All top shelf. Cleanliness was outstanding. My only complaint was a missing stopper in the wash hand basin in the bathroom.

Great location, near the main square, restaurants, bakeries, the fish market and the pier of several boats to the main islands. The apartaments are clean, spacious, very comfortable and with everything needed for a long stay. The owner of the apartments is very friendly and nice, treated us very well before and during the stay. A very good option to stay in Olhão. Strongly recommend it!

El único pero el colchón que estaba hundido y te ibas hacia el centro. Una pena porque por lo demás es perfecto, limpio, amplio, bien equipado, bien situado.

Sehr großzügiges, modern eingerichtetes Appartement (A im Erdgeschoss) im Herzen der Altstadt. Die Dachterrasse ist eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Lediglich die beiden oben gelegenen Penthouses haben eine eigene Terrasse. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, lediglich ein paar Basics (Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Zucker...) wären noch nett gewesen. Der frühe Check-in (10 Uhr) hat mit 15 Minuten Verspätung ebenso gut geklappt.

Lovely and very clean apartment in a prim position, note there is no oven, but you do have a modern 4 ringed hob And a good microwave, a lot of care and attention has been made on the decor, very modern, nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, would highly recommend, we stayed in the penthouse apartment with balcony over looking market and river.

Un appartement très luxueux,propre et bien agencé. Une literie de qualité et surtout une terrasse sur le toit de limmeuble avec son barbecuequi en fait toit lintérêt.Cependant, il faudrait trouver un moyen urgent de faire taire les chiens des voisins .Cela gâche tout le charme.

A friend and I had a fabulous time there. The location and faculty were fantastic and they dealt with our challenge with car patiently as there was no easy parking on the street. They were very quick to respond to our questions and helped us have a great experience in Olião.

Loca super limpo e acolhedor com uma decoração moderna, cama super confortável, com todos os utensílios necessários para a cozinha e com tv com todos os canais e ar condicionado. Infelizmente ficamos num estudio sem varanda mas nao foi de todo necessário pois o predio possui um espaço exterior no topo super cuidado com grelhador, espreguiçadeiras e mesas para poder fazer a sua refeição com uma vista invejável para a ria. A Helga, com quem fizemos a reserva, foi super simpatica e prestavel, tanto que levamos a nossa filha de 6 meses conosco e por lapso nao levamos a varinha mágica para passar a sopa, a casa nao possuía, nao foi problema, no dia a seguir tinhamos uma varinha no nosso apartamento, para além de berco e cadeirinha de refeição. Todo. Staff da limpeza é super simpatico e impecável. Fizemos reserva para 4 noites mas gostamos tanto que acabamos por ficar 6. De referir que olhao é uma terra linda e que a ria formosa é a melhor zona do alagrve.

We have stayed in Apt sol e ria before and it has always been lovely we love the roof area overlooking the harbour and city. We will return there again hopefully.

Parfait, proche de tout, services tout confort. Je garderai juste un peu secret cette adresse pour avoir des disponibilités pour d'autres fois. Bravo pour avoir pensé ce lieu où il est situé et comme il est conçu. Notre séjour était en mai je sais pas si l'endroit est aussi paisible en été.

Great apartment, location is number one literally a street away from the local strip of restaurants. Loved the rooftop terrace to sit up there and relax with a cold beer, can see the ocean and just a peaceful spot. The owners were very accomodating with our requests for a portable cot for our baby and the apartments are clean and modern inside. Only thing I can say is the mattress in the apartment we stayed in was a not in good condition needs replacing middle of it was all sunken in which made for an awkward sleep. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

Positive: everything really-apartment decor is tasteful and to a high standard-marble work tops etc. balcony front and rear-great position for exploring town and area. View of the sea over roof tops. Place and the town really grew on us.. Negative: not a lot but an oven would have been nice as best fish and veg markets in Portugal across the road.

Positiva: Lo mejor es la situación, al lado del mercado y del muelle de embarque para las islas. Nos dieron un apartamento superior porque parece ser que el que nos tocaba tenía algún problema. La recepcionista simpatiquísima. Ningún problema durante la estancia.. Negativa: La subida a un segundo piso sin ascensor se hace un poco molesta, sobre todo si vas cargado.

Positivo: Acessibilidades, limpeza, silêncio, organização do serviço, espaço moderno, confortável e muito funcional. Tem tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia.

Négatif: nous avions prévenu de notre arrivée entre _8H30et9heure par téléphone et par mail .Personne ni au téléphone ni sur place avant 11heure.Surprenant pas de réponse au téléphone indiqué sur la porte.Appartement disponible qu'a midi.Heuresement qu'il ne pleuvait pas!

Positiv: Das Apartment liegt perfekt.Man ist schnell beim Bäcker.Nicht weit ist eine Fischhalle.Gegenüber wird frisches Obst und Gemüse verkauft. Promenade mit Cafes und Restaurant ist nicht weit.Der Hafen erreicht man auch in fünf Minuten.Wo man dann die vergessenen Inseln mit der Fähre besuchen kann.Toller Ort zum Urlaub machen.

Positif: Tout, propre lumineux bien equipé et tres bon accueil, facilié sur les horaires. Terrasses spacieuses et bien équipées. A proximité du marché, du port, de la vieille ville. . Négatif: Rien

Pozytywna: Komfortowo i nowocześnie wyposażony apartament z aneksem kuchennym. Świetna lokalizacja w centrum przy samym bulwarze nadmorskim ,wokół pełno restauracji i hala targowa.. Negatywna: W sezonie może być spoty kłopot z parkowaniem. Miejsca parkingowe tylko płatne -publiczne.

We had one of the 2 penthouse apartments, and we were very impressed. The condition of apartment was excellent - looked like it had recently been completely renovated. (we stayed Feb 2018). Everything, for the kitchen to the bedroom to the lounge to the 2 (yes 2) patios was in excellent order, of a good size and we had everything we needed for a great 5 day stay. Shampoo, soap, washing up liquid, coffee pods, BBQ charcoal were all left out for us, plus the normal towels and bed linen.Apartment was spotless, non-smoking, and well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, hob, fridge, cooking pans and cups/glasses/plates/bowls etc.Helge met us with a key and showed us round briefly, demonstrating how the combined heater/air con unit worked. She was friendly and efficient, and also arranged a private taxi transfer back to Faro airport at end of stay for a very reasonable 20 Euros.Apartment was right in the heart of Olhao, so there were were plenty of bars and cafes and restaurants all around. Withing 200 metres you had a choice of 20 places at least. There was a Pingo supermarket about 300 metres away, where we stocked up on food and drink, and some great takeaway hot food at very low prices.Apartment was quiet enough, despite being so close to the sea front bars. It is set back one block from the sea-front, and Ohlao (in the quiet season) was a fairly quiet place from mid evening onwards. Sometimes you could hear voices, but the apartment was double-glazed.

Pozytywna: Wszystko było wspaniałe! Czysto! Pięknie! Kontakt z właścicielem świetny. Przekazanie kluczy super wygodne. Okolica cudna, choć troszkę głośna. Bliskość knajpek bardzo smaczna! Kosmetyki, ręczniki, żelazko, suszarka, sznurek i spinacze na pranie, wszystko czego potrzeba było! Uwielbiam to miejsce i wybrałabym je jeszcze raz bez wątpliwości. A i jeszcze, bez trudu można znaleźć miejsce do parkowania w pobliżu. Apartament jest jeszcze piękniejszy w rzeczywistości niż na zdjęciach. Było cudownie!

Positief: Het penthouse in Sol & Ria was perfect gesitueerd, in het centrum met aan de voorkant uitzicht op zee. Het appartement is royaal voor twee personen en heeft voor en achter een terras. De woning is smaakvol gemeubileerd, en heeft goed sanitair. Negatief: handdoeken voorziening had royaler gekund.

Pozytywna: Nowy, bardzo czysty apartament zlokalizowany centralnie tuż przy głównych atrakcjach i restauracjach (ale w bocznej uliczce, dzięki czemu jest cicho i spokojnie). Apartament wygląda dokładnie jak na zdjęciach i jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony (klimatyzacja, zmywarka, mikrofalówka, ekspres do kawy i cała zastawa). Taras dostępny dla wszystkich ze stolikami, leżakami i sprzętem do grilla.. Negatywna: Trzeba mieć na uwadze, że jazda i parkowanie w bardzo wąskiej uliczce, przy której jest apartament są trudne, ale są parkingi (płatne) nieco dalej. Opłata za sprzątanie jest pewna przesadą, zwłaszcza w takiej wysokości i przy krótkim pobycie (nie było sprzątanie codzienne, tylko po wyjeździe!).

Positiv: Neues Stadtappartement mit moderner Ausstattung. Von dort fußläufig alles erreichbar (Restaurants, Kneipen und die Markthallen) und auch die Fähren zu den Inseln. Liegt in der zweiten Reihe und daher auch ruhiger. Trotzdem hat man teilweise von dem Zimmern und besonders auf der Dachterrasse den Blick auf die Lagune und Inseln.. Negativ: kein Parkplatz am Haus, jedoch in der Nähe findbar.

Positiv: Underbar lägenhet där allt fanns. Negativ: Ett lakan för 2 pers när man inte är ett par .kompisar vill ha varaitt.

Positief: Kamer was kraaknet en aangenaam uitnodigend bij aankomst. Alle nodige voorzieningen waren aanwezig. Het dakterras is een groot pluspunt en tevens de ligging, net buiten de hoofdstraat, maar alle mogelijke faciliteiten in nabijheid. Voor ons was het super!!. Negatief: De blaffende honden s'morgens vroeg, maar daar kan de host niets aan doen.

Positivo: Terraço e limpeza do espaço. Negativo: Falta um sítio para estender as toalhas dado que é um local de Praia

Positive: Mi è piaciuto molto la camera con i suoi servizi, molto bella la terrazza sopratutto al tramonto

Positive: Appartamento molto spazioso con una vera e completa cucina, una grande zona giorno, un ampio bagno e una buona camera. La struttura è curata e pulita e il terrazzo comune in copertura dove poter anche grigliate e prendere il sole, é un ottimo plus.

Bella posizione e appartamento completo e modernamente arredato

Positiva: La amplitud del alojamiento, la limpieza, ubicación ,tranquilidad. Nos ha encantado el alojamiento y sobretodo la ciudad. Tiene un encanto especial. 100% recomendable.. Negativa: Un poco más de papel higiénico,y alguna bolsa de basura mas.

No decepciona en absoluto después de ver las fotos. Situación inmejorable

Positiv: Tolle Lage, sehr sauber , sehr gute Ausstattung.. Negativ: Leider auf der Terrasse Abends manchmal Küchengerüche durch die Abluft der umliegenden Restaurants.

Positivo: Localizacao central em Olhão, remodelado é moderno, numa zona pacata, junto a restaurantes e mercado, com ar condicionado. Casa de banho ampla e bem apetrchada. Quarto com cama confotavel. Mobilia moderna confortaval. TV ecran plano. Funcionaria muito simpatica e prestavel.. Negativo: O estacionamento é numa rua rstreita em frente ao apartamento. O Wifi em certas zonas da casa tem sinal fraco. Nao tem maquina de lavar roupa, e ferro de engomar. A TV so tem canais livres nacionais, e Tv por satelite Hotbird. Apesar destes pequenos reparos o apartamento é excelente e altamente recomendavel.

Résidence refaite à neuf. Très propre et bien conçue pour séjour court. Rien à redire non plus sur l accueil très chaleureux. A recommander. Prendre appart avec balcon.

Положительный: Рядом рынок с свежими овощами и фруктами, мясом и рыбой. Свое барбекю на балконе и крыше. Просторные номера.куча ресторанов и баров на улице. Выход в старый город. Дневной зной на баллончик пережидали прекрасно. Приятно вспоминать.. Негативный: Мусор выносить надо в общие баки на набережной, может это принято так, не знаю,но не понравилось. Проблема с паркингом, вечером все приезжают в рестораны и все забито машинами. Приходилось парковаться в полу километре от дома,а с маленьким ребёнком это есть проблема. Иногда получалось припоркаваться прям в улочке около дверей, но не всегда,очень узкий въезд и если машина длинная,в нашем случае универсал, проехать будет не возможно.

Положительный: Все новенькое и чистенькое, номер очень уютный, полно всякой техники, очень удобная кровать, красиво. Терраса просто невероятная-есть возможность загорать, смотреть на море, делать барбекю прямо на крыше.. Негативный: Жили на первом этаже, окна выходили на входную группу, там же располагался ресторан пиццы с доставкой, поздним вечером не комфортно засыпать под постоянно проезжающие мопеды с доставкой пиццы.
