Thomas Reuffurth: Words hardly can describe how great our stay at Quinta da Bizelga was. Helen is truly a superhost and it we loved to meet her. She always was there for us, no matter what questions we had. She gave us a guided tour around the garden, as well as the interior of the historic farm house. We were amazed about the 400 years of history you can see everywhere. She kept a lot of historic peaces of the farm. That does in fact not mean that everything is old. Modern meets history describes it perfectly. The cottages for the guest have each a full equiped kitchen with everything you would find in your own house. Evvery Bedroom and Living room has his own Aircondition. The Bathrooms look very modern and nice and everything is brand new. There is a playground for kids, a community area with tabletop football, a Ping-Pong Table and much more. You can simply get the best oranges we ever had fresh from dozens of big trees full of the yummy fruits. A baker comes every morning and sells fresh bread and other sweet pastries. We felt so much at home right from the beginning, that we are really sad to have left the place. The surroundings like Tomar, Sertã, Abrantes, Torres Novas etc. are incredible for sightseeing, with all the nice castles, the Tejo, the Monestaries. I truly could write more, but enjoy and discover this place on your own!

Diogo Silva: Está completamente ao abandono

Eu comprei aparelhos da Abt nos últimos 25 anos porque eles têm uma grande seleção, seus preços são melhores do que outros lugares, a equipe de vendas é útil e não é nada insistente. Eles entregam rapidamente, mesmo na época das férias. Eles também têm muito boas pessoas de serviço se você tiver um problema com um aparelho. Acabei de comprar uma geladeira Whirlpool. Parece óptimo. O pessoal das entregas foi muito simpático e profissional.

O serviço de atendimento ao cliente pode precisar de uma atualização. Eu entendo que Covid tem as coisas funcionando de maneira diferente no momento, mas parece que eles não têm ninguém atendendo os telefones. Eu ligo diariamente e fico em espera por mais de 10 minutos de cada vez e ainda não falei com ninguém. Também para qualquer pessoa com um telefone Samsung que esteja pagando pelo plano de proteção mensal, atualmente eles estão apenas fazendo substituições de unidades completas. Não necessariamente a falha do Best Buys, mas eles poderiam pelo menos ter notificado os titulares dos contratos que não estavam recebendo totalmente o que pagamos.
