Análise: extremely poor experience - i had 3 cases taken over by them - not a single one was solved. i had to send in the documents several times as they kept on getting "lost". i only got a response to one - and they explained, the delay was less than 3 hours so there was no right for compensation. well, the delay was more than 4 hours and the right for compensation was confirmed by aireclaim when the process started. i never even got a response when i AGAIN explained the actual delay and sent in proof....
