Wow! Marco's customer service is AMAZING - the best I've experienced anywhere on this side of the Atlantic. His English is flawless. He's very helpful, friendly, and patient. I highly recommend renting from here. Driving in the Algarve is a fabulous experience!

Contrary to what it says on Google map this is a seasonal office. I drove an hour to get here only to find out that they are closed starting October 1st until who knows when. More problems with Avis. Surprise surprise!

Nice staff, had given us a perfect Toyota Aygo with a full insurance which later covered a chipped paint on the hood caused by rock on the highway. Returned car back fast enough even there were some issues with reservation system in the office. Also got a small refund for returning a car with higher fuel level than in the beginning, small thing, but it’s really nice.

Katastrophe. Wir wurden vom Abschleppdienst nach einer Panne (vermutlich Motorschaden) netterweise bei der Avis Station abgesetzt. Dort wurden wir sehr unfreundlich empfangen und hatten wohl Glück, dass es aktuell einen Leihwagen gab. Der Abschleppdienst erklärte dem Herrn C. von Avis was passiert war, wobei er nicht auf Begeisterung stieß. Bevor er fuhr meinte er zu mir: ‚Viel Spaß. Ich denke ich würde ihn an eurer Stelle anschreien‘ ... Uns wurde dann noch aufgezählt was wir alles bezahlen dürfen, falls wir falsch getankt haben - fast mit einer Art Schadenfreude. (Wir hatten natürlich richtig getankt) Unfreundlich Unverschämt Kein Interesse am Kunden ... Unverschämtheit

I make a riservation only but i got there they have problem with the credit card sistem. So in the end the didn t give me the car and not back the money.. the worst renting place i ever been
