the low cost airlines. This is what happened: in summer 2018 I bought both ways tickets for Christmas from Hamburg to Vigo (Spain) flying through Lisbon. Two months later I realized that the flight from Lisbon to Vigo was cancelled, as this flight only operates during summer (although they offered it for winter in their website) therefore I cannot flight to Vigo. They weren't able to send me any email, I just realized because in checked my flight in their website. Then I decided to cancel the flight, as the option offered to me didn't suit me well (more than 12 hours travelling). The 23th October I did a request for a refund, in the website is stated that they will give the money back in seven days but I didn't receive yet any transfer in my bank account. I have been checking in the website the status of my request for a month and they always said that the case it's been studied. Suddenly at the beginning of December that changes and they said that the refund has been done but that isn't true, as today I still don't have my money back. I did then a reclamation asking to which bank account the transferred the money, but after a week I still do not have any answer to that. I have called them several times but I have never received any solution to my problem, they just say me that I have to talk with a different department. Every time I call them it costs money a the call center is placed in Portugal and they take their time to answer the calls. To sum up, Portugal Airlines is a terrible company with an awfull customer service. Any other company is much more reliable, even the low cost ones.

Eigentlich ein sehr gute Fluggesellschaft. Negativ: - Im Flieger wird nur Englisch und Portugiesisch gesprochen. Wäre bei wichtigen durchsagen, wie Anschlussflug ist weg, schön, wenn es auch auf Französisch und Deutsch gemacht wird und wo man sich am Flughafen hinwenden soll. - lange Bustransferzeit innerhalb vom Flughafen - teilweise überfordertes Bodenpersonal Positiv: - Im Flieger freundliches Personal die auch auf wünsche eingehen - Getränke werden gereicht, sogar Essen gibt es. Alles ohne Extrakosten - Bei Flugausfall bzw. Anschlussflug war weg, eine sehr schnelle, freundliche und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Wir haben von der freundlichen Dame sämtliche Tickets erhalten, also Taxi-,Hotel- u. Flugticket, mit einer sehr guten Erklärung des weiteren Ablaufes.

Egy majdnem fapados légitársaság. Szétültetéssel, tülekedéssel, rossz tájékoztatással, a szabványos kabin poggyászosok szívatásával. Elvileg 1 poggyászt lehetett felvinni, de akinek kabin bőröndje volt az csak utoljára szállhatott fel. Dobbal, gitárral, hatalmas hátizsákkal és ezek variációjával be lehetett szállni akár 3 darabbal is. Persze a táblákat elfelejtették kitenni, hogy melyik sorba kell állni a kabin bőrönddel. A on-line becsekkolt jegyemet közvetlenül a beszállás előtt elvették, és egy másik ülőhelyre szólót adtak helyette.

Die Mitarbeiter der Fluggesellschaft sind sehr um Service gegenüber den normalen Passagieren bemüht. Es gibt auch auf Kurzstrecken einen Snack und Getränke. Negativ muss bewertet werden, dass keine Möglichkeit angeboten wird, einen Platz zu buchen, an welchem ein Babysitz (Maxicosi etc.) mit Kleinkind gesichert und befördert werden kann.

Plane late as usual. Clueless personal service in business class. Not able to do the basics like proper silverware, or adequate water. Had to ask for the soup for my empty soup bowl. Food was okay. Uncomfortable seats. Entertainment system had six movies on an iPad. Will use another provider in future.

Retrasos y mas retrasos y no dan ninguna respuesta. Tienen un problema, pero no lo reconocen. A pesar de tener en Lisboa 5 vuelos retrasados y uno cancelado, la única explicación es un problema técnico en un avión. Mala gestión de una empresa. No volveré a volar más con ellos.

Péssima experiência....problemas no vôo, paguei para uma acomodação, e me colocaram em outra, e a quatro meses fiz o pedido de reembolso do que paguei a mais, e até agora sequer uma resposta.Pessimo serviço.Nunca mais TAP.

Voo UX 58 - 14h10 / 05h20 - O Avião estava com os banheiros sujos, as aeromoças pediram para ficarmos com as janelas abaixadas o tempo todo, ficando sempre no escuro. Fiquei sem meu alimento, pois disserem que era tudo contado e eu não poderia trocar meu alimento especial por um comum. Ao menos traziam agua de vez em quando.

My fly to Prague was cancelled, they let us know one hour before, give us new fly after 24hours with voucher for only 6€ and 10€, do they have any idea how much is cost food and drinks on airport??? Than offer of refund money for hotel in 60€ in July at 2am...where the hell I can find somethings in this time, in this price? We don't know why the fly was cancelled. Unbelievable

Katastrophales Service. Nachdem unser Flug etwa 2 Stunden vor Abflug per SMS storniert wurde begann der Kampf. Ersatzflug am selben Tag war nicht möglich, wurden dann 24 Stunden in Hotelbunker untergebracht. Auch nach ca. 4 Monaten und ca. 20 Kontaktversuchen gibt es keine Rückmeldung. Tickets werden erstellt, Rückrufe werden versprochen aber nichts passiert. Warten bis heute vergeblich auf Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung. -- Disastrous service. After our flight was cancelled by SMS about 2 hours before departure - the fight started. Replacement flight on the same day was not possible, then 24 hours were accommodated in very simple hotel. Also after approx. 4 months and approx. 20 contact attempts there is no feedback. Tickets are created, callbacks are promised but nothing happens. Waiting in vain until today for apology or compensation.

We were rebooked on a flight that was taking off before our connecting flight had even landed. How is that even possible? We also received NO INFORMATION whatsoever regarding this change. We found this out ourselves when checking in online the day before, but despite that nobody could help us. Not by phone (customer service), not at the airport. No upgrade or options were provided, which cast a shadow of worry over our last vacation day. As compensation, we got a 10 € voucher for lunch in Lisbon and a 7 hour delay, before being sent off through Frankfurt to our final destination, because the original flight had by then - mysteriously - been removed entirely from the system. Reading the comments on the Facebook page is scary. I would not have booked with this airline had I been aware of the amount of trouble people go through. In general it seems you have to wait for a lot of months for the compensation you’re entitled to according to EU regulations. Not an airline worthy of its “Star Alliance” membership.

SERVIÇO PÉSSIMO! Viajo, a trabalho, várias vezes por ano entre Brasil e Europa. Das cias aéreas que uso a TAP está entre a duas piores. Meu último vôo foi o TP74 (GIG - LIS) do dia 8/7/2018. Que atendimento horroso! Meu assento era o 14A e a comissária que atendeu a minha seção era de uma grosseria e descortesias dificilmente vistas por aí. A tripulação da TAP claramente não gosta do que faz. Eles têm essa profissão apenas para passarem algumas horas passeando por alguma cidades do mundo, porque o trabalho deles eles fazem com muita má vontade. E isso não é exceção na TAP; é regra. Um horror!

I hate TAP it's the most incompetent airline. They delay their flights on a regular basis and believe that this is normal. They do not have a place in business, terrible customer service. It's a shame to work in TAP, you bring only disappointment.

Arrivati a Lisbona da Sao Miguel il volo doveva partire alle 19.35 dopo salti di gate di qua e di là alle 24.00 ci hanno detto che il volo era soppresso senza dare spiegazioni. Offerta di albergo x 3 ore in quanto il volo doveva essere alle 6.30.Rinviato da subito alle 7.05 Arrivati a Roma si sono persi tutti i bagagli del volo .!! Da notare che i bagagli erano sia imbarcati in loco sia arrivati con coincidenze di diversa provenienza. Consiglio :LASCIATE PERDERE TAP.!!!

Hoje minha filha foi em pedida de viajar porque não apresentou o documento de uma segunda pessoa que a comprou o bilhete ilario o bilhete está pago por uma carta de crédito do tio que ao comprar não teve problemas nenhum com a TAP conferiu os dado do cartão aceitou o pagamento mas para embarca exigiu fotocópia do documento que de que hoje é proibido. Passa dado de uma pessoa sem autorização e mais não recebemos aviso nenhum antes de chega ao aeroporto simplidmente não foi possível seguir viagem. Minha filha não viajaou não teve reembolso do bilhete nem nada sentimos lesada e nada podemos fazer assinámos o livro de reclamações e espero ter uma resposta mais ainda assim vou a defesa do consumidor

Complètement INCOMPETANTS et LENTS ! j'avais un vol Faro marseille avec escale à Lisbonne, ayant raté mon vol à Faro je suis allé à Lisbonne en voiture pour attraper mon second vol : arrivé à Lisbonne j'apprends qu'il ont supprimé ma réservation entière ! J'ai voulu reprendre un billet et ils ont tout bonnement inventé que l'enregistrement était déjà clos alors que c'était faux j'avais encore 1h avant la fin du check in ! tout ça parce qu'ils sont dépassés ! Un agent de la TAP a même perdu son sang froid devant des voyageurs excédés qui ont d'ailleurs filmé la scène. Résultat j'ai perdu mon billet, une journée, payé une nuit d'hôtel à l'aéroport et le prix EXORBITANT d'un autre billet pour le lendemain, sans aucune excuse la TAP. Ne voyagez pas avec la TAP si vous avez le choix.

This is the most disorganised airline I have ever travelled with, its hard to believe its a national carrier and a member of Star alliance. We arrived for a 7am flight and when our boarding pass got printed out it said 8pm. Yes a 13hr delay, but the worst thing was the communication nobody had answers and their was a lot of chaos.

Une honte cette compagnie aérienne ! Je vous conseille vivement de ne pas voyager avec eux car au moindre soucis, vous n'aurez aucune considération de leur part. Mon avion a décollé alors même qu'il y avait un problème technique sur l'appareil, nous forçant a atterrir 30 minutes plus tard! J'ai eu au total plus de 7h de retard sur mon vol et aucune indemnité ne m'a été accordée alors qu'il est en mon droit de l'obtenir ! Suite à ma réclamation, la compagnie à fait lettre morte, ne daignant même pas répondre à mon courrier!!! Je suis extrêmement déçue!!

Já foi melhor, tripulação nem sempre prestável, alguns erros de casting com o aluguer das aeronaves da "HiFly", ementas por vezes fora do conteúdo, sistema de marcação de lugares com muitas falhas, hoje marcas um lugar amanhã tens outro, pessoal do "messenger" prestável, mas por vezes querem fazer os utentes de tolos, falta de respeito pelos passageiros

Ridiculous and terrible service. More than 3 hrs flight delayed waiting for information, no one was able to provide any update. Then the flight was cancelled, and the reallocating of the people was a mess, and we have to find and pay hotel and taxis in our own!

Very bad airline. I bought a ticket including the return ticket, but had to postpone the return- upon my call to postpone it , I was told on the phone that on the new flight I would have the same allowance from original flight, however on my return check in I was charged for an adicional bag when it was already included on my original book. I had to pay very high value for a second bag when I had booked including two bags...never will use this service again

Fiz uma reclamação á TAP por atraso num voo superior a 3 horas na chegada e para além de não ter qualquer resposta quando consultei o estado da reclamação constava “encerrado”. Reclamei para a ANAC e nada! Reclamei através de uma organização internacional especializada e tive um resposta em 5 dias informando-me que a TAP tinha aceite indemnizar-me!!! Não dá sequer para classificar este comportamento da TAP de ignorar pura e simplesmente uma reclamação direta de um cliente ....

Zero stars! Avoid! TAP air avoid, Lisbon airport avoid. Because I had a layover longer then 6 hours I had to wait in area with no water no food for 8h, dirty, stinking bathroom. With a baby of 4 months! Avoid! We were refused to acces the connection terminal!Shame!

Passado mais do que um mês ainda aguardo uma resposta em relação à reclamação feita devido ao comportamento deplorável desta companhia. Após me negarem o acesso ao vôo no gate sem uma razão válida, ainda me deixaram sem assistência nenhuma por 8 horas (nem uma garrafa de água depois de ter pedido várias vezes). Os funcionários sem educação ou profissionalismo. Sem dúvida a pior viagem da minha vida. Cheguei ao destino 13 horas depois da hora prevista.

Совершил около 15 рейсов этой компанией из Москвы в Лиссабон,в Нью Йорк. ..Осло. ..из позитива обалденный дешёвый бизнесс класс. ..новые самолёты. ..еда и вино на высшем уровне...в эконом тоже все отлично...негатив:был потерян мой багаж на 6!!!часовой стыковке в Лиссабоне с тегом Прайорити. ...нашли через 3 дня...доставили не в ту страну...потом в ту страну не в тот город где я был...на телефонные звонки емейлы и сообщения в фр не отвечают...ну ладно...я уже оформил клейм по Монреальской конвенции на $480..ждём. ...дождёмся поменяю отзыв (на 3 2 или 1).. Great planes...cheap business class..good food But they lost luggage while I was flying executive class with 6!!!hour stopover in Lisbon...communication with this company suck big time!!I am aware of Montreal convention and already filed a claim as well as claim with BBB, aviation union and few agencies. .Watch out your luggage Tap air Portugal passengers!!!

First they refused that I bring my hand luggage in the cabin, only to lose it upon arrival. No "first aid kid" with tooth brush etc. provided. Months after still no compensation for lost luggage received. Worst customer support ever: expensive and ineffective (all my calls suddenly end due to "technical errors"). They do anything for you not to get back your money.

This is the worst airline I have travelled with. As well as their on board staff being very rude, when flying with TAP I was left stranded without my luggage for 5 days causing health complications and causing me to spend too much money as I could not complete my journey. After making official complaints, nobody has been in contact with me. When trying to contact customer service nobody seems to know what they are doing and on more than one occasion they have hung up the phone on me. And this is only when somebody in customer service actually picks up the phone. Absolutely appalling airline. I was warned about them by friends and family prior to flying but could not believe it would be this bad. To be honest after spending a ridiculously large amount on the actual ticket I would expect at least a decent level of service. I am still awaiting a response from the airline as this issue has NOT been resolved. Giving one star was far too kind.

Experiência horrível quando se trata dessa empresa TAP Portugal, estava com voo marcado pra retornar ao brasil no mês de agosto vindo de lisboa junto com minha esposa gravida na época de 7 meses. Ao chegar na porta de embarque nos deparamos com a porta fechado, pois o voo teria saído mais cedo do horário previsto. Entrei em contato por e-mail, telefone, disseram que reembolsaria o valor integral, só que ate o presente momento não respondem mais e-mail, por telefone dizem que em relação a reembolso e só por e-mail e joga a responsabilidade para lisboa. Ou seja, no inicio estava tudo certo, agora já não querem resolver mais. inclusive conhecemos mais pessoas que iria no mesmo voo que nos, que chegaram ainda mais cedo e já não encontraram mais o avião ali no embarque. Diante desse descaso todo, não indico e muito menos me arrisco a viajar novamente por essa empresa.

Worst company ever: unable to make correctly a check in, then they separate a child from her mum. Moreover, you pay to get an hand luggage and they finally decided arbitrarily to consider them as hold luggage... for half of our family (we were 4 flying together)! Consequences: I had to fly alone, and we had to wait 30 minutes when we arrived, for two luggage... I call that a scam and a proof of incompetency!!!

When I asked for a refund, I had no option "voucher" or "money refund by bank transfer" but yet it has been sent for vouchers and now I have a voucher which I cannot trade... that's not really fair for an airline to use a "technical malfunction" to "scam" customers... :/ the hotlines are not always working, when you ask for an agent to get you on the phone they always speak in Portuguese at first and not all the website or phone options are translated. Cheap tickets Okay but cheap services not ok! That's really not making me want to use their services anymore, stay off !

Local normal, no entanto a política de trabalho da companhia aérea é muito “engessada”! Mas, vale destacar que a classe executiva superou minhas expectativas!!! Achei meio estranha a forma de fazer o upgrade, todavia, bora lá!!! É necessário efetuar uma proposta de leilão para o upgrade... até aí tudo bem... só que a companhia pode te avisar em cima da hora que você foi “contemplado” com o upgrade... Obviamente tal regra esta prevista no contrato do leilão, no entanto essa situação nos causou um pouco de transtorno, já que em um grupo de 4 pessoas apenas 1 foi contemplada, e soubemos dentro das 36 horas ineditamente anterior ao Voo!!!

Je suis bloqué avec tap depuis plus de 12h pour un vol Genève Lisbonne. Nous avont du atterrir à Porto. Après 2h dans l avion, on nous dit: on ne bougera plus, on a fini nos heures, désolé. En sortant de l avion, j avais besoins d'aire, (j ai une épilepsie spéciale, j ai des angoisse si je stress trop et j avais une correspondance depuis Lisbonne que je n arriverait jamais à prendre) j ai demandé de me poser au mur 5 min avant de prendre ma valise à l intérieur, on a été jusqu'à me menacer d appeler la police si je refusais de rentrer de suite... J ai passé le check in après 2h de blocage à l agence afin de trouver une solution à mon voyage et savoir qu on m à oublié du groupe de gens qui allais à ma destination. Quand j ai passé la douane, j ai vu que tout était fermé. J ai eu été vers les porte, (car trop gros billet pour les distributeurs) personne ne m à laissé retourner en arrière pour aller faire de la monnaie pour manger (que ce soit les sécurité, le personnel de nettoyage ou même le propre personnel TAP), on leur a demandé de faire appel à qqn de l agence du coup car pas le moyen de manger sans les distributeurs et "c est pas leur métier" ... Personne à porté attention à notre attention... Une jeune femme et moi leur avont fait signe à travert les vitrine et elle ont retourné la tête et trassé le chemin (personnel tap) . Je suis entrée dans l avion à un peu plus de 12h de Genève, il est 01h00 heure locale et une bonne partie des passagers autour de moi et moi même n avont eu mangé que cette simple misère qu on a eu à midi : pastel de nata ou bien un paquet de chips des petits qui a servi à l agence de "lunch" à nous donné... J ai eu cherché Je prend 8 médicaments par jour et personne ne m a donné un moyen de manger... C est scandaleux du fait que C est l agence qui nous a mis

Vergüenza de compañía aérea, siempre con retraso, personal borde y maleducado. Hoy cogiendo un vuelo para Madrid con dos niños pequeños (mañana hay cole y el retraso es por su culpa) nos hacen meter las maletas en la bodega yendo el avión vacío con sitio de sobra para no tener que esperar luego a que salgan. Cada vez que he viajado con ellos ha habido problemas de retrasos, siempre la misma compañía . Última vez que viajó con ellos. Horrible compañía aérea, se quitan las ganas de venir a Portugal solo por su lamentable compañía aérea. Tengo claro que solo volveré si viajo con otra compañía aérea diferente.

I have been a regular traveler internationally by air for the past 40 years. TAP is the most unreliable and confused airline I have used recently. In the first instance, they left my bag behind in Stockholm on my way to Lisbon after checking it in at the boarding gate...I got 48 hours later.. Secondly, they issued me a boarding pass without a ticket or baggage number. This caused their staff total confusion as they were unable to locate me or my bag on their system. On my return leg, I was asked to prove that I had traveled on the flight from Stockholm!!!!! Luckily I had the boarding pass with me otherwise I would have had to buy a new ticket!! Strange!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TAP....

Vous achetez un billet, et un mois après la compagnie change votre plan de vol, en vous imposant une nuit pour la connexion sans dédommagement. Totale désorganisation et absurdité constatées avec le personnel d'embarquement. Si vous êtes placé à la queue d'un avion, ils vous font tout de même traverser l'avion car le service catering est en train de charger l'aéroplane. Une fois terminé, ils accordent l'accès par l'arrière pour le dernier bus, et les passagers se bousculent, un vrai embroglio. Absence totale de logique et de raisonnement du personnel de terrain.

Horrible experience! DO NOT fly TAP! Our flight to Lisbon was late and we missed our connecting flight to Rome by 15 minutes. There were many passengers on our flight with the same problem! TAP said we had to pay $500 per person to take the next flight to Rome or have a 10 hour layover at the airport! My husband stood in line for over an hour to talk to someone. Worst customer service ever. What do you expect from a state owned airline?

What a great service we have received from everyone at TAP Airlines. From the phone customer service all the way to the counter in the airport. I called four times before our trip with questions and requests and they always treated me nice and with answers and tips for me. They gave us new boarding passes with assigned seats together. That was soooo amazing and thoughtful. I really appreciated it and we are very grateful for your service. As far as the plane flight, it was great, we had delicious food, tasty wine, wonderful entrainment as we watched many movies, and amazing service. On our trip from Lisbon to Budapest the only thing we didn’t like was how they took our carryons because “they were too big and they don’t have space on the plane”. After we boarded the plane, we did see plenty of space and it was not full with people. Maybe a 60% occupancy was on that flight. We didn’t like that because we had to wait for our luggage when we arrived in Budapest.

Flight WAW-LIS November the 1st 14.30, before the takeoff, a woman in airline uniform reacted on my kind question- where can I put my suitcase, because there seemed to be no more free space n the overhead compartment- with contemptuous and ironic grimace only. Are this some trendy service manners? If this will let remain the number of TAP clients stable, I am not sure, no matter if such incidents will occur with participation of a current flight cabin crew member, or of some worker just leaving the plane. Such insolent, primitive and boorish behavior is unacceptable no matter if the class is economic or business. Mine was- in this situation- so called- business.

Serviço da TAP está cada vez pior. Esta companhia orgulha-se de contornar a lei europeia: cancela voos sem qualquer aviso aos clientes, quando questionada não informa os motivos atraso/cancelamento. Recusa informação ao balcão relativa aos direitos dos passageiros(apesar de terem uma placa no balcão a informar que devemos fazer esse pedido ali). Informa aeroportos europeus de atrasos de 2h59min(exatamente) para garantir que os clientes não têm qualquer apoio a nível de alimentação sequer (obrigatório a partir das 3h) apesar de o voo ter partido 3h e 10 min depois do horário... Até agora o próprio apoio ao cliente da TAP não conseguiu dar-nos qualquer informação sobre o motivo do atraso. Ryanair e EasyJet tem melhor atenção ao cliente do que esta desculpa de companhia. Gastem o vosso dinheiro noutra empresa!

Worst customer experience till now. Flight crew was great. But flight was delayed, connection lost, had to wait for next connection next day, TAP didn't even provide me lodgment, telling me to find a hotel by myself at midnight, not even letting me use their phone. And they don't answer to complains. I read in many forums that they just react when you use a lawyer. What kind of first world airline is this?

I hope this review help other customers in the future and the legal compliance team of the airline. They can not even commit to the published terms and conditions on their own website. The advertise deceptively a 15% discount, but when I tried to use it (after complying with 100% the Terms and conditions), I could not and lost the opportunity to buy with other airlines at preferred rates. I called CS and they just confimred the innacuracy of their advertising, and couln't "unfortunately" compensate fairly for their mistake. If this is how hthey act on small scale, when I actually found a legal breach and help them improve it, I dont want to imagine what would happen on bigger scale issues. TAP please be professinal and responsible and step up as a company, take accountability!

Fatal. Tengo dos vuelos, madrid Lisboa, Lisboa faro. De madrid con salida a las 19:30 salimos a las 20:15 y de Lisboa con salida a las 23:00 y embarque a las 12 y pico... te retrasan los vuelos sin explicación alguna. A la vuelta de faro a Lisboa 40 min de retraso. Y de Lisboa a madrid, salida a las 14:05, son las 15:00 y sigo esperando en el avión metida más de 15 minutos sin explicación alguna. En una semana he cogido cuatro vuelos y TODOS CON RETRASO DE UNA HORA O MÁS. El año pasado volé con ellos y quedé contenta, pero tras este año NO VUELVO.

Just simply don’t fly with them. You can’t reach them to change your flight or upgrade. They try hard to send your hand luggage to hold although they are within their own requirements to be in cabin. As they save money on gates you have to board a bus at arrival and departure on flights London Lisbon. The staff at the gates is arrogant and incompetent. Thankfully the staff on board is really pleasant and helpful.

freundliche Mitarbeiter, aber ineffiziente Prozesse am Flughafen: um Gepäck abzugeben, soll die Online Boardkarte gescannt werden. Leider lesen die Automaten den Code nicht gescheit. Dann kommt Gepäckanhänger. Wieder an anderem Automaten muss das Gepäckstück abgegeben werden und dann gibt es ein Papier als Nachweis für abgegebenes Gepäck. Im Flieger gibt es viel zu viel Plastikmüll !! Warum nicht die Speisen direkt auf einer Serviette in die Pappbox, die verschlossen wird? Wozu die Plastikbecher für Getränke, die nach 1x Nutzung weggeworfen werden? Es wird dringend Zeit dass die Fluglinie an die Umwelt denkt !

Muito se diz da TAP e a maior parte das vezes mal e se calhar com razão, eu próprio tenho algumas queixas, no entanto há que realçar também o positivo e neste caso quero deixar o meu agradecimento bem como elogiar as duas equipas que "apanhei" quando estive em Londres há uma semana a de volta do Voo TAP Portugal TP 1341 (9 de Setembro 19:50 London City Airport / Lisboa) foram simplesmente impecáveis mas principalmente a equipa do Voo TAP Portugal TP 1352 ( 5 de Setembro 10:00 Lisboa / Heathrow ) e esta "ganha" pois tive um problema de quebra de tensão por excesso de calor em que tive que ir para o fundo do avião para me deitar e apanhar ar mais frio. A equipa foi simplesmente fabulosa, profissional e atenciosa, pois onde eu estava a recuperar atrapalhava as acções dessa mesma equipa, era a altura de distribuir as refeições, a qual com um profissionalismo e simplicidades desconcertantes para o que é habitual efectuou o seu serviço sem nunca me ter "abandonado" e tendo ainda recebido uma dica para subir a tensão. A esses fabulosos profissionais o meu muito obrigado. Em nota de rodapé muitas das equipas da TAP mesmo de voos internos teriam muito a aprender com estas equipas quer na parte do profissionalismo quer na parte da arrogância. Pedro Moreira

La majorité des avions pris étés recents, agréables. La collation et le personnel de bord vraiment au rdv. Les files d'embarquement organisées. Mais un retard de vol a été simplement pas géré. On arrive 15h20, l'avion arrive 15h40, on est averti à la dernière minute du retard. Puis annonce par écran "vol retardé" pas de nouvelle avant 16h20, puis toujours sans nouvelle "vol retardé à 16h45". Heureusement on voit ce qui se passe sur le tarmac. Les agents changent une roue, on aurait pas pu simplement nous le dire, nous attendions tous sans savoir. 17h10 "suite à un incident technique le vol est retardé, sans garantir que l'on partira". Bref, des gouttes de sueurs froides perlent sur la plupart d'entre nous toujours dans l'expectative. Heureusement, on embarque et décolle pour 17h40. Je regrette le manque de communication, je comprends que les clients réagissent pas tous de la même manière. Mais perso, j'aime savoir.

Les explico mi estado y me dicen que no pueden hacer nada que necesitan espacio y que el criterio lo ponen ellos. Primera vez que en un avión por entrar primero te hacen facturar la maleta. Vlucht vertraagd in het heengaan waardoor we bijna andere vlucht niet hadden gehaald. Op de terugvlucht was onze booking opeens geannuleerd... Dit is uiteindelijk toch in orde gekomen, maar hebben lang moeten wachten. Tot slot was deze vlucht ook nog eens een uur vertraagd waardoor we onze andere vlucht niet meer hebben kunnen halen. Heb al veel gevlogen maar met tap air was dit een hel, minstens 1u vertraging, alle andere vliegtuigen van andere maatschappijen hadden geen vertraging. In onze terugvlucht hadden we een overstap. We vlogen van Faro naar Lissabon en van Lissabon naar Brussel. Onze vlucht van Faro naar Lissabon had een uur vertraging waardoor we onze vlucht naar Brussel gemist hebben. Heb met volk in de luchthaven gesproken die tap air vaker namen. Zei zeggen dat vertragingen en overstappen missen dagelijkse kost zijn. Nooit vlieg ik nog met tap air en zal het niemand aanraden, eerder het omgekeerd! Merci tap air!

I have traveled from Amsterdam to Rio de Janeiro in March. The worst service, aircraft and meal I have ever had (even paying extra for a vegetarian option) was only the start of my nightmare with TAP. They had a long delay on the first flight due to which my luggage didn't have the time to go from one aircraft to the next so it didn't arrive with me on my destination. I received it a day later BROKEN. Have placed a complaint and been patient for 4/5 months now but so far all I got from them was a protocol number and a lot of excuses every time I call to ask about the situation of my request. It has been using my energy and my time and no resolution or indeed NO PROGRESS AT ALL so far on the solution of my case. For the third time I have called and been another 30 min on the phone with yet another person who could not help me at all and promise to do exactly the same that was promised me by someone else a month ago. HORRIBLE SERVICE. First and last time I have traveled with them.

Perdi um Voo de conexão de Lisboa pra Madrid e a funcionária da TAP em Lisboa nos informou que podíamos vir pra Madrid que nossa mala estaria aqui. Chegando em Madrid fomos informados pelos funcionários do aeroporto que se o passageiro não embarca a mala também não é despachada. E desde de então tentamos contato com todos os canais de atendimento e nada, sequer uma informação do paradeiro da minha mala. Não recomendo essa companhia a ninguém!

Très mauvaise expérience. Notre vol est tout simplement annulé 3 mois après la réservation et 2 mois avant le vol Me laissant sans solution au budget adéquat et contraint d'annuler toutes mes vacances annuelles de novembre. Quand on ouvre les réservations pour un vol et que on débite le client pour son achat la bienséance voudrait que l'on tienne ses engagements. Air Portugal, non. Une compagnie de goujat qui sacrifie ses engagements sur l'autel de la rentabilité. Certes le prix du billet me sera remboursé, j'attends de voir, mais quid du préjudice moral et des retenues sur ma location bnb Je vais faire un viron chez airhelp pour voir s'il y a moyen d'obtenir une compensation. C'est quand même trop facile de proposer des solutions de rechange irréalisables comme un vol de remplacement qui me fait rater ma correspondance de 3 heures ou le vol retour qui me fait atterrir à Genève au lieu de Lyon ou j'ai garé ma voiture Pathétique

Um ehrlich zu sein sind wir vom Service bzw. der Höflichkeit von den Mitarbeitern an Board sehr enttäuscht! Geben sich keine Mühen und wirken genervt! Wenn man den Service während der Nacht (von São Paulo über Lissabon nach München) gerufen hatte blieb er unbeantwortet bzw wurde sehr pampig abgehandelt! Flug war Top aber das Personal war unfreundlich!

Thier mistakes created very preventable delays for me. After 36 hours at the airport, over $500 to rebook my travel, and 2 lost checked bags, all they offered me was a food voucher and a $92 company credit that expires in a year. Terrible customer service. I won't be flying with them again.

Arrive extra early to catch their flights because some require a taxi to the plane some distance away from the airport. Price usually allows an extra overnight stay in Lisbon to visit the country in route to a final destination, so take advantage of that extra free layover. A four hour flight included "free" breakfast. International flights include "free" meals, wine, beer, champagne, beverages. Ear phones are a bit uncomfortable. Seems efficient, comfortable enough, and economical.

El personal que organiza el embarque en 3 oportunidades con los mismos problemas, no tienen la capacidad para organizar a los pasajeros y tener un abordaje tranquilo y seguro, tanto para vuelos internacionales como de cabotaje. En los vuelos de cabotaje usan unos aviones a hélice que están repintados por dentro con muy mala calidad.

Vi havde en fin flyvetur København-Lissabon, Lissabon-Washington: fin mad og god service. MEN vores indtjekkede bagage var blevet i Lissabon. Der gik over 24 timer, før vi fik vores bagage igen. Vi brugte meget tid på at forsøge at komme i kontakt med TAP, som havde lovet at holde os informeret via mail og tlf, hvilket ikke skete. De tlfnr., vi havde fået opgivet, virkede ikke. En hård og dårlig start på vores ferie.

Os atrasos da TAP são um constante ao longo dos anos. Chegaram atrasados na viagem para o Porto e voltaram a chegar na viagem de retorno a partir do Porto. Sempre que posso específico viagem pela TAP. A verdade é tal como a TAP também eu estou atrasado em compreender que para além das cores de Portugal a TAP tem pouco mais para mim. Very punctual. We had an issue with our connecting flight and the lady on the phone was happy to help us re-book our ticket, then came the surprise. The new ticket was going to cost us twice what we paid for our original ticket. When coverted to Australian dollars we had to pay over $800 extra for $200 tickets. Our travel agent at home miscalculated the time for us to transfer to Alitalia. Then Alitalia moved their flight 10 minutes forward. We asked if our bags could be transferred direct to the regional flight from Rome to Pisa, after flying from Portugal to Rome and they said no. Their planes are modern and apparently they've won lots of awards.

As the charming check in assistant at Dublin told me 'TAP doesn't pay for lounge access'. Just so you're aware then, if you're a frequent flyer or have paid for executive, you will not be treated like one in Dublin (not even a voucher for a coffee) even though you'd have paid to be. Of course its not apparent on the website nor during booking, but it becomes abundantly clear, trying to find a seat in a jammed terminal waiting for yet another delayed flight. Always a pleasure.....

The customer service representative were very unprofessional. when asking about an issue instead of assisting us they referred us to another airline for assistance. upon calling the other airline they were unable to provide us with any help because the reservation was blocked by TAP airlines therefore they were unable to assist us in looking for a flight alternative to my fiance's transfer flight from Berlin. Furthermore to ad salt to the wound the flight got Delayed from lisbon a whole hour. no reason was given to us and no assistance in solving the issue that initially started witj TA{. dont believe in general TAP airlines is good in their business model nor is it good in customer service. i would rather recommend any other airlines so people BE AWARE

Best airline I have ever flown with. Wings and engine didn't fall off as like ryanair, pilots buttered the landing and there were even plugs!!!! Food was included free of charge. I normally don't like airline food but I have to say TAP short haul food was amazing! I had a mushroom wrap free of charge!!

If you need the invoice for whatever reason expect more than 20 days to get it after you open a reclaim (they will not issue any invoice if you don't ask them, if you know what I mean). If you want to register at its website, consider use a disposable email address as they will spam you regularly despite what is your choice of not receive junk emails. Anyways, the airplane gets to its destination with /normal/ delay.

NAO VOEM COM ESTA EMPRESA. DO NOT FLY WITH THIS COMPANY. Tenho vergonha de que esta companhia seja portuguesa e envergue a minha bandeira nos seus aviões. Em menos de uma semana um voo cancelado TP1021 de 8/6/2018 e agora o voo TP1018 com 1h30 de atraso porque ja por si chegou atrasado e porque estão à espera de autorização para voar. Tenho pena de nao poder dar menos estrelas porque é uma vergonha de companhia aerea e da-me vergonha enquanto cidadão portugues de dizer que a TAP é portuguesa.

Verschrikkelijk ervaring met deze maatschappij. Vlucht werd zonder verdere informatie gecancelled (geruchten gingen de ronde dat de piloot niet zou zijn komen opdagen). Doordat pas 3 uur na oorspronkelijk vertrek duidelijk begon te worden dat de vlucht die dag niet meer zou vertrekken zijn wij in een rij gaan staan voor een vervangend ticket. Dit duurde enorm lang en was erg onoverzichtelijk. Uiteindelijk een ticket aangeboden gekregen naar Amsterdam voor de volgende avond 7 uur (oorspronkelijke vlucht werd dus 27 uur uitgesteld). De luchtvaartmaatschapij weigerde vluchten van concurrenten aan te bieden om sneller bij onze bestemming te komen. Na heel lang wachten naar de transfer balie gegaan om vouchers op te halen waarna wij opnieuw terug gestuurd werden naar de gate. Daar konden wij uiteraard niet geholpen worden en werden wij zelfs door een personeelslid van TAPair uitgelachen om de vertraging nadat het ticket in ons gezicht werd gedrukt. Toen kregen wij te horen dat er slecht 60 euro vergoed zou worden voor een hotel en dat er (vanwege de drukte) geen vouchers beschikbaar waren. Nu een nacht in Lissabon overnachten en dan maar hopen dat TAP air zonder gerechtelijke procedure bereid is om onze kosten te vergoeden. Eerste en tevens laatste keer met deze verschrikkelijk maatschappij. Bizar dat dit bedrijf met de huidige Europese standaarden kan blijven bestaan.

En menos de una semana 2 retrasos, el primero fue de 2h y 50min, respuestas ninguna, sigo esperando me contesten la reclamación. Pues no contentos vamos a por el vuelo de vuelta y ya vamos por 45 min de retraso. Una compañía muy poco seria. Experiencia con ellos malísima.

Tap air portugal vende sus reservas de asiento, luego te pone donde quiere, y tu has pagado mas por un billete que no cuesta eso, pues te dicen que ellos únicamente te reservan una zona geográfica del avión..... es decir que la compra de asientos no se para que sirve... no vale la pena reservar asientos con ellos, es una estafa y un timo. Nunca me había pasado en otras compañías.... reservar un asiento y pagar por ese asiento es lo que es... no tiene ningún sentido, ademas en Barcelona no tienen oficina, te atienden desde otra compañía que el trato al cliente tampoco es mucho mejor, lo mejor es que si te quejas durante el viaje, te dicen que te devolverán el dinero y que lo reclames por su web, cosa que no pretenden hacer.... increíble... en ningún momento hemos pedido nada mas que la devolución de un servicio que no han prestado, ni nos hemos quejado ni nada, pero vamos increíble.

Pede se tiquete perdido para fazer reembolso e mandam nos mandar mail pra eles mandamos mail e passado 1 mes sem resposta pior companhia aerea imaginária. Voos atrasados horas infinitas. Echt schlecht! Grottiges Essen, schlecht beziehungsweise unbequeme Sitze und Personal, das offenbar vom eigenen System überfordert ist! Vier von vier Flügen hatten Verspätung, zweimal über eine Stunde! Das bekamen wir allerdings erst zehn Minuten vorm regulären Start gesagt bekommt. Und zur Krönung waren zwei der Flüge so überbucht das die Crew beim Boarding durch die Reihen ging um andere Passagiere zu bequatschen, dass sie eine Nacht in der Stadt verbringen und einen Flug am nächsten Tag zu fliegen. Da dies keiner wollte wurden jeweils einige Passagiere zwangsweise in billigen Absteigen etwa eine Stunde von der Stadt entfernt untergebracht! Bucht nicht diese Airline! Die Chance das ihr nie ankommt ist hoch!

El traslado de ida bien, el de vuelta con retraso de más de media hora que creo que es lo habitual. Lo que es totalmente negativo es el traslado contratado con ellos desde el Aeropuerto de Lisboa al centro. Nos sale la empresa CAbify a la cual pagamos por adelantado. Pero al llegar no había nadie esperando ni contestaban al teléfono de contacto, con lo cual tras más de media hora tuvimos que coger un taxi, que por cierto nos cobró exageradísimo, por 10 minutos de coche 24€. Al volver puse reclamación tanto a Cabify como a Tap y ninguna me da respuesta ni solución con lo cual lo considero una total estafa.

Na minha experiencia nao conheço pior companhia aérea. Nesta companhia já experienciei voos atrasados, perdem bagagem, cancelam voos sem autorização e sem avisar e não reembolsam. Também a comunicação por e-mail nao parece funcionar bem pois nao obtive resposta. Adicionalmente, acho o nível de transparência baixo. Por exemplo quando consultei o estado dos reembolsos so dizia que estava a ser processado sem mais informação. O atendimento por telefone e por Skype é bastante bom.

TAP discriminates against disabled people by creating for them unnecessary bureaucratic hurdles with regard to wheelchairs, going into and out of the plane when there is no "sleeve" available, and therefore a need for a special vehicle to get someone unable to go up and down the stairs, losing luggage, and assigning seats where the back seat does not recline, and have the smallest leg space in the plane. Shame. When I complained the rep suggested that I stay home rather than travel because of my disability.

And i am someone who travels a lot My flight was 2 hours delayed, not even a word of excuse from any members of the staff I missed my connection flight because of this delay The TAP lady at the airport was UNHELPFUL as you can be ! I got a flight 24 hours later despite me explaining that I had a train to catch the next day. I was told there was no more available seats but upon checking online there available seats they just couldn't be bothered to make an effort. That's how much TAP cares about it's clients ! Not a bit ! Moreover the hotel and the bus was use as a threat to stop us from complaining. A group of us who wanted to go to the TAP desk to get better flights or get our luggages and we were told there would be no bus to take us to the hotel if we were to do any of it ! The hotel and the bus to take us there are services they have to provide us because of the inconvenience they caused, they ABSOLUTELY CANNOT use the hotel as a way to shut us up ! NEVER TAKE TAP !! WORST COMPANY EVER PS: This was my flight back, my flight there was also 2 hours late and WITH NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY FOR THE FLIGHING CREW

Dreadful customer support without authority to make any changes. Tried to change a booking and after transferring me to a new agent 3 times, they hang up. Had to call again and was put on hold for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Possibly the worst airline I ever tried, and been testing 30+ airlines.

After reading all the reviews I was very nervous about flying with them but I ended up having two great flights. Both were direct, very well priced, had free movies, included meals and included drinks. The first flight was delayed 20 mins but it is understandable being the last flight out out Pearson airport. I'm looking forward to flying tap again when I go to Lisbon.

Los aviones modernos,limpios,con pantalla individual y auriculares gratis. La tripulacion muy amable y servicial muy atentos a los pasajeros y siempre con una sonrisa. M sorprendio la comida...realmente deliciosa y abundante. Las bebidas podiamos pedir varias veces. En lisboa el vuelo salio mas tarde pero de todos modos llegamos a horario En comparacion a otras aerolineas disfrute mucho la experiencia y la recomiendo

Flew on them 6 times and they are always late. One wonders if ever, by mistake maybe, they had a flight that left on time? The upside there is all their connections are late as well. TAP charges more then Ryanair but you get essentially the same lousy service and a bus ride to your plane parked the farthest you can get from the terminal. And on an international flight no less. Watch them like a hawk not to change your seats when you check in at the airport. This happened even after we paid extra for choosing our own seats, moved us from window to middle of the center section. Terrible airline! Actually I take that back, Ryanair is an upgrade from TAP because at least you get what you pay for.

LAMENTABLE! Cette compagnie, qui avait été nommée il y a quelques années seulement la meilleure compagnie européenne a depuis perdu toute sa panache et sa splendeur. Nous voyagions à destination de Funchal (Madère) depuis Lisbonne. Vol annulé puis maintenu, 1h de retard au décollage, atterrissage impossible à Funchal et retour à Lisbonne. Incompétence totale du personnel au sol. On nous indique la porte d’embarquement du prochain vol à destination de Funchal, mais sans nous fournir de nouvelles cartes d’embarquement. Pas de vol vers Funchal à cette porte-là. Les informations fournies sont totalement erronées et nous font courir dans tous les sens! Retour au guichet, mauvaise foi de l’hôtesse qui prétend que le vol a été annulé après qu’elle nous ait envoyé vers la porte d’embarquement..! Obligés de passer la nuit à Lisbonne, notre charmante hôtesse nous informe que nous devons nous débrouiller tout seuls pour trouver une chambre. Franchement, j’avais jamais entendu ça. Pas de dédommagement non plus pour nous restaurer. La compagnie rembourse tout sur factures, qu’il faut envoyer par courrier recommandé. Assistance aux voyageurs: ZÉRO! D’ailleurs ils ne fournissent pas non plus de kit de nuit (pourtant courant dans d’autres compagnies). Arrivés à Funchal le lendemain, pas de bagages. Aucunes certitudes quant à la réception des valises, probablement le lendemain. Nous demandons un dédommagement pour nous vêtir (plus de 24h sans vêtements propres), comme pour l’hôtel, c’est à nous de payer et d’envoyer les factures pour remboursement. Chose très curieuse (et à mon avis totalement contraire au règlement), interdiction d’acheter des vêtements le jour même. Nous ne sommes autorisés à en acheter que le lendemain. C’est pourtant le jour où nos bagages sont censés arriver. Voyagé Privé (avec qui nous avions acheté le voyage) a pu négocier avec l’hôtel pour nous faire rentrer un jour plus tard, sans frais, puisque nous avions perdu la première nuit. La TAP en contrepartie exigeait que nous payions € 186 p.p., soit l’équivalent d’un nouveau billet. Très commercial tout ça. Le reste du séjour se passe bien. De retour à la maison, nous entreprenons les démarches de remboursement. Système technique permettant d’envoyer notre requête qui ne fonctionne pas, employés du département des réclamations absolument pas à l’écoute. Il aura fallu des semaines de patience et des dizaines d’appels qui n’aboutissent à rien, puisque leur réponse préférée est: « nous avons bien reçu votre requête, nous y répondrons semaine prochaine », pour enfin obtenir le nom de la responsable. Elle aussi a fait preuve de mauvaise foi et n’a même pas daigné s’excuser pour la réponse plus que tardive (28 jours ouvrables selon leur règlement, 42 jours effectifs) ni pour le tort causé. Plus de 3 mois après notre retour, notre litige n’est toujours pas réglé. Nous attendons toujours le remboursement. Cette compagnie n’est pas du tout à la hauteur et n’est pas digne de faire partie de la Star Alliance.

Rude staff. Hit us each with €75 "excess baggage" charge for our ONLY CHECKED BAG on an international flight. Totally overbooked the flight, I was on standby while my girlfriend was not. Rude and unprofessional handling of standby customers. Other people paid to select specific seats and were moved without explanation. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID this airline : our flight from Paris to Lisbon today (Décembre the 30th 2017) has been delayed from more than 1 hour, so we missed the connection to SAL. We arrived at Lisbone at 9.30 am. Nobody told us nothing, we just received 16€ to eat and we are right now at the airport of Lisbonne for an entire day waiting the next flight to SAL at 9.45 pm. No apologize, no explanation, ..... In addition, after waiting 1 hour at the desk of the airline, we have heard that we couldn't go the lounge of TAP even by paying ! Very bad level of service, a nightmare.

!!!!! ALWAYS LATE !!!!! I've booked my ticket flight for christmas. Then i had 4 flight with them and no one of those flight was on time. 1h hour of delay Lyon to Lisboa 30 min of delay Lisboas to Alicante 40 min of delay Alicante to Lisboas and to finish about 2h30 of delay. I know that company is low cost but easyjet and Vueling are 70% les delay than TAP "express" this is pretty not express. Conclusion : if you love spend more than 3h in the airport, then bought flight ticket from TAP if not, prefer to pay 20/40€ more.

@tapairportugal worst airline ever. I can not understand how they are in #staralliance. We arrived for the last call of our connecting flight since a delay of TP 228 from Miami. Our seats were already sold, no service no help just getting is us wait for 12 hours at the airport. I have a frequent traveler status and ant airline never have been such poor in service and organization as TAP. A change of booking must be possible, for least a refund!

Online Checkin System does not work proper.Stopped at Luggage not checked. No such f. option. Result: Missed flight. Thanks to additional onsite incompentancy - No return back home. Coming back to the USA from Lisbon was the most unpleasant experience ever with TAP Airline. We had paid in advance about 5 months earlier, for two seats together on this flight. Upon arriving at the ticket counter in Lisbon, we were told we were assigned separate seats on different rows. As I complained, the ticket agent was NOT HELPFULL at all, to the point of being rude. She said there was nothing she could but we could ask for a refund upon returning to the USA. I told her this was unacceptable. She then offered us two seats together almost at the rear of the plane, but we had to pay ( AGAIN ) for an upgrade. I flatly refused and asked for the manager. After what seemed for ever, a manager showed up. After explaining the situation all over again, he offered us the two seats together in the back, but miraculously the premium extra charge disappeared. Having no choice we took his offer as we had no choice. At the gate to go into the plane was a joke. You could hardly hear the announcements on the PA system and there were several lines where there shouldn't be. Unfortunately, after a lovely vacation in Portugal, this was what we endured on the way out. We probably will not fly TAP again.

They purposefully wrote an algorithm to seat people in the worst place possible so you pay for a seat change. Two people? Sit them always in the middle of the 4 seat middle row, if possible by the toilet on a non reclining seat. Left over couples get to sit separate on purpose. I bet the software engineer that wrote that code hates life. TAP makes Ryanair feel like luxury.

They won't let you pick your seat even at the moment of check-in unless you pay an additional 30 Euros per seat choice. They do that purposefully so that pretty much everyone has to pay extra to sit in an aisle seat or to sit together with your travel companions.

Ritardo due volte su due , oltre al malfunzionamento dello staff di bordo , 25 minuti per far sedere le persone , poi hanno aperto tutti gli slot per inserire altre valigie , mamma mia che casinari. A mezzanotte arriva la sbobbona, polpettone puzzolente e patate con maionese e altre porcherie . Alle 4 di notte arriva il panino di pongo , uno schifo tremendo , piuttosto lasciatemi dormire Per poi conclude con internet Wi-Fi , 1giga ti costa 900$ , fuori di testa

Was soll man von einer "renommierten" Airline halten, deren telefonischer Kundenservice erst ab 9 Uhr erreichbar ist, so dass man nach einer Autopanne seinen 6 Uhr Flug nicht rechtzeitig umbuchen kann? Ok, man könnte es am Ende akzeptieren, wenn es dieser Airline dann wenigstens gelänge, sich ein wenig um ihre Kunden zu bemühen. Uns dann (nach 9 Uhr und nach langer Zeit in der Warteschleife) gegen einen überaus happigen Aufpreis einen Ersatzhinflug zu verkaufen , das staß uns schon übel auf (die beim deutschsprachigen Kundenservice gebuchte, einfache Flugstrecke war nun glatt 2,5 mal so teuer wie der ursprünglich geplante Hin- und Rückflug insgesamt). Das TAP sich dann eine Stunde später (direkt aus Portugal) bei uns meldete und mitteilte, dass die Buchung doch nicht stattfand, weil sie jetzt noch einmal ca. 300 Euro obendrauf kassieren wollten, hat uns aufgrund der Dreistigkeit, mit der hier versucht wurde angesichts unseres Dilemmas aus uns noch einen weiteren ordentlichen Gewinn herauszupressen, tatsächlich kurz sprachlos gemacht. Da es uns laut TAP auch nicht erlaubt war einen alternativen Hinflug zu organisieren um wenigstens den bei TAP gebuchten und bezahlten Rückflug nicht verfallen lassen zu müssen, haben wir in diesem Moment einfach kurzen Prozess gemacht, die Buchung komplett abgesagt und uns alternative Hin- UND Rückflüge herausgesucht und gebucht, die, - und das bei nahezu denselben Leistungen - insgesamt noch mehrere hundert Euro günstiger waren als der einfache zugebuchte Flug von TAP. Kundenorientiert war und ist das sicherlich nicht. Für uns steht fest: nie wieder TAP Portugal, es war einfach nur enttäuschend.

Notre vol TP075, prévu le 7 août à 23h30, a été annulé sans aucune explication. Nous avons seulement reçu un mail pour nous informer de l'annulation quelques heures avant notre premier vol (en portugais et même pas en anglais, malheureusement nous ne comprenons absolument pas le portugais). Tout le voyage à été catastrophique. Au départ de Lyon, plus d'1 heure de retard suite à un problème technique, sans plus d'explications ! Arrivés tant bien que mal à Lisbonne, nous avons attendu plus d'1 heure encore dans un autobus sans savoir pourquoi, on a vérifié nos boarding pass au moins 4 fois sans raison. Et comme si ça ne suffisait pas, quand nous partons enfin nous faisons près de 130km de route (ce qui représente encore plus de 1h30 de bus) pour arriver à l'hôtel situé à Fatima sans que rien ne nous soit dit au préalable ! Nous sommes épuisés et exaspérés. Une fois arrivés à l'hôtel à minuit passé et sans avoir eu seulement une bouteille d'eau depuis tout ce temps, en guise de repas on nous donne un mini cordon bleu tout sec dans du pain, ça devient presque comique tellement le service est lamentable ! Nous avons vraiment subit cette situation désastreuse due à une mauvaise organisation et un manque de service réel qu'il faudrait reprendre de toute urgence (nous ne parlons même pas de l'amabilité du personnel qui ne sais pas ou ne daigne pas répondre à nos questions pourtant justifiées). Notre vol TP075 de Lisbonne pour Rio a donc été annulé sans que nous sachions pourquoi, le vol proposé le lendemain decollait 9h après notre vol initial. Nous estimons qu'une indemnité de 600€ par billet nous revient légitimement (comme le stipule la réglementation européenne EU 261/2004 pour les vols depuis l'Union Européenne pour un trajet de plus de 3500km) et cest un minimum étant donné ce que nous avons enduré par ce service plus que catastrophique ! Nous avons tout de même perdus une journée sur notre voyage ce qui a remis en question toute notre organisation. Nous attendons un retour de votre part dans les meilleurs délais suite à ce très fâcheux désagrément.

Horrible Airlines to fly with. Our luggage was damaged on the way from Miami and we contacted them about getting a replacement. It's been a week now and no one has responded to our multiple emails. Going to the counter at the airport or calling over the phone is useless. Complete lack of customer service. Update 4/2/17 This Airlines treats its customers like garbage. I have been calling their customer service line daily and no one seems to know what is going on. All i want is to be refunded for a replacement bag and its like pulling teeth. I WILL NEVER FLY TAP EVER AGAIN!

Já viajo na TAP há anos, e tem sempre sido ótimo. A companhia, os pilotos e os membros da tripulação refletem os melhores valores portugueses possíveis, desde serem amigáveis com estrangeiros e a explicarem pontos de interesse em Portugal quando estes o vêm visitar, a serem profissionais e eficientes nas operações abordo.
