Maria was a gracious host who gave us recommendations on what to see and where to eat local foods. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which was very spacious, clean and perfectly cool (in temperature). The apartment has an outdoor sitting area which was calm and lovely after a day in the city. The location is quite good, not in the middle of the touristy area but not so far removed. We would suggest improving ventilation in the unit to get rid of the slight damp smell in the humid months.

Blijkt dat het gebouw uit drie verdiepingen bestaat. Wij hadden de onderste verdieping. Eigenlijk meer een kelder. Donker en vochtig. Wel groot en schoon en redelijk in het centrum van Porto.

Het was hier super tof alleen spijtig dat er maar 3 fietsen zijn en wij met 4 waren

Chegando no apartamento fui surpreendido por pessoas que precisavam ver o lugar para fazer reparo, sem ter sido avisado anteriormente.

Está en una zona genial, zona de copas, y Rte. Cerca de supermercado para hacer compras, metro y bus a pocos metros. El apartamento tiene de todo y la terraza para desayunar y comer incluso cenar... Apartamento És grande y la Dueña muy amable, nos dejó guías pasa saber que visitar y recomendaciones donde comer. És un 1er piso(15 escalones aprox) sin ascensor. Lo único que puedo comentar para las parejas que van con niños. Se suben bien, no son de esas empinadas. Yo lo recomiendo por ubicación, precio y trato con la dueña. (Fue por wassap)

Positif: La chambre est propre, jolie et correctement équipée. . Négatif: Aucun contact direct avec une personne. Pas d accès a la terrasse pourtant en photo et bruyant. Les serviettes sont changées tous les 2 jours mais pas le papier wc et café non rechargé.

Great location, very close to city center and restaurants and bars (10 min walk). Clean apartment, cozy, and comfortable for 3 people. It has a different feel to it from other apartments due to the layout.

Positif: Appartement bien situé, bien aménagement avec une belle décoration. Petite terrasse sympathique, ensoleillée jusqu'à 16h. L'appartement est un peu frais et sombre à partir de 17h. Bonne situation, dans un quartier animé.. Négatif: La cuisine pourrait être un peu mieux équipée ( poêle trop petite, une seule très grande casserole, pas de couteau de qualité, pas épluche légume) Le grille-pain et la cafetière ont été appréciés.

Positif: La petite attention à l'arrivée : le porto !. Négatif: Un peu bruyant : les gens qui montent l'escalier et le parquet qui craque dans l'appartement du dessus.

Positivo: Maria é uma pessoa muito atenciosa, resolveu todas as nossas dúvidas com grande eficiência e rapidez. Recomendo a todos que vêm ao Porto. Maria es una persona muy atenta, resolvió todas nuestras dudas con mucha eficadia y rapidez. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que venga a Oporto. Positiva: Todo era perfecto...limpieza...cocina, camas.... Negativa: Nos gustó todo...por decir algo...no tenía ascensor...pero el lugar magnífico.

Negative: Had the flat in 3. level under the roof. Want to lose your kids?! Steps are highly dangerous, light switch is not illuminated and close beside the stair. No extra color, nothing. Find the switch in the dark before the stair finds you.... Do not believe a balcony is something you can stand on. Banister and size of a magazine is enough! Flat is "one room", only toilet has got a door. Want to hear EVERYTHING from the roommates, feel invited. Area for smokers must be in the stairwell, remember; only one room with no doors except for the toilet.

Positive: Comfy bed, good facilities, good location and great terrace. Negative: The floors were incredibly creeky, if the neighbours got up in the night you could hear their every footstep. The shower was a bit shabby

Pozytywna: Bardzo komfortowy czysty apartament. Nowiutkie meble i inne akcesoria. Bardzo ładne tarasy. Bardzo dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. Nic dodać i nic ująć. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra mimo że na mapie wygląda to trochę inaczej. W pobliżu apatamentu około 100 metrów jest supermarket.. bar itp. Polecam w stu procentach

Pozitívne: Čisté, útulné ubytovanie v centre Porta, neďaleko stanice Trindade. Dobre premyslený check-in. Potešil i welcome drink a káva.

Positief: de ligging is gunstig: bijna alles op loopafstand. Negatief: pas in een laat stadium van boeking blijken er schoonmaakkosten bij te komen ad E 24,- de site is verder misleidend : 1 ruimte, met alleen een separaat toilet en een grote vide is niet wat je verwacht bij een app van 85 m2 ( als die 85 m2 er al zijn!) de beloofde twee slaapkamers zijn dus twee alleen ruimtelijk gescheiden slaapgelegenheden, waarvan een op de vide , maar dus zonder enige privacy. het toilet is niet te gebruiken zonder dat medebewoners dat horen. feitelijk alleen voor een gezin te gebruiken er is geen lift telefonische intake, waarbij toegangscode werd verstrekt

Pozytywna: Dobra lokalizacja, łatwo i szybko można dotrzeć do najważniejszych punktów w Porto. Bardzo funkcjonalny apartament, czysto i praktycznie. Urocze wnętrze sprawia, że miło tam spędzisz czas. Bardzo miła i uprzejma właścicielka, chętna do dzielenia się wartościowymi informacjami na temat miasta.

Una experiencia HORRIBLE. Nos dieron una habitación donde hacía muchísimo frío. El baño y la cocina se encuentran en un patio exterior donde sólo un cristal lo aisla de la calle. Además la primera noche encontramos dos arañas enormes detrás de la cama. La propietaria no puso soluciones al frío y decidimos abandonar el apartamento. Hemos tenido muchísimos problemas para poder recuperar el dinero, la propietaria no se responsabilizaba de nada. An HORRRIBLE experience. We got a really cold room where was imppssible to live. Really unconfortable, the toilet and the kitchen is outside tue room and nothing prptect avainst the cold in the street. We found two spiders behing the bed. We dexided to leave the flat and it was crazy to try get the money back, the flat owner didnt want to have any responsability. It is a pitty to have this kind of experiences

Apartamento excelente, com uma limpeza exemplar, atendimento extraordinário e com uma perfeita atenção aos detalhes que nos fazem sentir bem vindos a um espaço acolhedor, funcional e excepcionalmente bem localizado, com acesso a toda a rede de transportes num raio muito curto de ação. Parabéns!

Pozytywna: Bardzo ładnie urządzone mieszkanie, wyposażenie rewelacyjne (garnki, ekspres, toster, blender, suszarka i pralka). Super taras na zewnątrz (wybrane mieszkania). Wygodne łóżko i pościel. Spis polecanych restauracji i miejsc "must to see" w Porto.. Negatywna: Brak ogrzewania, klimatyzator nie da wystarczająco dużo ciepła, w okresie zimowym. Brak miejsca do rozwieszenia prania. Nie podobało mi się, że bez wcześniejszego powiadomienia ktoś wchodził do mieszkania, żeby zabrać śmieci. Nie mam nic przeciwko, ale można uprzedzić.

Positiv: Perfekte Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war stilvoll eingerichtet unď gut ausgestattet, das Bett sehr bequem. Der Gastgeber war gut zu erreichen und hat sich mehrmals erkundigt, ob alles in Ordnung ist.

Positief: locatie van gebouw, hygiëne prima, voldoende ruimte (vooral badkamer was ruim). Negatief: te kleine slaapkamer

Positiv: Tolle Lage in der Altstadt, Künstlerviertel, Gastro und Supermärkte gleich um die Ecke Minuten Fussmarsch von der Airportmetro entfernt! Super Zimmeraustattung, intelligentes Raumkonzept, Sauberkeit 1A! . Negativ: -

Positive: La posizione ottima. Appartamento molto accogliente. Consigli utili dalla proprietaria per ristoranti e visite.

Positive: La stanza all'ultimo piano molto ben studiata e funzionale con il piano rialzato. Posizione ottima per visitare la città a piedi . Buona dotazione di parcheggi a pagamento.. Negazione: L'appartamento era con 5 posti letto però se tutti occupati mi pare un po' piccolo. Noi eravamo in due e pertanto eccellente. 5 adulti mi pare piccolo.

Très bel appartement avec une charmante terrasse. Très bon accueil avec les bonnes adresses de charlotte qui vous fait vivre à porto comme les portugais le font. On y retournera avec grand plaisir.

Positiu: La comoditat i la decoració. Negatiu: La poca aigua calenta. Es podia banyar un ja que el segon ja no tenia aigua calenta

Positiu: Acollidor el lloc, impecable la neteja tot nou i ben conservat. Molt amables i ens van fer recomanacions per visitar i menjar excel.lents. Negatiu: Només manca ascensor (però només es porten maletes un cop) un miníscul problema.

否定的: 実際現地に着いてから、その場で別に「サービス料」と称し25ユーロを請求された。予約コンファームにも確かに書いてあるはずなので、と言われたし実際書いてあったので払いましたが、一体サービス料とは何なのか？アパートメントホテルで、入ったら放ったらかしのタイプのホテルに何のサービスがあるというのか？実際掃除も入っていませんし。ブッキング自体のシステムにも大変疑問を感じました。サイトに載っている料金は、ファイナルプライスであるべきです。あんな小さな字で別途サービス料がかかります、と言われても一体何人の人が気づくでしょうか。気がつかない方が悪いと言われればその通りなのです。ですが予約する人間が気づきやすいようにするのが、ネットのブッキングシステムではありませんか？小さな字でおまけのように書いてあるなんて、まるで新聞の見出しです。しかも予約したら即フルチャージで、予約コンファームのメールに書いてあると言われても、それが来てからではもうキャンセルはできないのです。もう一度繰り返しますが、ブッキングのサイトに載せる金額は、ファイナルプライスであるべきです。ホテルがブッキングへに載せる金額とは別に、コミッションのかからない方法で現金を手に入れたいのなら、そういうホテルは除外するべきです。47ユーロの部屋が、+25ユーロで72ユーロになりました。72ユーロ払うなら、もっと良いホテルを予約できたのにと思うと、本当に悔しくて残念です。出発の日には、チェックアウト前の時間であったにも関わらず、しかも私たちの留守の間に、部屋へ戻ってみるとまだ荷物のある部屋に、すでに掃除の女性が入っていて掃除中でした。これまた、人生初めての経験で信じられない思いでした。チェックアウト前に、まだ宿泊客の持ち物が置いてある部屋へ入って、掃除を始めるこの神経と教育が信じられません。私たちにとっては最低のホテル、最低の経験で、旅行の初日が台無しになりました。もう2度と泊まりません。
