Sophie Woods: My partner and I ate at Soho Coffee in the departure lounge for breakfast ahead of our return flight to the UK. As there were only a handful of flights departing that day the lounge was virtually empty, and we were served quite quickly. I ordered an Americano with my avocado, and my partner a Coke Zero and some pancakes. But what made this experience so great was not what we ordered, but what some other customers ordered after us. It was an American group, who were all over the place when ordering. They were over-pronouncing words to the staff as if they were deaf when in actual fact quite a few of them had relatively good English. One woman said she wanted an Americano coffee, asking “do you know what that is?” to a man stood below a menu that included such beverage. “Yes, I do. Would you like one?” he said. “Two” she said, holding up two fingers and mouthing it in such a way that was blatantly rude. “Sure thing,” he said. She returned to the table, only after picking up a couple of bottles of ketchup. And a short time later, their ‘Americano’s’ were ready to pickup. Instead of being served in the usual way, as mine was, the man making the drinks (not the same man who took the order, a different one), went overboard with whipped cream and sugar on top. I didn’t notice this at first, but my partner did and said the staff were messing with them. They hadn’t asked for their drink to be topped off like this, but I didn’t think they would do this. But then another person ordered an Americano, they weren’t American, and it was served in the usual way, ie a cup with no whipped cream and sugar sprinkled all over it. It was hilarious. Anyway, our food was great. Our drinks were good. The service we received was excellent. And the entertainment was priceless.

10 minutos depois de ter saído do Home Depot percebi que o meu telemóvel tinha desaparecido! Rapidamente dei meia-volta e fiz uma fila de abelhas para a loja e corri para a recepção. Disseram-me para verificar a estação do caixa. Quando a senhora na cabine me viu, e ela podia ver meu olhar preocupado, e gentilmente sorriu dizendo que eu acho que você está perdendo algo? e então me levou para o lado e apontou para o meu telefone que foi colocado cuidadosamente de lado longe do check out. YEP ... Lá estava ele!!!! Muito obrigado pela gentileza e encorajamento ao Home Depot e ao seu simpático pessoal! Demasiada pontuação!!! Kudos.

Empresa inacreditável! Incrível! Eu adoro a minha geladeira! O Sr. Rogers Appliance Warehouse é incrível. Quando comprei o meu frigorífico, só tinha uma garantia de SEIS meses. Eu estava preocupado, o Sr. Rogers prolongou a garantia por um ano inteiro! Fez o meu coração sorrir. Eu vou comprar mais aparelhos de lá, não tenho que procurar mais. Além disso, eles são muito amigáveis! Se eu pudesse avaliar esta empresa eu o faria.
