Amazing place to relax and take some time off. The host made us feel completely relaxed and welcome. It is a short ride from Coimbra, so sufficient places around for a nice bite and glass of wine/port. Ideal place for a stop between Porto and Lisbon!!

We had a great stay there. The room was amazing. The hosts are really super people. Breakfast was really good with great coffee and tea. The views from the terrace as you eat breakfast are beautiful. The swimming pool looked nice but it was still cold when we stayed. It is about 2.5 hours from Lisbon and 1.5 hours from Porto. We used it as our base while we stayed there. Highly recommend staying and we will stay there again if we have the chance.

Een zeer leuk verblijf gehad . 3 nachten mogen verblijven super goed ontvangst.Verblijf in kleine kamer maar helemaal in orde ,terras en koelkast op 2m. leuk gezinnetje met zeer leuke en schattige hond. Dikke aanrader en perfect geholpen voor uitstapjes. restaurant panoramico.

Maravilhoso. Excelente quarto, condições da casa, pequeno almoço e casal muito simpático. Basicamente ficar em casa de um casal amigo :) excelente para pernoitar 2 ou 3 noites para conhecer a região.

Vriendelijke onthaal, mooie kamers, verzorgd ontbijt, behulpzaam bij het kiezen van daguitstap. Schitterend gelegen met mooi uitzicht vanop het ontbijt terras.

Was für tolle 3 Wochen, wir konnten uns bei den super netten Gastgebern und in dem wunderschönen Haus, super gut entspannen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub

Wij verbleven hier 2 nachten in juni. Mooie villa met zwembad en prachtig uitzicht. Ontvangst van Frédéric was erg prettig, hij bracht onze zware bagage tot aan de kamer! Wij kregen ook fijne tips van hem, zoals een mooie route op de terugweg van Coimbra naar het verblijf. Nette kamer met een zeer goed bed. Spijtig hadden wij echt regenweer tijdens ons verblijf en dan mis je wel een tv op de kamer. Door het weer voelde de kamer erg klam en vochtig aan, het was ook koud. Op vraag van ons hebben ze de verwarming toch aangezet. Hier vonden wij de gastvrouw minder aangenaam. Eerder ongeïnteresseerd, althans zo kwam het voor ons persoonlijk over. Het ontbijt vonden wij heel goed. Bij het vertrek heeft de gastheer ons terug geholpen met de bagage (het is toch best een steil padje met grind, en het regende) en ons nog een prettige reis gewenst.

We had the wonderful pleasure of staying two nights at this place 10 days ago and warmly recommend it to anybody! Casa nas Serras is held by Frederik and Angelique, a Belgian couple who speak fluent Flemish, English, French, Portuguese and Westvlomsch :-) They bought the farm a decade ago and renovated it completely into a charming and luxurious place including beautiful view, nicely sized swimming pool and hammocks. Most of the (clean and modern) rooms are located underneath the house and therefore stay cool in the summer, and have a small terrace with view on the garden. Breakfast was yummy and copious. There is sufficient space to park the cars of all guests behind a closed gate. We especially loved this place because of the TLC (tender loving care :-) ) displayed by both Frederik and Angelique: as we stayed two nights they recommended us two local places to have dinner and both were a hit! Moreover they gave us excellent guidance on how to visit Coimbra (how to get there, where to park the car) as well as the Roman ruines of Conimbriga. They know the area really well and give really good advice!

Perfect guesthouse run by a lovely couple (and they speak perfectly several languages). The house and the swimming pool are really nice as well as the breakfast on the balcony, the insights from Frederik to visit the area (typical stone villages and river for example).

Muito bom fim de semana com os proprietarios muito simpaticos e prestaveis. A recomendar.

Ambiente agradável. Com piscina, estacionamento, pequeno almoco em varanda. Boa paisagem. Hosters acolhedores, dinâmicos e amigáveis.
