Beleidigungen von Kunden werden von anderen Mitarbeitern billigend in Kauf genommen.

Des véhicules dans un état déplorable, Un accueil des plus sinistre , et pour finir on se fait escroquer pour un défaut pourtant signalé, mais soit disant accentué ..... Si par malheur vous êtes obligés de passer chez eux , un conseil , prenez des photos !!!!

Simplement une vraie arnaque . Lors de la remise du véhicule le salarié a été directement voir un impact sur la voiture qui avait ete noté lors de notre prise en main. et nous a confirmé qu'il n'y était pas au départ : faux. C'est des bandits. Vraiment à éviter. Il vous demandent une partie en liquide et une empreinte cb, donc même si vous n'êtes pas d'accord avec le litige, il vous retire l'argent.

I would really recommend this rental company. The pick up is at the airport, PARK 4. When we arrived at the company they helped us immediately. And we were assigned to a brand new fiat 500. When we left Portugal, we brought the car back . 2 minutes from the terminal! No shuttle bus.

Terrible - rude and unprofessional and they will charge you any way they can - they charged us 50 euros for returning the car half an hour "early" - never come across that in all the years i have been hiring cars and held us hostage until they had someone to take the car back and take payment separately for the extra charge - the car was also terrible with not even a proper stick shift gear mechanism - cheapest they could get away with. They have a lot of small print so will get you with extra charges.

Absolutely a disgrace! The car we booked ended up costing twice what they quoted in the first place, the car was filthy and damaged I cannot recommend Goldcars in Faro or anywhere else for that matter.
