Terrible and dishonest. Very cheap value in the daily, but then they charge high on the risks. The clerk handed the car over quickly, did not check for scratches and just said the car was new, did not check if there was spare. But on the way back another employee was thorough, lowered and saw a small scratch on the bumper of the car and we were forced to pay 130 euros for a small risk that we are not even sure we were the ones we did, even taking a total car insurance . We always rent cars with some risk, and the car rental companies charge for any risks later and never arrange these risks, because it is not a hit. This is totally disproportionate, dishonest and unfair! * Terrible et malhonnête. Valeur très bon marché dans le quotidien, mais ensuite ils facturent des risques élevés. L'employé a remis la voiture rapidement, n'a pas vérifié les égratignures et a juste dit que la voiture était neuve, n'a pas vérifié s'il y avait des pièces de rechange. Mais sur le chemin du retour, un autre employé a été minutieux, a baissé et a vu une petite égratignure sur le pare-chocs de la voiture. Nous avons été contraints de payer 130 euros pour un risque minime que nous ne soyons même pas sûrs d’être ce que nous avons fait, même en prenant une assurance auto totale. . Nous louons toujours des voitures avec des risques, et les sociétés de location facturent les risques plus tard, et ne les organisons jamais, car ce n'est pas un succès. C'est totalement disproportionné, malhonnête et injuste! * Péssimo e desonestos. Valor muito barato na diária, mas depois cobram caro nos riscos. O funcionário entregou o carro rapidamente, não conferiu se havia riscos e só disse que o carro era novo, também não conferiu se havia estepe. Mas na devolução outro funcionário foi detalhista, abaixou e viu um pequeno risco no pára-choque do carro e nós fomos obrigados a pagar 130- euros por um pequeno risco que nem temos certeza que fomos nós que fizemos, mesmo fazendo um seguro total do carro. Sempre alugamos carros com algum risco, e as locadoras de automóveis cobram por quaisquer riscos depois e nunca concertam estes riscos, porque não é uma batida. Isto é totalmente desproporcional, desonesto e injusto!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Anbieter! Uns wurde vornherein alles erklärt (Umgang mit dem Fahrzeug, verhalten bei einem Unfall etc) und bei Abgabe war auch alles in Ordnung. Die Kaution wurde vor Ort wieder freigeschaltet! Wir hatten ein neuwagen Citroen C3!

Autovermietung lief reibungslos. Die Rückgabe des Autos war etwas verwirrend, weil wir das Auto nicht dort abgaben, wo wir es geholt hatten, sondern mir mussten zum Flughafen ,wo alle Autovermietungen waren, das wußten wir zuerst nicht und mussten uns erst durchfragen,nervig.

Goede ophaalservice en nette auto. Geen verassingen na afloop.

Pros - cheap rates, new cars, fast check in (once you are at the depot), and the shuttle from the airport to the depot means you avoid crowds at the airport desks. Cons - don't bring the car back with the tiniest mark on it or they will smash you with a hefty 'scratch' charge - 130 euros for losing a speck of paint that we did not cause. The damage check when you take the car is slack but when you bring it back it is incredibly detailed. They have you over a barrel, nothing you can do. The GPS is cheap but out of date and does not contain new streets.

Godna polecenia wypożyczalnia samochodów. Transfer z i na lotnisko sprawny,. Odbiór samochodu trwa około 10 minut, zdanie 1 minutę. Życzliwy personel. Mają też swoje biuro w Portimão. Serdecznie polecam.

Achtung ! Da bei der Rückgabe des Seat keine Schäden gefunden wurden, hat die Firma mir über 60€ für fehlende Buchstaben aus Gummi mit der Aufschrift SEAT beim Kofferraum - die sicher vorher auch schon fehlten abgenommen! Kosten im Internet ca 6€ ! Kann diese Firma nicht weiterempfehlen

Excellent service pick up and drop off to the airport. We had a windscreen problem and the following day they asked us to bring the car to the nearest location to exchange vehicules. We exchanged severals time using whatsapp to get papers for my insurance. They always replied even few weeks after we left. We rented 3 cars and they were almost brand new, 2k km and max 6k km, very clean. A pleasure! Rent with them! Thanks again !!!

Flawless. Ok so you're looking to rent a car in Faro. You are worried that you will be fleeced with extras or have to pay for damage to a car that you didn't do and so on. I was in in the same situation and I didn't regret my decision to book here. I rented a 9 seat mini-van for a golfing trip. The van was a very high spec Citroen just 3 months old. I paid the €5.55 to activate the toll tag and was on the road very quickly. The transfer from car park 4 takes a few minutes, it's not far at all and the return journey was equally easy. I had a good experience here.

Dobra tania wypożyczalnia. Jedyny minus to fakt, że na lotniskowym parkingu stoi minibus, który dowodzi i odwozi z wypożyczalni i jeśli to tam nie ma to na próżno szukać budki.

A melhor agência de rent a car da zona de faro. Preço/qualidade/simpatia do melhor . Aluguei pela net e foi tudo 5 estrelas. Tinha transfer aguardar na zona do parque de estacionamento, mesmo em frente ao aeroporto. Atendimento, viatura, rapidez. Quando voltar ao Algarve será aqui que levantarei viatuta.
