Great service today. They called back after 10 mins to explain they were very busy (we booked a 5 seater). Taxis arrived 20 mins after calling which to be fair was acceptable. Great communication, great service.

Péssimo! Se pudesse dava 0 estrelas. Liguei 4 vezes para o call center e disseram nos que estaria para vir um táxi mas não. Estivemos a espera uma hora e quando voltei a ligar, pediram para aguardar 10 minutos e até lá não vieram. Mas pior do pior, foi depois do sucedido não terem ligado de volta a saber onde estavamos! Incompetência ao mais alto nível!

Not disabled friendly. Despite prominently claiming they are disabled accessible, when I rang to ask if they do journeys in Vilamoura for wheelchair users, the operator said “Sorry we have no cars” I said my daughter could transfer into the seat but her wheelchair needed to go in...” Sorry we have no cars” I was clear I was asking in general, not for that time (8.30 am). I suspect they have cars for expensive airport transfers but can’t be bothered with shorter call outs.

We called a taxi and they told us that they are here in 5-10 minutes. After 30 minutes of waiting we called them back and they thold us that they are here in 5 minutes then after 10 minutes we called again and they told us that no taxi is available. VERY BAD SERVICE!

Can get very busy in summer so long waits to be expected. Uber do operate in the Algarve so a great alternatve

Absolutely disgraceful. Rang for a taxi and told sending one but couldn't give time. Rang back after 30mins and they claimed the had the wrong hotel but were sending one straight away. Phoned again after 15mins and told on the way. Phoned again after the hour was up and told no service in the area. We have a 3yr old who was 2hrs late for dinner as a result. Stay well away from this shambles of a company . Soured my week in portugal

Called a taxi ten minutes ago. They told us €36 to Faro but that's way overpriced. We say okay anyway. They then took ages to call us saying ur taxi is ready. As we went downstairs no car was to be seen so we called again. They said NO TAXI IS AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW. Then they HUNG UP ON US. We were speechless. Professionalism as they claim, is completely a lie. Scamming company, do not trust.

Very pleasant journey back from vulamora to alberfia, Ruben was lovely, made our journey very fun! Even suggested a few bars and clubs we could go to! He is a great aspect to the company and should get a pay rise!!!! Thank you for a great trip home!!!
