A casa é excelente, acolhedora, com muito espaço, e optima para um fim de semana com amigos. Apenas carece de manutenção na casa de banho.

We really enjoyed staying at Casas Da Alta, it was a big apartment with all the practical features you might wish for for a few days stay. The area overlooking Coimbra city is calm and we easily found parking just outside, but as others have pointed out it's somewhat hilly so a cheap Uber back home after exploring the old town is well worth it.

Un accueil charmant. Un appartement propre et très sympathique. Grande douche. Terrasse avec vue sur la ville. Quartier calme à part une folle qui passe son temps à hurler.

Um lugar agradável para passar o final de semana em família ou a dois mt bem decorado e limpo tem um bom espaço. ❤ ❤

Sehr nett eingerichtetes Apartmenthaus mit einem sehr schönen Garten. Leider liegt die Unterkunft ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt. An den Wochenenden, wo keine öffentlichen Buse fahren ist die Unterkunft nur zu Fuß oder mit dem Taxi erreichbar. Die Taxen in Coimbra sind bei dieser kurzen Strecke mit drei bis vier Euro sehr günstig. Die Einrichtung der kleinen Wohnungen ist sehr ansprechend. Minuspunkte gibt es für das lieblose Bad. An der Dusche befanden sich große Schimmelflecken. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind entsprechend laut. Schlafen muss man dann auch besser mit geschlossenem Fenster und eingeschalteter Klimaanlage. Die 8 Euro extra fürs Frühstück pro Person sind zu viel und lohnen sich nicht wirklich. Das Gebäude ist zwar sehr schön modernisiert aber trotzdem sehr hellhörig und eng. Insbesondere Gäste mit Koffern tun sich auf der engen Treppe sehr schwer. Für eine Nacht war das Zimmer okay bei mehreren Übernachtungen würde ich auf ein Zimmer zum Garten bestehen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Tips zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten und einem schönen Abendessen haben wir gerne angenommen.

This is a terrific place. Nice rooms and amenities in a quiet location. You will get a lot of exercise if you choose to walk to and from. We really enjoyed the breakfast one of our days and the garden is a great place to relax. People that work here are nice and knowledgeable.

Positivo: DE TUDO, APENAS NÃO AVALIEI A LOCALIZAÇÃO, POIS COMO ESTÁVAMOS DE CARRO, NÃO CONSEGUI PERCEBER SE A LOCALIZAÇÃO ERA BOA E PRÓXIMA DE TRANSPORTES PÚBLICOS!. Negativo: DE NÃO TER ESTACIONAMENTO. PORÉM, FOI FÁCIL ESTACIONAR NA RUA.

Positiva: Nos encantó todo, muy limpio y amplio. Personal muy simpático y las indicaciones de sítios de comer perfectas. Espero volver.. Negativa: Nada, todo perfecto

Positif: Le confort, l'accueil, la décoration, les petites attentions du quotidien, le personnel très attentif, chaleureux et serviable.. Négatif: Rien!

Positive: The young guy at the reception was very, very friendly and warmhearted. He had all the information ready, he offered wellcomedrinks, he told anout the town ecc. The apartment was extremely clean and cosy.. Negative: None. The location didn’t bother us. Walking was very healthy!i M Nic

Positive: The apartment is really nice - the pictures are quite accurate. We had an apartment on the back side of the building - that was very important for us, as it was really quiet (the street on which the building is located is quite a busy one). The bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable. The staff was nice and helpful, providing also good information about things to see / places to eat in Coimbra. Breakfast was decent.. Negative: The air conditioning unit did not work in main bedroom, so it was a bit cold. There is a smell in the bathroom - maybe from drainage. Also, to go back to the apartment from the old center it is preferable to take a cab, as the walk up may be tiring.

Positivo: Funcionalidade da casa, grandes janeloes, muita luz natural, prolongamento para um jardim, excelente combinacao casa de cidade com especo exterior

Positivo: Tivemos uma boa receção pela D.ª Mafalda que foi muito simpática. O ambiente era confortável e o apartamento tem todos os utensílios necessários e mais alguns. É moderno, bastante limpo e sossegado.. Negativo: O preço é um pouco alto. Fica algo distante do centro e das principais áreas a visitar. Para quem viajou com crianças, como foi o nosso caso, torna-se um pouco difícil e confuso andar pelas ruas de Coimbra. As condições climatéricas também não ajudaram. A funcionária à saída não foi nada simpática.

Excelente acomodação, com muito conforto e boa estrutura, mas pelo preço deveria oferecer estacionamento.

Flat super confortável, quarto enorme, contém sala e cozinha toda equipada. Se estiver de carro tem que parar na rua. Na chegada fomos recebidos com uma dose de vinho so Porto e mini pastéis de Nata. Adorei o carinho e o atendimento.

负面: 房东会准备欢迎红酒和水果，红酒是公寓负一楼有个酒窖酿的，特别香特别好喝。房东很热情，除了交代有关住宿的各个方面，还把整个城市的旅游信息都介绍了。非常好的居住体验！

Positiv: Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und konnten umgehend helfen, als wir den Weg nicht fanden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und sehr lieb angerichtet.

负面: 如果不是在冬季 会是个很好的选择. 正面: 我们订的两居室公寓，但只有一个卫生间，且卫生间没有供暖设备，赶上下雨非常冷，带着两个孩子和老人，没办法洗澡，所以提前一晚离开，适逢春节，总得干净一下吧！和工作人员协商，还是没有退款。

好意的: 居住空間が広く、快適だった。 清潔感があり使い勝手も良かった。. 否定的: 天井が高いので少し寒く感じた。

Positiivinen: Vastaanotto oli ystävällinen. Tervetulo port viini ja mini pastel de nata-leivokset ihana extra. Huoneisto oli kaunis ja siisti ja lisäksi kattoterassin näköala upea :) Aamiaistarjoilu oli monipuolinen ja tuore.. Negatiivinen: Kylpyhuoneessa ei ollut toimivaa ilmanvaihtoa.

Positiv: Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Hugo :), der uns bei der Zimmersuche für die nächste Nacht super nett geholfen hat, da in der Location leider alles ausgebucht war. Begrüßungsportwein war lecker , alles stimmte.

Positiv: Appartement sind neu und schick, Küche voll ausgestattet, Preis-Leistung war super. Innenstadt ist zu Fuß nicht gerade um die Ecke, weil man einmal den Berg runter und dann wieder rauf muss - mit Auto aber kein Problem.. Negativ: Bad war für die Größe des Appartements winzig, Dusche hat geleckt, aber das wird wohl behoben werden.

Positief: Prima appartement voor 1 nacht, netjes ingericht, vriendelijk onthaal receptie met drankje in de tuin. Negatief: Afstand naar het centrum is 10 min lopen vanaf stijle heuvel, het appartement lag aan een drukke straat, kleine woon/zitkamer.

Positive: Il personale molto ospitale e cortese, l’appartamento bellissimo, molto curato nei dettagli con ogni tipo di comfort (lavastoviglie, tv, Wi-Fi). Negazione: Il letto non è comodissimo e i cuscini molto sottili, peccato perché la struttura si meritava un 10

Positive: Appartamento dotato di tutti i confort, ampio, pulito tutto verde tuffano. Rifinito in ogni particolare. Accoglienza con dolci e vino di benvenuto. Anche se su strada molto silenzioso. Negazione: Lontano dal centro storico

Positive: Struttura molto bella, camera non molto grande ma nel complesso l'appartamento era spazioso. Delizioso il terrazzino da guai si godeva una splendida vista. Staff molto gentile (era previsto un piccolo cocktail di benvenuto a base di vino Porto e un dolce tipico, il Pastel de Nata) e assai prodigo di informazioni e consigli. Posizionato in una strada non molto trafficata è stato facile parcheggiare l'auto. A pochi minuti a piedi dal centro (strada in salita al ritorno dal centro storico, poco illuminata), nelle vicinanze (100 metri circa) c'è una fermata di mezzi pubblici, e la corsa in taxi dal centro è economica (4 €). Negazione: Purtroppo la struttura è priva di ascensore e le scale sono piuttosto strette.

Positief: Prachtig appartement, mooie kamers, badkamer heerlijk ruim. Het ontbijt was fantastisch, heel aardig personeel. Naar het centrum goed te doen lopend, wel een klim maar dat weet je als je naar Coimbra gaat!

Magníficos apartamentos, muy completos, limpios y nuevos. La ubicación excelente.

Muy acogedor, espectaculares vistas de la ciudad, decoración muy cuidada. A 20 minutos andando de la Universidad dando un bonito paseo.

Appart hôtel décorer avec beaucoup de goût. Accueil chaleureux. Mafalda et Rita sont aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner très copieux

Sem dúvida um lugar pensado ao pormenor. Muito confortável e com um staff muito atencioso. Irei voltar e recomendar.

Lugar maravilhoso. Super limpo, organizado e espaço amplo. Ficamos num apartamento de 2 quartos e adoramos. Tudo muito bem cuidado e o atendimento é sensacional. Em Coimbra, sempre me hospedarei lá.

Положительный: Приветливый и внимательный персонал (неожиданно для нас поздравили жену с Днём Рождения бутылочкой вина), отличные просторные апартаменты, полностью укомплектованная кухня, чистота, великолепный вид на город с террасы, тихая улица. Всё соответствует описанию в букинге. Будем рады вернуться вновь.

Pozitív: Kiváló elhelyezkedés és nagyon kellemes szobák (mi vélhetően a legjobb szobát kaptuk a szálláshelyen, fantasztikus tetőterasszal, kilátással a városra), jól felszerelt konyha, ingyenes és biztonságos parkolási lehetőség a ház előtt (ezt valamiért nem írják a saját leírásukban).

Este alojamento surpreende pela positiva. Apartamento bem decorado, mantendo a traça cantiga. é óptimo para relaxar. Fiz paragem em Comibra em trabalho mas senti-me em casa. Tem um pátio comum ao prédio que se revela excelente para ler um livro ou relaxar depois de um dia de trabalho. O STAFF é muito simpático e atencioso. WiFi dentro do apartamento e nas zonas comum, incluindo o tal Pátio. Limpeza perfeita. Ao chegar tivemos um agradável Porto e pasteis de nata na mesa do apartamento. Cozinha totalmente equipada!

Hemos estado en el apartamento premium de dos dormitorios en Semana Santa ( 23 al 27 de marzo 2016). Increible! Limpieza, decoración, luminosidad, como en casa. Detalles desde el primer día. Ha sido un lujo de estancia. Gracias por todo. COIMBRA, maravillosa!
