Casa húmida com infiltrações e a pingar água. E para quem viaja com crianças é lamentável que a informação por parte dos proprietários não seja transmitida.

Casa cheia de infiltrações, chuva na cozinha, falta de higiene no WC. Lastimável.

It was cheap? Yeah, indeed... But probably the worst apartment I've ever been. Super old building, horrible decoration, light bulbs out of order, and so on... I went there in mid-November, during rainy season. The flat is located in the last floor (7th) of the building. The levels of moisture were so critical, that I felt like it was warmer outside (and I'm talking about cold weather season). The lack of cleansing was disturbing and the water infiltrations all over the ceiling and walls were totally disgusting... There's public parking lot around, but it's paid during week and saturday afternoons. The only good points about it: - localisation; - good internet access. Unless you really really REALLY need to save money or just to take a quick shower and sleep for some hours, go somewhere else.
