Venho publicar minha péssima experiência com a falta de educação e cordialidade de um funcionário chamado Marco. Ma vontade em me atender e alugar veículo devido ao horário que cheguei no sítio, as 19:55. O colaborador dizia sempre não haver carros pra aluguer sendo que havia e seu colega de trabalho me alugou.

Bon accueil mais principalement en anglais. Les tarifs sont dans les normes. Nous avons négocié la gamme supérieure au même prix. Le retour du véhicule a été des plus simples, vérification du niveau d'essence, un p'tit tour du véhicule vraiment sommaire. Au revoir et merci !!

Adoro alugar os carros com eles, pois sao muito corretos com os preços , nunca tive problemas..

Super efficaces, disparus e profissionalismo

Really good. A breath of fresh air especially when compared to the ‘big’ hire car companies. As a family of four, with a baby and a five year old, we were fed up of waiting at Faro airport for Avis, Hertz, Sixt etc. Always the same: big queues, hassled/scared into buying extras (€1,000 excess anyone?), 20+ mins to get the car you’ve booked online (why does it take so long?) plus you never get the car you booked, you always get the ‘or similar’. So, this time we did Yellow Fish transfers from the airport then hired a car from Visacar the next day. It was so easy. Plus they don’t block off €2,000+ from your credit card. They’re nice and they upgraded us. We’ll now always do it this way.

Great place to rent a car! Very easy and best price we found. No issues whatsoever. I also forgot my wallet in the car with money inside etc and was handed back! Great service and trustworthy!

Easiest international car rental! Reserved my car online, was upgraded to a Fiat with sunroof at time of pickup, great rate for the week, excellent service throughout, and easy return. I highly recommend Visacar!!

What an amazing experience! The staff at Albufeira was super helpful and friendly. We made a mistake at the beginning with the dates and they quickely found a solution for us. Leo was so so sweet and helpful explaining everything. Really attentive and professional. They were very responsive even when we were far on the way. Best prices! Can guarentee for 100% that they are extraordinary. They did everything so we'll feel relaxed and enjoy our trip, even letting us return the car a day after (in the morning) we were suppose to. THANK YOU so much for an amazing experience, we'll definitely rent from you again!!!

Da die meisten anderen Mietwagenanbieter in der Umgebung doch eher schlechte Bewertungen hatten, haben wir uns bewusst für Visacar entschieden und wurden sehr positiv überrascht. Die Übergabe ging nach nur sehr kurzer Wartezeit problemlos von statten. Wir bekamen einen praktisch neuen, gerade einmal 2 Monate alten, sauberen Peugeot. Auch die Rückgabe des Autos machte keinerlei Probleme und war eine Sache von 5 Minuten. Das Auto einfach mit dem selben Tankfüllstand abgeben wie man es empfangen hat, kurzer Mängelcheck, Handschlag und das war's. Auch die Kommunikation mit den freundlichen Mitarbeitern ging problemlos in einfachem Englisch von statten.

Hired a great value car for a few days, be prepared for a wait when picking up or off hiring you're car. You can always go to the more expensive one's if you don't want to wait!

Totally impressed by Visacar's competitive rental charges and attentive customer service. Staff attended to our email inquires promptly even before we made our online booking. Processes of booking, delivery and return of car were all a breeze. Visacar was very accommodating to deliver the car to our hotel at no extra charge and detailed in explaining the hire terms and conditions as well as the instructions on use and return of car. Car itself was in good and clean condition. Highly recommend Visacar over the big brands. I wish Visacar operates all over Europe so that every driving holiday would be as fuss-free as it was in the Algarve!!

Buen trato. Te traen y entregas el coche en el hotel... Un consejo es que pidan el depósito lleno y lo entreguen lleno, para evitar suspicacias... Me prestaron un TomTom, y fue estupendo.
