DO NOT RENT THERE !!!! You can get a car way cheaper at the airport. They don't deliver and dont pick up the car from hotel And the worst is, we had to pay extra because we bring the car 2 h late back No one gave us that information and it just stand hidden in the contract FOR THAT EXTRA WE COULD RENT A CAR FOR A WEEK !!

Weil wir unser Fahrzeug zu spät zurück gegeben haben wurde ein unverhältnismäßig hoher extra Tag berechnet. Für den geforderten Preis lässt sich so mancher Mietwagen für 3 Tage buchen!

Ok so read horror stories online reviews about charges staff etc so was apprehensive......but in our opinion the staff were helpful....road toll telepass charges clear and above board .....and correctly charged on long drive to Lisbon and Fatima.....young lad on desk very helpful and efficient....just book On-line where it's cheaper.....

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Wartezeiten 1 Stunde 45 um einen vorab gebuchten Mietwagen abzuholen. Die 2 Mitarbeiter in der Filiale scheine alle Zeit der Welt zu haben. Die Bearbeitung eines Vorgangs dauert geschätzt 20 Minuten. Falls man bereits über ein Internet Portal gebucht hat unbedingt schauen welche Versicherungen inbegriffen sind. Die Damen verkaufen nämlich gerne das ganze vor Ort noch einmal. Update: Nach 5 Tagen haben wir den Mietwagen, der übrigens tadellos war (das einzig positiv an der Vermietung) wieder zurück gegeben. Wartezeit hierbei, wieder über eine Stunde. Wer seine Zeit im Urlaub nicht mit warten vergeuden möchte sollte wo anders mieten!

Rude staff. Big wait. If you’ve booked through enterprise forget it. They can’t give you any info on your booking. Then renege on something you’ve booked with Enterprise online. Refuse to explain how they charge for damage or their excess policy. I walked out after Elsa refused to explain for the fifth time. Presume they’re going to fleece you on returning the car. Beware!

Atrasei-me na entrega 45min e foi-me cobrado mais um dia. A agência ja tinha fechado e apenas "souberam" do atraso na entrega porque eu próprio avisei. Entendo q seja política da Guerin, mas um pouco de compreensão só jogava a vosso favor. Atendimento bom e eficiente.

Wir wurden auf äußerst unangenehme Art und Weise zu einer Versicherung gedrängt, die wir bereits über ein Buchungsportal abgeschlossen hatten. Die Aussage vor Ort war: "Die sind kein Vertragspartner von uns". Vollkommen falsch! Auf der nachträglich zugesandten Rechnung stand dann doch eine Versicherung, obwohl wir alle vor Ort angepriesenen Zusatzleistungen angelehnt hatten. Die Kontaktaufnahme und Reklamation der Abrechnung gestaltet sich äußerst schwierig.

Méfiez vous de ce loueur ! A éviter absolument. Malgré avoir pris toutes les assurances (qui coutent très cher), ayant perdu la clé de la voiture , j'ai demandé à avoir un double qui ne pouvait m'être fournie avant plusieurs jours.... J'ai donc laissé la voiture sur place. On m'apprend alors que la clé n'est pas couverte par la garantie ! Mais au dela de cela : Cout du remplacement d'une clé de Clio : 400 € HT !!! Renseignement pris , cette clé coute moitié moins cher chez Renault ! Et je vous passe les différentes facturations pour immobilisation de véhicule etc.... Résutat , environ 600€ de frais liés à ce problème. J'ai bien sur réclamé, mais sans succès, et aucune preuve pour justifier ce coût prohibitif de la clé. Je vous laisse conclure vous-même.

Alles super verlaufen, ohne Probleme! Ein Punkt Abzug, da alles nur für Engländer ausgelegt ist und nur auf Englisch erklärt werden konnte. Für ältere Urlauber, die kein Englisch sprechen, könnte es zum Problem werden.

Alles gut gelaufen, Wartezeit jeweils ca. 15 Minuten. Sauberes, neues Fahrzeug erhalten. Freundliche Mitarbeiter. Für die Maut kann bequem ein Gerät geliehen werden. Am besten für einen guten Preis vorher online buchen über die üblichen Mietwagen-Vergleichsportale.

Véhicule très bien par contre retour laborieux! fermé entre 13 et 15h. Arrivé à 15h02...Il faut se mettre dans la file qui vient louer...Attente 20minutes...A noter la lenteur de l'informatique pour obtenir l'annulation de la caution.

Service sans fausse note. À éviter une des 3 employée qui a dû perdre son sourire on ne sais où....afin de l'identifier c'est la seul qui a les cheveux long et gris.... Le sourire devrait être leur priorité mais....

Great value car was great, staff helpful and pleasant, busy at times I was prepared to wait with the deal I got, also near to my hotel the Brisa Sol. Recommended.

Ich you want to stay more than 90 minutes in a overcrowded queue please do not hesitate to come here. Today, 02.10.17 (LOW Season) at 10.00 there are waiting more than 25 persons and only 2 employees. Between 10-15 Minutes for person. By the way, the personal can only speak portuguese und English.

The wait on picking the car up was ridiculous. On returning the car; the office was empty so much better. Telephone manners need improving as well.

Friendly staff and fast fast service. Guerin was a very positive experience. No hidden costs and one of the cheapest solution for car rental in Albufeira. Highly recommended. One hint: the toll for highway between Albufeira and Lisboa is around 41 EUR (return).
