The check in system is impossible without a smart phone which I do not own. The digital system is a disaster. Wifi only worked if I stood by the door,and then very slowly.

Fully renovated, beautiful, functional, comfortable room. The toaster, coffee maker, mini fridge and microwaves are a great help. Also the location is top notch.

location is perfect and very central. i wish there was some storage for hanging some clothing items. it is a very charming building. my room was on the back and it was very quiet.

Great location - no traffic on street so taxi has to drop off at end of street but its an easy walk. Be warned there is a long fight of stairs to first floor then a lift to upper floors. Had a room overlooking the street and was a great spot.

This property is quaint, clean and we had a wonderful stay. It was a little challenging to find. We parked across the street from the Astoria hotel, walked around the hotel and up the hill towards all the shops and there it was. The outside is totally different from the inside. The owners have managed to keep old world charm with updated style. The stairs to the first floor are a little steep. After that there is an elevator. I wouldn’t let that discourage you. If you are looking for a charming, clean and lovely property to stay in I highly recommended this hotel.

Location was excellent but not accessible by car as on pedestrian street. Also, elevator on first floor is only accessible by full flight of stairs. Room looked wonderful and very clean. However, the bed was hard and the pillows not comfortable. The air conditionner was not working. Access code and room number should be provided to customers ahead of time by owner prior to checking, as no staff on site.

Though not a big apartment, it was large enough for a family of four. It was simply but freshly furnished with a nice modern bathroom. It is very conveniently located and an openair car park is just across the bridge within 5 min on foot. It cost €3 for a day. Getting there by car was a bit difficult though if you rely on GPS. We love using a code to get into the building and apartment: we can go in and out without asking anyone for the key.

Check in b efficient but some contact with personnel would be nice . Would have appreciated knowing building next door being renovated as v noisy from early morning

Property was very nice and clean. The only issue was they had a mini kitchen with a coffee maker, it took a very specific cartridge of coffee. I sent messages to two different numbers provided asking if they could tell me where to find these coffee unserts did not recieveca response

Apt was comfortable and great location. Electronic security was amazing. Great A/C. Large bathroom with great shower. Very central. Overall 4 out 5 recommended. Could not access wifi, signal weak. When contacted host - no reply. Very disappointed. Would I stay again? Maybe if wifi and service was improved. A suggestion to host. Nightstand light helpful for reading in bed. As main room light to bright.

The room was nice but it was noisy and the beds were extremely uncomfortable, similar to a hospital bed. I would not stay again due to the bed situation.

- in city center, comfortable and spacious room, big toilet and bathroom, - equip with tableware and microwave- make sure you get your access code before arrival or if during office hours, you can still call them to get one.- no hotel name shown outside, u can easily walk pass the main the door with noticing the hotel.

Très bien refait à neuf , bien situé au centre de la ville. Petit bémol sol manque de propreté et bruit des appareils de climatisation.(vue sur petite cour)

The location was the best part! Right in the city center of Coimbra. I also loved that it was an autonomous check-in so you have more freedom with your travels. The room was absolutely gorgeous! Everything was clean and pristine. Many amenities to help you feel at home! Strongly recommend!

It is centrally located and immaculate. The room is spacious and attractive, newly designed with much local character. Every thought seemed to be put into making it comfortable and convenient.
