This place has the best price we could find for a car rental in the winter at only 5 Euros per day. We had an excellent experience renting from them and they even came and dropped off the car to us in Portimão (for a charge). I'm a repeat customer and would happily recommend.

Betrug? Belasten die Kreditkarte nach Unfall mit 1.500 Euro trotz teurer SuperCDW- Versicherung. Kein Ersatzfahrzeug erhalten. Wurde abends um 23 Uhr am Flughafen massiv unter Druck gesetzt, ich solle sofort 1.500 Euro bezahlen. Habe mich geweigert. Mitarbeiter hat mich dann einfach ohne Ersatzwagen stehen lassen. Finger weg. Angestellte unfreundlich. Reagieren auf keine Mail. Null Sterne. Anwalt eingeschaltet. Yorcar behauptet jetzt, ich habe keine Versicherung abgeschlossen. Ausserdem wird unterstellt, der Unfall sei unter Alkohol- bzw. Drogeneinfluss verursacht worden. Totaler Quatsch, bin kein Teenie mehr.

Hello, avoid Yor Car, they are not honest, they stole me more than 1000€. Everything was ok except during the check out, they said that we damaged the car but it was already damaged when we took the car. It was the 24th of September. A éviter, c’est l’arnaque, ils nous ont facturé 1000€ pour un soit-disant endommagement de la voiture alors que les marques y étaient déjà. C’était le 24/09/2017.

Avoid Yor-Car at all costs - scammers I notice a review below by Marjan is bogus - they are an employee of Yor-Car! Wouldnt be surprised if other reviews were from friends and family. Tomásinho Efacinho is also associated with the company .... dodgy guys - why would they need to review their own company??? 3 weeks after returning the vehicle (which had extensive pre-existing damage and illegal tyres) they fraudulently charged me causing the damage. All attempts to discuss the situation with them are a folly. Claim made disputing an authorized credit card transaction with my bank. Rude and illiterate staff - AVOID

All about money. Nothing about client or comfort of the client. Runs by Russian owner. They policies are only benifits them. Be careful. Indeed, read twice your booking. We rented a car with 3/4 tank, by mistake we brought it with more then a double of this. I understand that it our mistake, but hoped for just human understanding and a bit of discount. Instead, the deskguy said: "sorry, from that we are not earning morney. Your mistake, learn from it." It is true, but a bit of more friendly approche and a bit of human been consideration, would not hurt anyone. Also, they charge you automaticly 20€ for using highway, while we supossted to pay only 5€, if we would do it ourself. Seens to be it is a different system in portugal, which is also o.k. But comes as a shock for somebody comes from Netherlands\ germany.

Be very wary when booking with Yor Car. Our guests have just left us in Alvor for a flight out of Faro at 10:00 am. They arrived at the airport hire return and were told that they couldn't return their car before 10! When they explained that their flight was at that time, they were made to pay an extra 30€ to allow them to return their car! Plus an extra 20€ for two trips on the motorway which would have cost the company considerably less. They are determined to make some extra money out of you! Would have rated them 0 stars but I wasn't given that option!

A rude, late and ripoff company. After waiting over an hour in the airport car park we got a knackered old ibiza. They said it was my fault it was late because they didn't know when my plane landed! Next day we had to take the car back as it was broken. They replaced but charged the petrol for the return journey! Plenty of other good companies at Faro to choose from. Cowboys.

Following a recent holiday in Algarve I would like to recommend Yor- Car hire as a professional company to do business with. Car was in great condition, the few marks on the body were all well identified on documents and when I made an error in the booking Alexander the office manager was quick to put things right. Looking forward to next holiday and will be using this company again.
