Some truly spectacular seafood served fresh and well cooked. We went just as the restaurant was opening back up after the lockdown, so we were the only group there. Masks were still required walking into the restaurant, but of course you can remove it to eat and talk, especially if you are seated outside. Ordering was pretty easy since my friend had been here before, but I wasn't really shown a menu until we were seated, and more or less had to discuss what kinds of fish they had and what ways they would cook them etc. We ended up ordering sole meuniere, grilled seabass and garlic butter clams, all of which were worth their while (although the clams were surprisingly pricy). Would definitely come back again

Tudo 5 estrelas! A comida, a simpatia do staff e o ambiente são fantásticos! Tem estacionamento próprio e muito fácil de chegar.

Really good food and staff are really helpful. We have young kids and the staff were brilliant in making sure they were comfortable. A place to recommend, oh yes the fish was beautiful

The atmosphere at A Paisagem is brilliant and the food is absolutely first class, I can honestly say it is always a first class service.
I would thoroughly recommend. (It also serves my favourite Portuguese wine).

Local de boa comida e um serviço competente. Custo das refeições acima da média e que provavelmente não se justifica. Estacionamento embora amplo é sempre curto para a afluência normal.

Restaurante dispondo de capacidade para mais de 100 clientes bem amesados, com uma decoração agradável e um bar de apoio à sala e esplanada. Dispõe de óptima garrafeira a par de equipa simpática e onde o cliente estrangeiro também se sente em casa.

Great restaurant with first rate fish dishes (Hake, Monkfish, kebabs) and a stand out rice dish (lavender). Well worth a visit - accommodated a group of 4 with no reservation on two occasions.

An amazing restaurant still away from the beach area. Been there so many times year round: it is always full and fish is always fresh and delicious.
Very good service with a nice outdoor sitting too.
A great option to eat extremely well and also get away of the beach area pressure.

Atendimento completamente desatencioso. Entrámos e esperámos para que nos disponibilizassem mesa mas ninguém se dignou a prestar esse cuidado de nos informar se havia mesa e onde nos podiamos sentar. Acabámos por nos sentar sozinhos. Inúmeras vezes os funcionários passaram por nós sem sequer fazer contacto visual. Tentei perguntar se a mesa estava disponível ao qual nem souberam responder. Acabaram por dizer que sim.
À parte do atendimento, os chocos grelhados que pedi sabiam a carne. Confirmado por 4 pessoas que o provaram. No final, um dos funcionários perguntou se estava tudo bom e com honestidade referi esse ponto acerca dos chocos que tinha pedido. Foi-me dito que havia grelha para carnes e outra para peixes e com uma atitude surpresa e carrancuda virou costas sem assumir o erro (bastaria os chocos terem apanhado fumo de outras carnes a serem feitas ao pé para ter assumido o sabor) Falta de capacidade em aceitar críticas portanto.

Habituellement je mets un commentaire lorsque tout va bien, si ce n'est pas le cas je me dis qu'avant tout c'est une question de goût... Mais là, sans aucune scrupule je mets une étoile. Service lamentable, s'ils avaient pu envoyer les plats de la cuisine à notre table ils l'auraient sûrement fait, une attente injustifiée, des tarifs inadaptés (4€ un bol d'oignons frits, 8€ une assiette de sardines, 15€ une salade 0 en présentation chercher l'erreur. ..) par contre pour débarrasser 3 serveurs rien que pour nous et à peine après la dernière bouchée... Horrible

Personnel agréable mais Trop d'attente pour recevoir les commandes. Menu un peu cher par rapport à la qualité de l'assiette. Salle intérieure très bruyante.

Attentive waiters in a busy spot dealt well with several large groups. Food was very tasty, especially the black beans which came with bacon bits to help intensify the flavour.

Un lieu très agréable, surtout avec ça salle climatisé quand il fait 37° dehors.
Côté plat on a pris un arroz de marisco, plat savoureux et très copieux.
Seul bémol la route très passante longeant le restaurant.

Don't be put off by the outside, the Restaurant sits by a roundabout on a busy road.
Inside the atmosphere is brilliant and the food is absolutely first class, I can honestly say it was the best meal we've had on holiday ever!
We had the house prawns and John Dory, as a side we also had bean rice which was magnificent.
I would thoroughly recommend.
Thanks to all the staff for such a lovely evening!

how awful it is not been able to go here everyday for the monkfish cataplana me and my better half do nothing but talk about how much we need this food thank God we are back in Portugal in a couple of weeks and the first stop will not be to drop off our bags or anything other than going straight to this great place for the best fish dish ever and a mojito mmm! bring it on whoop whoop!

This place is an absolute Jem! No thrills, great Portuguese menu, fish, meat, vegetarian. Copes with allergens too. Paulo the owner is a great guy, always welcoming and very family friendly. I must have driven past this place 100 times before someone recommended it to me. It doesn't look anything from outside and isn't exactly the most picturesque spot in the world, but trust me, if you want a great meal, good wine list for an exceptional price. Don't miss eating here!

My family and I love this place. Excellent portugeuse menu, well cooked food, and attentive staff. Recommend you book in peak season, well worth a try
