Mooi hotel gelegen hotel, met naast gelegen golfbaan. Prima kamers en klantvriendelijk personeel. Voldoende parkeerruimte in ondergelegen garage. Op klein uurtje rijden van Lissabon en op 10 min. Rijden van Cascais. Gezellig en toeristisch stadje.

Отличный отель. Прекрасное месторасположение. Рядом теннисный корт и гольф поля. Есть бассейн. Прокат велосипедов. Отмечу один минус: на южной стороне с раннего утра начинается работа машин по уборке гольф-полей. Это очень громко.

Spacious rooms, very good breakfast. Gymnasium is very small and no dumbells or other lifting equipment, only running machines. No children activities or amenities.

Serviço de bar onde um simples café expresso custa 3€ cada o que considero um absurdo!
Sinceramente para o Hotel que é esperava um serviço de melhor qualidade.
A vista do Hotel é fantástica e o quarto também é muito bom, confortável e muito acolhedor, no entanto já estive em Hotéis de 4 estrelas com serviço excelente a todos os niveis e quartos maravilhosos e superiores em todos os aspectos.

Ruhig gelegen in der Natur mit kleinem See, Essen vorzüglich [Gourmet], Personal angenehm nett und freundlich, sehr sauber. Hotel liegt etwas abseits und nicht unbedingt für Strandurlauber geeignet.

Hôtel 5 étoiles mais finalement c'est un 3 étoiles.
A notre arrivé dans notre chambre nous avons de suite remarqué certaines choses abîmés (comme peinture et mobilier extérieur) non tolérable pour un 5 étoiles.
Literie confortable, chambre avec une bonne surface et ambiance confortable.
Température de la piscine intérieure trop froide malgré les 28 degrés affichés au tableau et installations abîmés et avec un manque de propreté, exigé pour ce type d'hôtel.
Au restaurant tout c'est bien passé, bon service et très bon menu.
Faite réservation avec un cadeau de bienvenue et malgré la demande à l'accueil on l'a jamais eu.
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel car il vend dû rêve de 5 étoiles et finalement vous payez plus pour un service de moins.

4 Sterne für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Richtig gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Kleines aber perfektes Abendrestaurant. 24h SnackService. Nette Bar.
Überhaupt, alle Mitarbeiter sind stets freundlich und äußerst hilfsbereit. Sonderwünsche werden i.d.R. kostenlos erfüllt, was mich echt begeistert.
Der hauseigene 18Loch Golfplatz ist gut gepflegt und sehr beliebt.

Tivemos uma curta mas agradável estadia! O hotel tem um cheiro ambiente super doce e agradável! Apesar dos grupos de golf e conferências conseguimos descansar. Apenas um apontamento, a piscina interior não tinha uma temperatura agradável pois estava um pouco fria! O pequeno almoço é delicioso e a comida no bar também!

The rooms are of a decent size, a bit outdated. Tiny tv screen. Even the water is for extra charge, there’s no kettle in the room which for me is very surprising. Very basic, quite clean and very quiet. The breakfast selection is not great, there was a little bug walking on the cheese.

Excellent hôtel, personnel aimable, accueillant et aux petits soins, service de chambre ultra discret, petit déjeuner de qualité et copieux, vue sur le golf. Je recommande vivement l'endroit. Seul bémol, il est dommage que le restaurant sur place ne soit pas ouvert, ce qui nous oblige à sortir la voiture pour aller dîner.

Estes10 Dias no hotel, pessoal da recepção impecável, o pessoal de bar do melhor que vi em hotéis de 5* , so Pena mesmo é o barulho que se ouve dentro do quarto, o quarto em geral muito pobre. O staff recepção do clube de golfe pouco profissional e sem sentido de assistência ao cliente, FRACO, MUITO FRACO.
O hotel quinta da marinha podemos considerar um bom 4* estrelas ou um muito FRACO 5*.
Infelizmente a não repetir.

A beautiful hotel and resort perfect for hosting all types of events and ocassions, the scenery and peaceful ambience the particular highlight. Despite the positives the service is awful. It seems there's always only one person at the bar nearest to the pool which is extremely inconvenient if you'd like to order food. The lack of staff on-site for assistance and the fact it can take a while for your room to be prepared if checking in during the day really disappointed us.

The price of this hotel per night is ABSOLUTLEY ridiculous. The service is slow and they even charge you for water. They charge you for room service and the food isn't at a decent price either. Some of the rooms didnt have a kettle in there and if they wanted one they had to pay €7.
Food service is something else. Food was ordered and was told twice that it was on its way. 2 hours later it still hadn't arrived. It's almost like they don't have enough staff to cater for the amount of people in the hotel.
Most definitely will not be staying here again.

resort tranquilo para ir en pareja, si te gusta el golf el lugar es perfecto. En nuestro caso nos daba igual pero el complejo esta muy bien situado para visitar las playas de la zona y Sintra. Precio normal excepto el bar de la piscina que era bastante caro (copas a 12€ y hamburguesas a 15-18€)

Personnel pas du tout attentionné comme on porrait attendre d un 5 etoiles...Boissons et repas hors de prix ..Les abords de la piscine ne sont pas lavé regulierement le sol est donc sale, taches de café et autres boissons..Pour ce qui est des chambres la suite que nous occupons est confortable pareil pour la literie..mais pour la salle de bain c est tout autre chose.viellissante pas de douche seule une baignore avec un flexible hors d usage font office...quant au wc ils sont dans la salle de bain ..conclusion 3 etoiles et pas 5...

Las habitaciones del hotel son cómodas y tiene un buen desayuno tipo buffet, el spa es muy pequeño desde mi punto de vista, no debería permitirse la entrada ni al gimnasio ni al spa a los niños pues para ellos es una zona de juegos e impide a los adultos que podamos relajarnos y disfrutar de esas zonas

Well now 5 star err not so sure what criteria has to met to make the rating. Looks a bit dated. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. The food in the restaurant onsite is varied and very good. Currently sitting by the pool in a cold shaded area because the hotel permits the reservation of sunbeds using a towel. The management should get a grip and treat selfish people with deserved disdain. Hotel on a golf course adds to the tranquility of this hotel. Good facilities indoor and outdoor pool, spa, small gym and other activities. Varying WiFi speeds if you pay an additional cost it goes up. Worth a visit for a couple of days.

Facilities were brilliant and staff some of the most friendly and accommodating I have ever experienced. They made my week. But the food and drinks were sky high. It was sometimes cheaper to have drinks from the room bar fridge. The bar food was ok nothing spectacular but 16 euros for a burger is too much. It soon adds up when drinks are 10 euros. The evening buffet was 37 euros and nothing really to speak of in terms of food quality. If I go again I will take a taxi to cascais , go to the nicest restaurant then get a taxi back and it will still be cheaper.

Our third time here. The reception staff was very welcoming and friendly. Tried the Spa. Awesome! The rooms are spacious and the beds are big. Shame that the wifi is slow unless you pay a premium and the television sets are old and small.

Habitaciones algo pasadas. Desayuno mediocre. Muy poca tranquilidad. La piscina pequeña y llena de gente. Niños y no tan niños jugando al balón entre las tumbonas, y tirandose vestidos a la piscina. No es un 5 estrellas. No es ni la sombra de lo que fué. No es mi primera visita pero si la última.

The “Villas” are dirty and broken, there’s no room service, no attention to detail. Might have been neat little places 10-15 years ago, but right now it’s more of a 3* bungalow than a 5* villa.

Has many of the facilities you would expect of a 5 star place but it all felt a bit tired. Smallish rooms. No evening entertainment, one bar and restaurant. Golf course pretty good. For the money you would do better looking at all inclusive Turkey golf.

Wir kommen zweimal im Jahr in die Region und das ist bislang das absolute Lowlight.
In direkter Nähe gibt es genügend deutlich bessere Alternativen

Food good, pool lovely but internally it is rather tired and needs a refresh/redecoration. It certainly isn't 5 star standard as they try and say it is. For example the door handle in the attached photo is to a small meeting room next to their reception and it is just very worn, this is a good summary of the internals of the hotel.

Villa byla vždy čista, pokoje i hotel lehka patina času. V lobbY zapáchající panské wc. Každý den stale stejná snídaně, žádná kreativita v lehké změně k oživení. Malé sklenice na juice.
Postradal jsem bio vlastní výrobu juice : jalko, mrkev a citrusy. Nikdo nedelá snídaňové omelety z vajec. Posledni den pobytu jsem videl personal jak nese. Nikdo ale nenabízí. Ve venkovni časti snídaní se při snídani kouří, to je v rozporu s etikou a euro normami.
Personál při snídaních neumí anglicky.
Na baru devče obsluhující děvče neumí otevřít víno a nezná etiketu. Situaci zachraňují čilšníci a utrhlý korek zachrání.

The resort was ok and the outdoor pool was very nice. However, I did get the distinct impression that I was treated differently than the native Portuguese guests. This was especially evident in the restaurants, where there was a greater language barrier and the service was lacking.
If you are staying in the Marinha area, I would strongly recommend the Sheraton that is located in close proximity. The Sheraton has much nicer rooms, well trained staff, and high quality customer service.
Overall, I would compare this to a 3 or 3 1/2 star resort in the United States. Not bad, but certainly not a 5 star resort.

We hadden meer verwacht van dit 5 sterren hotel. Hotel is wat verouderd en niet optimaal onderhouden. Hier en daar zie je dingen die aan vervanging toe zijn. In onze badkamer was de wasbak verstopt en was er een onhandige wc-borstel. Aan het zwembad laten ze toe dat iedereen zijn handdoek 's morgens op de ligstoelen legt met als gevolg geen beschikbare plaatsen meer, maar wel heel veel legen plaatsen gedurende gans de dag. Restaurant aan het zwembad is aan de dure kant zeker voor Portugese normen. Ontbijt was wel zeer goed en personeel was vriendelijk. Er is een golfterrein aan het hotel verbonden, maar aangezien wij niet golfen hebben wij dit niet benut. Ondanks sommige opmerkingen is dit zeker geen slecht hotel, maar het voelt niet aan als een 5 sterren hotel. Tijdens onze doorreis in portugal hebben we in meerdere hotels verbleven met minder sterren, die naar ons gevoel beter scoorde dan dit hotel.

We stay 10 days in the wonderful Hotel Quinta da Marinha. First the location of the hotel is nice. Near to the centre of Cascais and the beach of gincho, but I recommend to get a car of bikes.
The personnel is so helpful and kind, you really feel like a princess. Rooms are comfortable with space. The pool is amazing as you can see on the pictures.
I highly recommend this hotel for a week around Lisbon.

Muito bom em termos de instalações e pessoal.
O mau foi o pagamento: no dia do check in fizemos o pagamento integral. No dia do check out cobraram mais um valor de taxas.
Ora se eram taxas de alojamento e não consumos poderiam te lo feito logo a entrada.
Para além disso essas taxas nunca foram nomeadas no momento da reserva pelo que reflectem um aumento de preço descarado.

Very nice round of golf. Despite some weather, had a great round. Wonderful and helpful staff that was in communication with me about renting and booking before my arrival, as well as supportive day of play. Located close to the resort, was able to play a round while my wife was at the spa. Only course I played in Cascais, but had a great time.

It is overall a well managed hotel. Very remote location, but you can take a taxi for 7 EUR to the Cascais train station (city center). The hotel amenities are a bit overpriced. Dinner buffet menu for EUR 38/per person... ?!? No vegetables (only tomatoes) at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast very poor for a 5 star hotel.

Don't go there as their waiters show no respect to any of their customers!! We were completely ignored by all the waiters at every breakfast we had and had to go over and ask them to pour out what was always completely undrinkable tea or coffee.
Plus, their housekeeping ripped out all my wife's notes from her two year old workbook just to obtain a blank note book worth about a Euro. The hotel made some really unacceptable excuses and never apologized!!!
Also the Wifi is rubbish!!
To be honest, I would give them 'zero' stars but the review system doesn't appear to allow this.

Pay the extra money and stay at the hotel rather than the chalets which need to be refurbished. We had an all inclusive deal but drinks were expensive and it pays to go into town for this. Food was excellent...breakfast and dinner, along with the service.
Be warned as thieves operate on the golf course and the people in front lost 600 euros in cash while golfing. We were lucky. Unfortunately, the hotel management weren't interested in dealing with the incident and I don't believe that the police or their own security followed up. Be careful, vigilant and don't take any valuables with you while golfing.....

Una auténtica vergüenza. El trato y la habitación. Nada más llegar me encuentro con una habitación que nada tiene que ver con las fotos, está antiguo, pequeñas y con la moqueta que te asfixias.
Voy a hablar con la recepción para pagar una superior y me dicen de muy malas formas que no hay sin ni siquiera mirar en el ordenador. Y mi sorpresa es que te metes en Internet y puedes reservarla pero a mi han decidido no darmela.
No lo recomiendo en absoluto!
A real shame. The deal and the room. Nothing more to come I find a room that has nothing to do with the photos, it is old, small and with the carpet that suffocates you.
I'm going to talk to the front desk to pay a premium and they tell me in very bad ways that there is no without even looking at the computer. And my surprise is that you get on the Internet and you can book it but I have decided not to give it to you.

Uma verdadeira vergonha. O acordo e a sala. Nada mais por vir Eu acho um quarto que não tem nada a ver com as fotos, é velho, pequeno e com o tapete que o sufoca.
Eu vou falar com a recepção para pagar um prêmio e eles me dizem de maneiras muito ruins que não há sem sequer olhar para o computador. E minha surpresa é que você entenda na Internet e você pode reservar, mas eu decidi não dar a você.

Not a 5 star resort. Overpriced with a low level of customer service. Some facilities suggest a premium offering but don't compare to the other 5 star players in the hotel industry. Prices of food and drink are far higher in comparisons to Ritz Carlton. Golf course is good condition but not to the standard of other premium resorts (too short and not challenging enough).

7 jours passés sur place, le personnel est très cordiale et disponible. Les chambres sont très propres, avec un lit king-size et un balcon avec vue pour se détendre. L'hôtel est calme et reposant, quand il n'y a pas trop de famille. La piscine extérieure n'étant pas chauffée, La piscine intérieur se transforme en terrain de jeu de tout les enfants car l'eau est à 29°. Le restaurant et le bar pratique des prix élevés par rapport à la qualité des produits (congelé en quantité et nourriture de supermarché), et Les buffets thématique sont bien sans plus avec eau et vin inclus dans le prix. Le reste est un bon rapport-qualité prix (même si je trouve pas trop 5 étoiles pour tout ca voir 4 étoiles, mais plutôt village vacances) pour les chambres et le lieu bien entretenu avec un personnel au top, le golf permettra de vous exercez avec des cours pour initiations.

Excellent hôtel où nous avons séjourné 15 jours. Un effort sur la restauration où le rapport qualité prix n'est pas. Cependant le personnel, les chambre et la prestation petit dej sont très très bien. Piscines, environnement et golf également impeccables. Second séjour nous concernant.

Excellent hôtel très propre où nous nous sommes bien reposés : chambre et literie confortables, salon de jardin sur le balcon avec vue sur le golf. Piscine et longues promenades le long de l'océan à proximité. Le personnel était serviable et très sympathique. Nous avons profité d'incroyables petits-déjeuners inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Enfin, nous avons été bluffés par le buffet thématique en soirée défiant toute concurrence qualité/prix.

The golf courses in the area are excellent.
Less the hotel which is not well managed. E.g. the handling of green fee packages is not in favor of the guest, room service is understaffed, the restaurant overpriced and a fitness room does not exist. I developed the impression that money for needed investments is missing so that unfavorable cost saving is the result.
Personell is indeed very friendly. But you expect this in a five star hotel...

Las habitaciones están muy bien de calidad y mantenimiento, como en general todo el hotel. Lo único que echamos de menos es animación infantil, aunque supongo que es intencionado para no atraer demasiado turismo familiar, que estropearia la tranquilidad que se respira en todo el hotel.

Hôtel propre situe sur le golf , Îl ne faut pas être couche tôt car pianiste jusqu'à tard .
Le point le plus noir est le service, très très long! Et si vous voulez boire un kf le matin au bar c est plus que compliqué , personne pour servir ( bar fantôme).
Personnel disponible malgré beaucoup de nouveaux qui oublis les bases de la restauration.

Im Rahmen einer Firmenveranstaltung verbrachten wir 4 Tage im Quinta da Marinha. Hervorzuheben ist besonders das tolle Personal: hier wird wirklich alles versucht, den Gästen jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, und sei er noch so ungewöhnlich. Vom Sicherheitspersonal und der Putzfrau, über die Servicekräfte und die Hausmeister bis hin zur Hotelmanagerin Mónica: jeder, wirklich jeder war unserem gesamten Team gegenüber absolut zuvorkommend, immer ansprechbar, schnell, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Trotz der Größe des Hotels wirkte alles sehr persönlich – dass sich Mitarbeiter nach einer einzigen Vorstellungsrunde unsere Namen merken, ist schon als außergewöhnlich zu bezeichnen.
Das Essen war durchgehend sehr gut. Sowohl das Grillbuffet am Abend, als auch das gemeinsame Mittagessen und die Verpflegung im Seminarraum: sehr abwechslungsreich, geschmacklich hervorragend und mehr als reichlich. Zudem gab sich das Hotel große Mühe mit besonderen Essenswünschen (vegetarisch).
Das Hotel selbst wirkt unglaublich weitläufig und sehr großzügig angelegt (große Lobby, viele Sitzgelegenheiten in der offenen Bar, usw.). Die Zimmer waren absolut in Ordnung, sehr schön eingerichtet (wunderschönes Bad mit Badewanne), dürften allerdings nicht kleiner sein…
Die Golfmöglichkeiten können wir leider nicht beurteilen, da wir sie nicht genutzt haben. Die Anlage wirkt „von außen“ insgesamt sehr gepflegt und sehr gut betreut.

Experiência muito muito má. Serviço de quartos muito mau: insuficientes artigos de higiene, limpeza precária do uso pelo cliente anterior e, principalmente, péssima qualidade das camas, nomeadamente do sofá-cama complementar da Suite. Preço claramente superior aos serviços prestados. Sem categoria para um hotel de 5 estrelas. Muito desaconselhável. Péssima capacidade de lidar com a reclamacao.
