Excelente lugar perto do centro

Great place to stay. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Great for couples. Super close to the city and river.

Positive: Authenticiteit Building. Large appartement. Friendly host. On walking distance of all touristic sights. Parking garage on 200 mtr. Negative: Busy road in front. Not suitable for disabled (stairs)

Positive: The host is really great! We received a welcome drinks at the entrance and many advice regarding Porto and the apartment area + maps and guides which was very helpful. The host is at your disposal literally at every time of the day. We received additional set of sheets at 10 p.m. The apartment is clean and convenient within a reasonable distance from the major tourist attractions. Good value for the money.. Negative: The property has no elevator but with quite steep steps- which we knew and did not mind, but for some of you it might be an important information.

Positiva: La ubicacion excelente . Muy importante en nuestro apartamento un baño por habitacion. Buena limpieza y muy buen trato la gente super amable.. Negativa: La llegada como descargar el equipage del coche. Es complicado es una calle con mucha circulacion y el aparcamiento uff.

Positivo: A localização era excelente, e o quarto muito confortável.. Negativo: A água quente era de termoacumulador e por isso para duas pessoas tomarem banho ficava fria.

Positiva: el anfitrion bien pero sobre todo la , la amabilidad de la chica de la limpieza.. Negativa: El colchón era incomodisimo, se le notan todos los alambres. El suelo de madera crugia bastante al caminar de noche. Era un tercer piso y no hay ascensor.

Positive: Nice high ceilings and traditional style apartment. Easy check in with a lovely host who even gave us a port on arrival. Clean and we got a turn down service which is rare in apartments. fully equipped kitchen and nice modern bathroom.. Negative: Location is on a main road so the balcony is not usable. The room felt a bit cramped with a sofa bed at the end of the bed. This may sound strange but the sofa was really high so you couldn't sit on it with your legs touching the ground. I'm 6'2 so I had to sit on it cross legged.

Positif: L'accueil était parfait ainsi que les conseils pour la visite de Porto. Appartement situé dans un quartier agréable et proche du centre ville en quelques minutes à pied. Appartement d'un très bon standing, très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable.. Négatif: RIEN !!!

Positive: Posto molto bello, in una casa d'epoca affascinante. Situato poco fuori alla zona più turistica di Porto. La via un po' tafficata, ma l'appartamento silenzioso. Il personale cortese e disponibile

Positiv: -Top Lage -super Apartment, sauber, sehr gut Ausgestattete Zimmer, modern eingerichtet. -Gastggeber/Personal sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und familiär. Unterkunft Absolut zu empfehlen!

Положительный: В 2 минутах кафе, где можно позавтракать. Негативный: Регистрация только с 15 до 18, холодные полы и в принципе холодно (обогрев через кондиционер, стены каменные), патио одно общее, комната на 1 этаже не имеет своего патио, в целом от центра (вокзала Сао Бенту) до отеля надо идти в очень крутую горку, комната небольшая, включает кухню и ванную, вся посуда есть, до ближайшего метро идти минут 10, вайфай все время отваливался

Positivo: Gostei imenso da vista do quarto, da recepção e do atendimento e explicação dos sítios onde podiamos ir.. Negativo: A água do chuveiro não estava quente.

Positif: Accueil très chaleureux et en français par Pedro et son épouse, qui nous laissent ensuite aux bons soins de Marta leur dévouée gouvernante. CFA offre les atouts d ' un gîte en terme d ' indépendance couplés à des services hôteliers (lits faits chaque jours, poubelles vidées , change de serviettes de toilette , tisane et café. En option une formule petit déj ).tout est pensé pour le bien être des toutistes .Pedro conseille sur les sites à visiter , renseigne sur la vie locale et fait gagner du temps en vendant le combiné ticket de bus +croisière sur le douro +visites des caves . . Négatif: Deux faits indépendants du gîte : beaucoup de circulation le jour , mais c ' est calme la nuit .j ' ai très bien dormi, sauf la dernière nuit où d ' autres touristes ne se sont pas montré discrets ... pourtant Pedro demande de ne pas claquer les portes...

Positiv: Pedro ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, Das Zimmer war sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Positive: Appartamento accogliente ben arredato ,bagni puliti e dotati di ogni comfort. Proprietario e personale disponibili e molto cordiali .

Positif: Bonne situation pour visiter Porto. Immeuble bien rénové à l’intérieur et appartement pratique.. Négatif: Appartement une chambre au premier étage est situé côté rue extrêmement passante et bruyante malgré les fenêtres double vitrage, très difficile de dormir. Climatisation soufflante avec inversion chauffage seulement dans la chambre donc salle de bain et cuisine et pièce de vie moins chaudes (séjour en février donc chauffage nécessaire).

Positivo: Excelente sitio para quem procura passa algumas noites na cidade do Porto, pelas boas condições que o apartamento têm, mas principalmente pela localização onde estamos praticamente na zona mais bonita da cidade invícta. 5*

Positiv: 3 wunderbare Tage/Nächte in diesem Apartment verbracht. Ein ganz toll saniertes Haus, Treppenhaus, Wohnung in einem stylischen Vintage Stil. Dazu wirklich tolle Gastgeber. Alles zu einem Top Preis/Leistungsverhältnis in sehr guter Lage. Heizung über Klimaanlage, isolierte Fenster, Rolläden, richtige Bettdecken, ordentliche (harte) Matratzen all was man hier hat, ist in portugiesischen Apartments, vor allem zu diesem Preis nicht selbstverständlich. Dazu sehr nett dekoriert und auch die "normale" Ausstattung für Küche und Bad ist vorhanden. Der schmale Balkon geht über die gesamt Hausbreite, kann sowohl vom Schlafzimmer als auch Wohn/Esszimmer betreten werden und bietet Ausblick auf die Pte do Infante Brücke/Douro. Der Wifi Empfang war einwandfrei, Auf Wunsch gegen 6,-(02.2018) gibt es Frühstück. Brauchte ich nicht, sah aber sehr gut aus.. Negativ: Wenn es was zu meckern gibt, dann der geringe Wasserdruck in meinem Apartment (3Etage) und das von 300 angezeigten Sat-TV Sendern nur eine Handvoll ein Signal hatten. Sollte aber nur eine Einstellungssache sein bzw. hockt man in Porto eh nicht lang vor dem TV.

Pozytywna: Sprawny transfer z lotniska (w nocy), sympatyczni właściciele, czysto i wygodnie. Wspaniała lokalizacja w centrum Porto. Help with transfer from airport during the night, very nice owners, clean and comfortable. Great location in the center of Porto.

Positief: Een erg leuk ingericht appartement met 2 slaapkamers en 2 badkamers, volledige keuken en op wandelafstand van ribeira en directe metro naar luchthaven.. Negatief: De voordeur/straat doet wat armoedig aan.

好意的: キッチンが整っていた. 否定的: 最上階まで階段を荷物を持って上がらなければならなかった。 看板が無いし、宿までタクシーで行かないと自分では見つけにくいと思う。

Positiv: Morgenmad fin og seng det samme.. Negativ: Terrassen var skrækkelig, da der lugtede ufatteligt af kattepis. Må sige, at billederne fra booking.com i hvert fald var noget anderledes end virkeligheden

Положительный: Новые апартаменты, расположены в центре города. Негативный: Очень шумно от дороги, утром вообще невозможно спать.

Положительный: Хорошие апартаменты, нашли довольно легко по навигатору, ключи получили быстро, правда заранее сообщили время приезда. На ресепшн работает русская девочка, объяснила где припарковаться(рядом сутки 10 евро). Апартаменты чистые, два санузла( очень крохотные).Из второй спальни выход на терраску, правда вид там не очень, до центра и набережной минут 15 ходьбы. Сам Порту очень красивый, особенно вечером на набережной, правда немного грязноватый . Вообщем соотношение цена качество для этого города вполне приемлемо

Pozytywna: Miła obsługa, przyjemny pokój. Negatywna: Nie pozwolono mi skorzystać z wcześniejszego zameldowania i późniejszego wymeldowania (z racji statusu Genius). Wręcz napisano mi, że nie ma takiej możliwości. Również nie otrzymałem powitalnej butelki wina - może to drobiazg, ale jednak...
