Carros velhos e sujos. Atendimento fraco. Não passam todas as informações. Perguntem tudo sobre os seguro oferecido ou você terá surpresa se precisar usar. Não recomendo.

Furchtbare Autovermietung. Wir haben über Check24 ein Auto mit 150 Euro Kaution und ohne Selbstbeteiligung gebucht, dementsprechend teuer. Das war -obwohl wir alles auch in Englisch vorlegen konnten- natürlich nicht möglich. Fast heimlich wollten Sie uns eine Selbstbeteilung und Blockung von 1000 Euro auf der Kreditkarte aufdrehen. Dies haben wir unverzüglich Check24 mitgeteilt und diese haben sich bemüht das Problem zu lösen - dann war es ca 1,5h später doch plötzlich möglich keine Kaution zu hinterlassen, die Selbstbeteiligung blieb jedoch.Als Nebensache hat uns eine Dame in der Autovermietung mitgeteilt, dass wir am Tag zuvor angerufen wurden und ihnen anscheinend eine Flugnummer mitgeteilt hätten- wir haben jedoch keine verpassten Anrufe, noch eine Flugnummer, da wir mit dem Zug angereist sind.

I rent a car beginning if July with Epi and I just got charged £18 without any explanation. I'm guessing this is for the toll charge but I havent the details of it and dont get any answer back from them. It looks very suspicious.

Hassle free rental car experience. I booked online via discover car hire and got full insurance separately from rental cover.com. Note that credit card must be on primary drivers name. Also note that they are usually closed from 1 pm to 3 pm for lunch so avoid pick up or drop off during that time. They are open from 8 am to 10 pm. Airport shuttle available to rental car office.

I have been renting a car from Epi Rent a Car for over 15 years and always had top cars, at best prices and the service and attention given has always been excellent. I highly recommend this company.
