Zo lekker geheten hier! Door Belgen gerund restaurant met mooie wereldkaart. Mooie ambiance met fijne muziek op de achtergrond.
Ook hier gekozen voor vis (hele zeebaars met basilicumsaus) en dit was de lekkerste vis tijdens een week Algarve! Vriendin had de Angus Sirloin met champignonsaus en ook deze was perfect!
Aanrader als toetje als je van chocola houdt: Belgische chocoladecake. Vingers bij opgegeten. Mooie afsluiter van perfecte week

Even though we had to wait for the Dourada quite a time it was well worth the wait. Good vegan food too.

Great spot in the centre of Lagos. Beef and Belgian beer stew worth a go, nice choice of vegan food which my wife enjoyed. Comprehensive, well thought out selection of fine Belgian beers, beware! Hoffmans my choice so far.

Op vakantie in deze mooie stad en heerlijk gegeten in La Esterella in Lagos. De beste maaltijd die wie hadden tijdens ons verblijf in Portugal. Probeer zeker de vis die was overheerlijk ! Groetjes van Katrien en Steven uit Ieper.

The food was yummy and the servers were very friendly. The cook came out to ask us about our spice preference and talked a bit with us to give a friendly touch to our dinner :)

Inga you absolute rockstar of a chef!
My only regret is I didn't get the fish! If you do choose to eat here, get the fish! We actually came here for the veggie options and while that's what I got, from time to time I do eat fish.
My girlfriend got the fish and my god was it delicious! We have eaten at many fish resteraunts while in Lagos and this was by far the best!
To be honest we'd go again just to see Inga! Inga was such fun and full of passion, a true pleasure to be around! Thank you again for a great meal.

Can't pay by card!? Three meals from the already short menu not available. The ones that I managed to order were "contemporary" at the least. Tabbouleh without parsley for example.
Good music, good Belgian beer, I can't understand why they even bother offering food.

Nous sommes allés dans ce restaurant en famille en soirée.
La viande était très bonne et la cuisson parfaite.
Les frites son très bonnes.
Dommage en revanche que les odeurs de cuisine soient trop présentes au sein de la salle du restaurant.

Ontspannen restaurant met een mediterrane, Belgische stempel, op het menu staat onder andere stoofvlees met frietjes maar ook tabouleh en vega curry. Dit alles wordt aangevuld met de "greatest hits" van Belgische speciaalbieren. Het restaurant zelf is mooi aangekleed. Hou er rekening mee dat het druk is en je misschien niet direct een tafeltje hebt.

Mit der Überzeugung, dass es sich um ein vegetarisches Restaurant handelt, sind wir zum Dinner zu La Estrella gegangen. Leider haben die meisten Speisen doch Fisch oder Fleisch als Zutat gehabt, so dass die Auswahl etwas zu klein geraten ist. Davon war leider auch das sich sehr lecker anhörende Tempeh aus und die Falafel mit Couscous und Salat war leider staubtrocken. Mein Mann hatte allerdings eine sehr leckere Dorade und war zufrieden.

Super gezellig restaurant, vriendelijke bediening en overheerlijke veggie en vegan dishes (moeilijk te vinden in Portugal)!! Zeker de seitan saté met zelfbereide pindasaus en de vege borsjt proberen!! Kokkin Inge komt met een betoverende glimlach vragen of alles naar wens is. Achteraf bij barman Olivier kan je van een lekkere pienja colada (of andere cocktail) genieten. Zeker binnengaan als je in Lagos bent!!

Superlekker eten in een gezellige en ongedwongen sfeer! Die Belgische bieren zijn een pluspunt... De uitbaters zijn gepassioneerd en dat maakt het helemaal af! Een aanrader!

Mijn favorietste restaurant in Lagos. Elke gang van de menu is super lekker. De beste belgische biertjes in huis en sympathiek personeel. Een topper!

The food here was really good, tho maybe not quite at the same level as the vegetarian restaurant next door. The service was attentive and fantastic, and our food was tasty and satisfying.
Protip: don't choose the table at the back near the bathroom. We did, and unfortunately found people liked to leave the door open after they were done, so you get some scents from the restrooms wafting toward the table. We got up multiple times to close it, but it gets a little tiring.

Le lieu est beau et original: belle décoration et musique choisie avec goût. Le personnel est très sympa. Malheureusement la cuisine n'est pas à la hauteur! 4 petits falafel pour 5€, et un gado gado fait par des gens qui n'en n'ont visiblement jamais mangé. Manque la moitié des ingrédients, tempeh immonde et le tout beaucoup trop salé. Dommage!!

Foi uma agradável surpresa! Viemos aqui jantar na noite da passagem de ano, e vamos voltar noutro dia para experimentar mais pratos. A comida era toda deliciosa e o atendimento muito simpático. Grande variedade de cervejas!

Restauranten fikk gode anmeldelser på tripadvisor, men vår opplevelse var ikke så god. Maten var helt ordinær, porsjonene små og lite forseggjort, lokalet var ikke spesielt koselig og servicen var preget av at kelneren/eieren hadde besøk av kjentfolk i baren og dette tok nok litt mye av oppmerksomheten hans. I andre anmeldelser har restauranten fått skryt av sitt store utvalg av øl, men det fikk vi aldri spørsmål om. Det er mange gode spisesteder i Lagos, men dette er ikke et av dem, så finn deg heller et annet sted å spise.

Very cool bar operated by a couple from Belgium. The woman made our Aranchini balls from scratch, and they were delicious. We came on a night where they had live music — highly recommend.

Walked by and turned inside on a whim. Was not disappointed. Both starters and main course were excellent. Expertly cooked rice and the fish slid right of its bone. Would visit again.

Wonderful little restaurant. Not pretentious, but tasty, good service, nice atmosphere... and a lot of vegan choices! I didn’t try the beers since I no longer drink but they seem to have a very good selection of Belgian beers if you’re into that.

Nous avons mangé hier soir dans ce restaurant. L’ accueil est parfait, chaleureux et sympathique.
La cuisine végan est sans reproche, savoureuse et inventive. Nous étions 4. Nous avons été servis très rapidement et avons testé 3 plats différents. Nous nous sommes « régalés ».
Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant.
Comme le dit la patronne: la cuisine est faite avec « amour » et cela se ressent.

Very good food, also with vegetarian/vegan options. The fries are 10/10! Big variety of beers is offered. We loved that it was not as crowded as many other restaurants in Lagos. Also the staff is super friendly and many languages are spoken :)

En la entrada del restaurante pone que hablan español, pero ni lo intentan.. pedimos una cerveza rubia y nos sacaron una blanca
( bastante insípida) que nos cobraron 4€ la copa 25cl. Una ración de patatas fritas belgas, que eran congeladas y poca cantidad. Unos rollitos de Marruecos( lo único decente) y una lubina que solo tenía sabor a especias. Para el colmo, no se puede pagar con tarjeta y no es que sea un sitio donde se mueva poco dinero.. con lo poco que comimos, pagamos más de 40€.

While the service staff was quite entertaining, the food was mediocre, portions were small, and prices misleading. Some dishes that we ordered were swapped with other dishes, which was not rectified when brought up with the wait staff. The beer was generally good and they do have vegan options. The real kicker was when we got the bill and the VAT was added on top of the total price. This is the only restaurant in Portugal where I saw this being done, which is quite suspicious and adds quite a hefty sum on to a bill that was already quite high (it's 13% for food and 23% for alcohol, if I'm not mistaken). I would not return, nor would I recommend it anyone.

Super leckeres Essen, toll serviert und schnelle, sehr freundliche Bedienung. Wir hatten die Chicken-Frühlingsrollen, Falaffel, Chilli con Carne und den gemischten Salat mit belgischen Pommes. Alles grossartig.

Fantastisches Essen.
Wir hatten als Vorspeise die Pommes und Summerrolls, dann das Falafel- Gericht und Chili von Carne. Als Dessert den Chocolate Cake mit veganem Brownie. Alles ein Traum. Super angerichtet. Bierauswahl ist großartig, da findet jeder was. Toll fanden wir, dass jedes Bier noch genauer beschrieben war. Der Kellner war lustig drauf. Wurden schnell bedient. Allerdings mussten wir lange auf die Rechnung warten, da es voll wurde und viel zutun war.

The have a great selection of Belgian beers and the beef stew made with Chimay beer is sublime. We topped our meal off with an espresso martini - it was so good! The woman who cooks is a sweetheart!

The yellow Thai curry was very very good, super flavourful and had so many vegetables in it! The bottle of red we got with it paired very nicely as well. We came in after the kitchen had apparently closed, but they told us it was no problem and we were able to order. Super nice restaurant!

Wat een lieve mensen. En we hebben heerlijk gegeten. We hadden geluk. De keuken was vandaag voor het laatst open dit seizoen. Jammer voor de mensen die morgen tevergeefs aan de deur staan. Dus een aanrader voor het komende seizoen!!

We recently ate here whilst on holiday in Lagos. There was a good selection of vegetarian options and those we ordered were delicious! Super friendly owners and nice relaxed environment!

Il y en a pour tout les goûts. .Les steaks,cuisine vegan ou végétarienne..J'adore y manger..Les assiettes pleines de couleurs et parfumées avec des épices du monde..L'ambiance y est plus que chaleureuse et familiale..Cette endroit est vraiment à conseiller..Et pour nos hommes un choix variés de bières belge..

Awesome place for veggie and vegan food! They also have meat and fish so everybody will find something :) The staff is also very friendly, wifi is working and they have many different beer. We will definitely come back :)
