Sophie Woods: My partner and I ate at Soho Coffee in the departure lounge for breakfast ahead of our return flight to the UK. As there were only a handful of flights departing that day the lounge was virtually empty, and we were served quite quickly. I ordered an Americano with my avocado, and my partner a Coke Zero and some pancakes. But what made this experience so great was not what we ordered, but what some other customers ordered after us. It was an American group, who were all over the place when ordering. They were over-pronouncing words to the staff as if they were deaf when in actual fact quite a few of them had relatively good English. One woman said she wanted an Americano coffee, asking “do you know what that is?” to a man stood below a menu that included such beverage. “Yes, I do. Would you like one?” he said. “Two” she said, holding up two fingers and mouthing it in such a way that was blatantly rude. “Sure thing,” he said. She returned to the table, only after picking up a couple of bottles of ketchup. And a short time later, their ‘Americano’s’ were ready to pickup. Instead of being served in the usual way, as mine was, the man making the drinks (not the same man who took the order, a different one), went overboard with whipped cream and sugar on top. I didn’t notice this at first, but my partner did and said the staff were messing with them. They hadn’t asked for their drink to be topped off like this, but I didn’t think they would do this. But then another person ordered an Americano, they weren’t American, and it was served in the usual way, ie a cup with no whipped cream and sugar sprinkled all over it. It was hilarious. Anyway, our food was great. Our drinks were good. The service we received was excellent. And the entertainment was priceless.

O pessoal não é muito útil. Eu vim 15 minutos antes do fechamento e a senhora agiu como se eu fosse um incômodo para estar lá porque eles estavam fechando logo. Se você quiser fazer uma venda, então você permanecerá aberto até o momento de fechar e não se queixará. Depois pedi ajuda para encontrar o que procurava, pois estavam a fechar em breve; precisava de uma nova tomada para a minha máquina de secar, e fui informado que não vendem esse tipo de equipamento e para procurar noutro sítio, apesar de ter descoberto esta loja ao procurar a tomada online.

É bom para alugar algo. No entanto, quando você quer alugar para comprar, você vai gastar muito mais dinheiro para o mesmo item exato que você pode obter na loja. Mas é bom para alguém que não pode comprá-lo diretamente, mas vai gastar muito mais por ele. Mas o pessoal é muito bom.

Joseph Cocuzza é extremamente útil, muito conhecedor, explicou a diferença nos produtos e conseguiu encontrar uma máquina de lavar louça em estoque com um preço mais baixo do que o anunciado que se adequava a todas as minhas exigências. Em 2 dias, durante a pandemia de 2020, recomendo vivamente esta roupa impressionante e muito obrigado ao Joseph, especificamente.
