We have used FATA twice now and both times we have had excellent service. Everything is well documented from Carlos with plenty of information re pick ups and drop offs and times etc. Drivers are always on time and where they say they will be. Excellent service, delays getting through the airport meant our taxi had left, but Carlos rang us to find out what had happened to us and sent a taxi right out to pick us up, we cannot thank him enough.

Carlos and his team were great. I booked online as we boarded the plane in Stansted and all went to plan when arrived in Faro a couple of hours later. We were particularly impressed with Paul our driver, he was polite, knowledgeable, professional & friendly. We'll be back & will most definitely use FATA.

We have been clients of this Transfer co . for some time now, and have never had a problem with Transfers/collections. My husband is a disabled bodied wheelchair user so it is very important to us that we have a trouble free Transfer and I can honestly say that with this service that has been exactly that. Booked in for hotel transfer from airport in late evening, the driver was present at arrival with name placard tracking our flight which was slightly early. The car was clean and big enough as requested. Everything perfect, great service, will book again. Resonable price.

I cannot recommend this service enough. Very easy experience to book. Our flights were changed by an hour and I emailed Company and they replied straight away with new pick up times. Driver at airport waiting for us and a perfect transfer to our hotel. On our return to airport, driver was waiting for us at hotel and we had a very pleasant drive to airport terminal. What can I say, everything was very professional and an exceptional service. Would definitely recommend to anyone, and we would use service again. Many thanks.

I was looking for a private transfer from Faro airport to Albufeira for large group. Found Sunlinetransfers through google search. Can pay after arrival to driver which is great.Booked mini van for our group.Rate was reasonable.Great communication, replies to email straight away. Day before our travel they called me and explained everything about pick up. Once landed in Faro the driver called me said where he is been waiting. No stress at all. But instead of one mini van they provided us with two different vehicles an eight seater and another car.They have got baby car seats and booster seats . All without extra charge.Return was also easy , they came on time, to pick us from our hotel . All the drivers are friendly and pleasant. Will use again.

Excellent customer service. I liked the idea that I didn't have to pay until I arrived. Everything ran smoothly found our driver without any issues. He was friendly and polite. The car seat for our little boy was waiting ready in the car which meant we was able to leave promptly. No issues on return, it was lovely to be able to travel to and from the airport with no stress in a peaceful environment. We will definitely use again on our return to the Algarve

We used this service to get to and from the airport and for a few trips in between. Our driver on the way in was very friendly and helpful, giving tips about the area. I had to email to change the time of my pick up on the last day and received confirmation back within half an hour. We needed an invoice for one of the journeys (am email wasnt enough) and it was sorted out asap. Fantastic service, would definitely recommend and use again!

Easy from start to finish. Reservation was easy and straightforward and received a email confirmation instantly. We were met at the airport by a very friendly driver who insisted on pulling our suitcases! On the day before leaving we received an email confirming our return journey and the driver was waiting for us when we left our apartment. Overall a very good, friendly and efficient service and i would have no hesitation in recommending these to others.

Our flight was delayed 2 hrs until after midnight and the driver was still waiting where we had been told he would be. He was also on time for pickup from the hotel. Car seat provided for out toddler was suitable. Car was clean with plenty of space for cases. Driver did not make calls during the journey.

My wife and I booked a round trip taxi service with Faro Airpot Transfers Argarve (FATA) from Faro Airport to Ferragudo, Argarve, We could not have been more satisfied! First of all, we made the booking online and we quickly received confirmation of our booking via email. You have the option of paying by credit card up front or you can pay cash on the day of the pickup. We chose the latter. Upon arriving at Faro airport, our driver was at the arrivals hall with our last name printed on a large card. Our driver was very courteous and my wife and I enjoyed the 50 minute ride from the airport to our resort in Ferragudo. A few days before our departure from our resort to Faro, I was planning on contacting FATA to reconfirm our booking but before I had a chance to do that, FATA sent me a confirmation of the time they would pick up my wife and I. Exactly at the published pickup time, our driver arrived to take us back to Faro Airport. This was the second time my wife used FATA at the Faro airport and they certainly have my highest recommendation!

Found FATA after a last minute search for a transfer the day before flying in. Ended up 30 euro cheaper than the option I had found earlier in the week!
Traveling with 2 small kids and a lot of luggage was no problem. Child seats were provided and installed.
The driver was on time for both pickups, zero issues. Would definitely recommend.

We had to book a transfer last minute due to a flight cancellation losing our original transfer. I found FATA from TripAdvisor the night before and quickly booked and was confirmed. We were provided very descriptive instructions on how to find our driver, who was waiting for us at the airport. She was awesome! I hate that I don't remember her name, but she provided us many Lagos recommendations and was very friendly. She took us directly to where we were staying and was just overall really informative. It was easy to book and pay in cash at the time of drop off. I would highly recommend this service and intend to use it again in the future if I ever get to return to such a wonderful place!

Just back from Portugal. Used fata transfer . Lovely lady met us on arrival. Was very helpful and ensured we had a pleasant transfer to our hotel .Was also full of knowledge about the area .a great start to our break..Had to change our pick up time for departure as I had mixed up the times.

Excellent service all around. Driver showed up 5 minutes early which I appreciate. Vehicle was very clean. Very friendly driver who I shared a conversation all the way to the airport. Great sense of humour.
He even let my son take a photo of him at the airport for his scrap book of memories of our vacation.
The only regret I had is that I only found out about this service for our ride back to the airport. It would have saved me money instead of taking an Uber when we arrived at Faro Airport.
Will recommend to family & friends to use this service in the future.

A perfect service from start to finish. We received an email confirmation straight away and a contact to get in touch with via WhatsApp (Carlos) straight away. Our flight was delayed but this was not a problem as they tracked our flight. We had an issue and had to change our transfer at short notice to be picked up a day early and taken to other accommodation in Faro near the hospital not the airport and again this was no trouble. Drivers were professional and friendly, and arrived on time. Reasonably priced as well! Made a difficult experience for us much easier. Thank you!

Could not have asked for an easier, more efficient transfer service. Driver from the airport knew a quick alternative route to avoid an accident on the A22 and recommended some good restaurants. Fantastic service. The driver was waiting when we arrived and again on our way home then we didn't even have to worry about contacting the transfer company. We literally put our bags outside the hotel for collection when we got a phonecall to say the drive was on the way and he then pulled up. All baby chairs ready. Will definitely use again. Fantastic service from start to finish, we travelled with our 20month old so required a car seat on arrival, as we used the service last year and we will use again next year... Top class service.
Our transfer from airport to our hotel in Vilamoura was seamless and quite frankly so relaxed it was a great start to the holiday.
Also when leaving they were there promptly before our scheduled pick up time at the hotel and already liaised with the hotel about our bags when checking out and in the van ready to rock before we had even fully checked out at reception which when travelling with kids was fantastic and stress free!
Would highly recommend and will definitely use again on our next visit.. Top notch service and extremely good value for money.

We only booked a transfer with Faro Aiport Transfer the night before we were going on holiday and we were unsure if they would turn up , but they were there on time with a board with my name on and we paid them half and the other half on return to the airport. Both our drivers were prompt and enthusiastic. They spoke excellent English and chatted to us about the area, even teaching us a bit of Portuguese. We had a slight issue with the pick-up from our apartment in that the coordinates given to the driver didn't quite match where we were, but I quickly received a call from the service when he couldn't find us, and they rang him back with more specific instructions on how to reach us. All in all a very reliable service that took all the worry out of getting to and from the airport.

We booked a private return transfer to albufeira, the pick up at the airport was a little late, but this was due to an accident on the road to the airport delaying quite a few of the pick ups. the transfer was ok, but the driver was definitely driving quickly, not one for nervous passengers. The return journey driver was a bit early but was happy to wait to the pick up time, and drove in a much more sedate manner which certainly made my wife happier

This was the easiest transfer I have ever had both from and to the Airport.
Upon arrival and picking up the luggage the driver was at the exit from the customs area with a name sheet waiting and ready. Quick walk to the car and we were off.
For the return journey the driver arrived a little early but was willing to wait as I was having a coffee. We still left 5-10 mins early. straight to the departures terminal no fuss.
This was all for a great price. WILL USE AGAIN.

There was also aircon which was on full blast which was lovely! The price was the same on the return journey, even though there were 2 additional people; I was impressed by this as i expected them to charge more.

Just returned from Portugal, The driver could not do enough for us, one of the ladies left her hand bag in the mini bus with her passport, money, phone etc, we got in touch and they returned the bag with everything in as soon as they could and no extra coast.
The mini buses were spotless and the correspondence was great.
Going again to 2 weeks and will book with this company again, would recommend to everyone to use this company, they were also one of the cheapest to use.

Brilliant service. People carrier (with aircon!!) waiting for us at Faro Airport, the driver helped carry our bags and loaded up then took us straight to our hotel in Albefreira with no problems.
On our return journey the driver met us at our hotel ten minutes before the agreed time which allowed for a stress free journey.
Overall a totally first class service at 60 euros return, which seems competitive having spoke to other holiday makers and probably cuts the journey time in half compared to a coach transfer.

Excellent service. Contacted them on way to airport for outward flight and got a Whatsapp message before we left. Message them when we landed and they called me through Whatsapp. I then changed the number of people to collect 2 times in the next 10 minutes and they arranged for correct vehicles. My brother uses Faro Airport Transfers all the time for family trips. they are very reliable. Driver was there to meet us and take us to our apartment. No hassles and very friendly. Not too expensive compared to what u would pay getting a taxi yourself. On time on pick up for the airport. (little confusion on my part). Over all a great and satisfying service. Would definitely recommend Faro Transfers Algarve.

No car arrived to bring us back to airport on our arranged departure date!!
It was a very stressful experience especially travelling with a toddler. We were waiting twenty minutes in advance of pick up time. But when I rang the emergency number to follow up 10 minutes after the expected collection time I was told that ‘someone else’ had taken our transfer pretending to be me - I find this hard to believe considering we were there for 30 minutes & witnessed no other collections. So we had to urgently find alternative transfer and were then running 30 minutes late. A company rep did meet us at the airport to pay the replacement taxi and did apologise, but still very disappointing & needless stress on us. Such a pity because we had had a good experience on the first leg of journey.

I had requested when booking that we have two car seats for our two year old twins. The car seats were in our taxi for our airport pick up but on the return leg we got a car seat and a booster seat, as opposed to the requested car seat. Unfortunately we didn't have the time to arrange anything else and had to use this option. Very disappointing as I specifically requested them through chat (and was guaranteed same) and if it were not for this the service would have been excellent.

Fantastic service provided by the whole team!!
When booking transfer 'Carlos' was so easy to book with during the on line chat.
I actually made an error when I originally booked, yet, it was so easy to change without any cash penalty.
Both collections arrived on time with very friendly drivers who spoke fluent English.
Actually 10 Euros cheaper then normal taxi's

Excellent service, clean taxi and well presented drivers.
Waiting for us as planned even though our plane made up about twenty minutes due to a tail wind.
Totally hassle free and our pick up to take us back to the airport was every bit as efficient.
Would have no hesitation in recommending your company to any travelling friends, and we would certainly be back in touch again.

Really prompt service even in the atrocious weather conditions when we arrived on Saturday night. Only small issue was the minivan for the return trip was not big enough for all the luggage which made it cramped. Otherwise, the service is faultless and recommended.

This service is superior in every way . very friendly drivers that were helpful and good English speaking too.there was no waiting around for them on time and actually arrived a few minutes before pick up time. I recommend if going to Portugal this is the best service to get. I know we will be booking faro airport transfers again. Excellent service. Booked the taxi service return for 6 people. Met at the airport on our arrival and delivered safely to our destination. Based on our flight time home to Dublin on Friday morning last, the suggested pickup time left us with plenty pf time at the airport. Both drivers were very pleasant and the journeys went very well. Overall a very good experience

Pick up at airport very good. Even though we arrived early the driver was already there.
Return journey not so good. Advised to be at pick up point 10mins prior to collection which was 17:15hrs.
No sign of driver at 17:05hrs....
No sign of driver at pick up time 17:15hrs...
No sign of driver until 17:30hrs.
I Had to phone to find out where he was would have made whole experience better if I had been called to say that it was running late rather than me having to do it. Or even better turned up on time.

Overall I would highly recommend this service. No fuss no hassle ...waiting on the other side on arrival and taken in comfort to our hotel. On our departure the return taxi was there at the appointed time and again taken in comfort to the airport...perfection...just book and it will all run smooth....Faro Airport Transfers Algarve are fantastic and we will be using them everytime.

Fantastic service. Waiting at the airport when we arrived. Gave advice about the location when being dropped to hotel and arrived 10 minutes early for the return journey which suited us. Friendly drivers who were professional and could not do enough for you. Would definitely recommend, just a shame they only operate in Portugal.

We used FATA on our recent visit to Albufeira. As in the past they provided an excellent service. At Faro Airport the driver was waiting exactly where indicated and assisted with our luggage. On the return trio from the hotel the driver was waiting in the lobby when we arrived to check out. We will certainly use FATA on all visits to the Algarve. Thanks Carlos.

Excellent service! We booked a 2-way transfer online from home in advance of our trip. The email confirmation and detailed information on pick ups and drops offs that we received in advance was greatly appreciated and very professional. On our arrival at the airport in Faro, the driver was waiting for us with a clear sign and was very courteous and helpful as he drove us to our resort. Our trip home necessitated a 3:25 a.m. pick up and again the confirmation email two days in advance was appreciated. The same driver arrived 5 min. early and was most polite and helpful. We would definitely recommend this service to others! Thank you!

Booking was fast and easy - I was transiting in Frankfurt and boarding the plane while I managed to book. Price is reasonable; no extra charge or whatsoever; private car; direct to my destination. Driver is friendly and provided some tips to make my stay better. Highly recommended!

Never used a private transfer company before which was not recommended. However found this company on the web and was not disappointed in the slightest.
The driver (Sergio) met us at the airport and was polite and nothing was too much trouble, as we passed through different areas he gave us information about the district and places to visit.
On our return the driver arrived 10 mins early and another helpful person.
Would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends and relatives.

Booking was great, had a few changes to our flight times but that was easily solved
I got an email reminder a day before for both journeys that was helpful
On arrival at Faro airport there was maintenance going on, and we couldn't see our driver so we were confused but when we headed out the airport our driver was there waiting for us. Our driver was great, very professional. He took us to our hotel in Vilmoura and helped us with luggage into the hotel
When it came to our day to leave Portugal. Our driver came to pick us up from our hotel, everything went smoothly yet again

I arrived at the airport much later than scheduled. Jean Marc, the driver, was there to meet me with a smile. He was courteous, helpful and very disability aware. I used this company a few times during my 3 week stay, very good service each time. I will use them again and would highly recommend them.
