Análise: Wonderfull weekend spent in the most beautifull region of Portugal. The host Known by the locals as Paulo do Furado prepared a delicious welcome dinner with a grilled beef of «Cachena» (local breed of cattle). The flavour and tenderness was similar to better than a waygu kobe beef. after dinner we went on a spectacular jeep safari around the house were we were solucky to watch savage horses and cachena cows walking arround their natural habitat together with some foxes.
