Unbelievable and unexpected, i received my money back after more than one year. Don't lose your hope, Airclaim will contact you as soon as they have news. Procedures do take a looot of time, so you have to have patience. Anyway, very happy with my gain. It's fair enough, 25% airclaim, 75% you, but you do nothing but waiting. Thank you again for your seriosity !

The compensation works, granted it takes time but it works, however their algorithm for calculating how much your compensation is worth needs to be reviewed as the algorithm told me i was owed 600 euro but in the end i got half that. Thats my only criticism.

They have done a great job. My flight got cancelled without any notice and I had the possibility to get to my destination the day after without paying any additional costs. I was sure that the airline would have never provided a compensation but thanks to Airclaim I got a good refund. The process took some months but I don’t care as I got some money!

Waited too long. Other passengers from same flight received 2 months earlier their compensation, even though the request was made in same time. Communication not very good, I had the feeling that I receive answers only if I write on their site or if I push things and pressure them for answers. Did not know that their 25% service fee was added with VAT of 23% ... that is kind of fugly, as it brings to ~ 32% total taxes+bank cost per transaction of 25 euro.

It took several months (both because of the comany and myself being lazy and not believing that getting money from Wizzair was possible). But at the end got my 350 eur (75% from the total of 500 eur, minus 25 eur transfer fee). We were two passengers and flight was being late for about 2,5 hours.

Hi all, i reported to them when airline didn't want to compensate for the rights. After filling the online documents, Airclaim do their job. Only thing I didn't like is that payment at the end is handover to other company that charge 25€ for doing a transaction in SEPA (Europe). that's way too much. I would say robbery. Hope they will minimize that to normal rate.

I had one claim solved by AirClaim in a very profesional way. Even though it tooked about 9 months to be solved, in all this time I received constant updates on the status, and have been requested neede documents. Finally I got my money back :)

I have made 3 claims through Airclaim until now (I am traveling a lot due to my job, so, from hundreds of flights, it happens from time to time to have flights canceled or delayed) and all three of them have been successfully resolved in a very short time. I have received the money in my account (accordingly with Airclaim rules) with very less effort from my side. I recommend Airclaim. Next time when I will need to do a claim, Airclaim will be my choice!

Will not get you any money. You sign away your right to compensation and pass it over to them hoping that you get anything from them. They proceed to ignore you and hope you forget about your claim.

Awful company. Doesn't provide the necessary follow-up after submitting a claim. Recently a friend of mine received a very generic email which was hard to decipher. Tried to contact Aireclaim over Facebook already weeks ago and got no answer back! Shameful and dishonest! AVOID!

All of my friends from same flight went about getting their refund directly and already got it. I have been waiting since August and all I ever hear from them is wait and be patient. No phone number, no refund...this is horrible company to work with. Stay away!! If I could rate them 0 I would...1 is way high!

They are quite disorganized; I had to send my files 2 or 3 times. It's been 6 months and I haven't received a compensation. Don't think it's worth having them do the claim for 25% of the compensation. Disappointing.

Submitted two claims in August 2017 and still waiting for any news. I received an email two months ago stating that I needed to provide some docs I already sent on the day of the claim. This just to prove they have no idea what they are doing. Every time I attempt to contact them I receive some generic email saying they are waiting for the airline to respond. I'm sure that if I used another company I would have received my compensation long time ago. Don't waste your time with them. Choose another well-established firm. After posting this review I "surprisingly" received two emails regarding my two claims. One saying my claim was rejected by the airline (fair enough, not always there is entitlement to compensation); the second email said my other claim was accepted and aireclaim instructed Transferwise to pay me the money owed within two weeks. At the end of the two weeks waiting time, I contacted again aireclaim as I hadn't been contacted by transferwise and asked further explanations. The latest reply received from aireclaim stated to ignore the previous email (Where I was entitle to receive compensation) as it was a mistake and my case was submitted to the aviation authority and will take MONTHS to be processed. All of this after 1 year and 3 months since the initial submition of my claims. My suggestion to anyone wanting to use aireclaim is to completely avoiding them. They are either very incompetent or just a scam. Stay away from them.

I placed a claim nearly two years ago now and still waiting. I dont even mind waiting if I know what's going on but I've been lied to several times in relation to the status of my claim. In the last 3 months I've had no reply from aireclaim whatsoever, ive tried to get in contact several times. Appauling customer service. Take your buisness elsewhere people because this company is hopeless. REPLY: There has been no money paid into my account as I havent even given my bank details over to you yet, so thats a complete lie which is disgraceful on your part. I've been told the claims where accepted months ago and havent heard anything from your company since. If I dont get an email explaining what's actually going on without any lies I'll be seeking legal advice.

I submitted a claim to Aireclaim in November 2017 - I am still waiting for any progress to be made. I've emailed several times, but have seen no results. I would like to find out if the company is still existing? Your Facebook page is no longer accessible, and I have not heard back from you when I tried to contact you over the e-mail - I do not have your phone number. So this is the only place I can hopefully reach you on. If you went bankrupt, I would like to restore my right to claim compensation and turn to your competitors, which according to internet reviews work much faster. You seem to have received a lot of negative reviews recently, so I see that the sentiment that the service provided is not up to standard is shared by a lot of people. UPDATE: Aireclaim, thank you for replying here. I'm re-sending my email to you now, and expect that you will finally reply to it.

I've been waiting for my money form a cancelled flight for 2 years now. Recently the airline went bunkrupt so probably I'm never getting anything from them. My friends on the same flight used a different company and got their compensation in a few months after the flight. Do not recommend. Now they're protecting themselves saying I'm not a client but a compretitor worker. My claim number is 3966. Check again, Aireclaim.

extremely poor experience - i had 3 cases taken over by them - not a single one was solved. i had to send in the documents several times as they kept on getting "lost". i only got a response to one - and they explained, the delay was less than 3 hours so there was no right for compensation. well, the delay was more than 4 hours and the right for compensation was confirmed by aireclaim when the process started. i never even got a response when i AGAIN explained the actual delay and sent in proof. the other 2 cases were not answered/handled at all.

It really works! My flight was delayed for more than 3 hours with no good reason. At that moment, I thought I had very low chance to claim my money. But aireclaim has done an excellent job. Whitout them I probably would never have gotten my money back. You are the best, thank you!

I've had a 12-hour delay and the airline recused my compensation request so I had to recour to Aireclaim that was super helpful, got me the compensation in two weeks and my expenses a ticket refund!!! Since then I recommended to my sister and brother in law and they also got their compensations in one month. The best service I've used so far

I have been waiting 2 months for a simple claim from delayed flight. Of course I understand these things can take time, but the only update I ever receive is the same automated email they sent at the beginning. They don't tell me what's going on or give any type of timeline. I am losing faith in ever seeing any refund and also regretting my decision to use this service. I would discourage anyone from using this service if you want to see quick results. I see a lot of Facebook reviews that say they were paid but took 4-6 months. So hopefully I will eventually get the money...

Worst customer service i have ever recieved, it has been nearly 3 years since i first registered with this company for 2 delayed flights and i have had no progress with my cases on their behalf. Please do not use this company, it easier and quicker to carry out the complaint by yourself.

The worst eclaim you can refer to. It s been 6 months now deailing with a simple case of a flight delay compensation. All my collegues that had same case flying with me that directly addressed to Airline got their money and this aireclaim keep asking for more time promising that any day now I will get my money. They even seem to create fake emails that come straight from the airline asking for additional papers such as Passport copies. Don t even bother sending your case to them. Every time you reply you get an automated message giving excuses of high volume of calls and emails just to buy more time. Could not be more dissapointed. Last Month they told me that the airline made the payment and the money should appear into my account any moment. Fake of course. They probably wait for any person deal with airline company get compensation and then pay them back for their fake services.
