Pros: The gentleman who checked us in is very friendly and professional. He gave us great information about the area, where to eat, and buy grocery. Even though the building and elevator is very old, the apartment itself is very modern, clean, and well equipped. They even have the Nespresso machine for you to make your own coffee. Location is excellent and convenient.Cons: The shower water drains very slow. The 3 days we stayed there, our neighbors were extremely loud. They were talking, singing, and even shouting the entire night everyday. It was very annoying and unpleasant when we tried to rest and sleep.

Good location, room facilities and feel comfortable during stay. Just a little comment about the light of the entrance of building. The lobby is very dark at night and the light is not auto switch on when somebody come inside the building. This problem is same occurring at the apartment door, there is no lamp.

Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern. Sie war sauber und schön hell. Das Bett war bequem. Lediglich der Straßenlärm stört etwas.

Muy buen departamento. Hecho a nuevo con todo lo necesario y muy cómodo. Está a pasos de la catedral y el centro turístico de Oporto. Muy recomendable.

Excellent location with great access to both sides of the river. Nice balcony with entertainers playing music but still quiet at night.

Apartment was big and spacious. Location was excellent and close to major sites and train station. Staff was excellent and responded to our needs quickly. Highly recommended.

Great location, walking distance to all major sites,cafes & restaurants & Sao Bento train station. Facilities include a washing machine which was very useful plus a balcony with a lovely view. The wifi stopped working during the stay but they fixed it.

Good location,small sugar ants in kitchen,air conditioning is a window unit that is in the living room so it doesnt cool the bedroom that well

This apartment is in a prime location for any visitor to Porto. The staff although not on site are very helpful and curteous. Their intimate knowledge of the city helped us manage 4 perfect days in the beautiful city of Porto. I highly recommend this property to both experienced and new travelers alike.

Un peu difficile de se dinner rv alors on a dû attendre 45 mi pour la.clé mais la persinne a ete très gentille .Très bel appart et très biem situé mais seul problème important sont les mkisissurrs dans la.chambre ce qui est toxique pour la santé

Positief: Prima appartement en goed uitgerust
Met de noodzakelijk dingen als vaatwasser en koffiezetapparaat. Locatie is erg goed. Je loopt overal makkelijk naartoe.. Negatief: Met 3 man na elkaar douchen is geen pretje voor de laatste in het rijtje, omdat het warme water dan op gaat.

긍정적: 시설이 너무너무너무 좋았다!! 살고싶은 스타일의 집이다. 월세로는 얼마나 될까 생각하면서 지냈다. 숙소 때문에 또 가고싶음.
(드라이기, 타월 인당 2개, 각종 조미료, 커피, 전자레인지, 식기세척기, 샴푸앤바디젤 등이 다 구비돼있다. 세탁기도 있는데 사용해보지는 않음. 세제는 없음. 엘레베이터도 있음). 부정적: 난방이 되지 않는?듯 대신 라디에이터가 5개 가량 구비되어 있다. 라디에이터는 엄청 따뜻. 멀티탭 가져가서 침대에 바짝 붙여놓고 썼다. 오븐 사용하면 전기량 과다로 정전. 문 옆에 두꺼비집 열고 검은버튼 누르면 다시 켜짐. 옆집 방음 좀 안되는듯? 사실 지내는데는 별 문제되지 않았다.

Positiva: Es muy amplio y espacioso. Está bien equipado.. Negativa: Algunas cosas necesitan revisión. se nos cayó una barra de las cortinas que estaba mal anclada en la pared. Se cayó un cuadro y se desmontaron las patas de un taburete y del butacón amarillo de la sala por estar flojas. Son muebles de kit de automontaje que necesitan de vez en cuando apretarles los tornillos. También nos molestó que nos entró sin avisarnos un hombre de mantenimiento a hacerle una foto al aparato del aire acondicionado. Tenía llave y nos dijo que le habían dicho que no había nadie alojado.

Positif: appartement 2 chambres, spacieux, récemment rénové, très clair et très propre.
excellente situation: à 100m du pont Dom Luis, la plupart des visites peuvent se faire à pied, métro et gare à 5 mn à pied, le funiculaire est à 100m pour les retours de la ville basse (en cas de fatigue).
accueil très sympathique
signal wifi OK. Négatif: les chambres donnent sur une rue assez bruyante (malgré les doubles vitrages)
clim hors d'usage dans la grande chambre (heureusement nuits fraîches car températures diurnes élevées pour un mois d'octobre)
pas de torchon dans la cuisine
la TV uniquement en anglais et portugais

Positive: The location of the apartment is great, very close to the Se , Ponte Dom Luis and not far from Sao Bento station. The rooms are large enough to accommodate comfortably the two of us.. Negative: The elevator didn't work for two days. I had to shut the windows most of the time to keep away the noise from the street.

Positiv: Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und hübsch eingerichtet. Es sind auch Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer, Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen vorhanden.

Positief: Geen ontbijt erbij genomen, ben zelf naar de bakker geweest die om de hoek zit. Negatief: Afwasmachine werkte niet/ slecht, en badkamer water liep niet goed door en badkamer deur sloot niet goed af.

Positief: De ligging was geweldig. Midden in het historische deel van Porto. Het was modern ingericht. Fijne keuken en badkamer. Goed geisoleerde ramen zodat je het verkeer buiten niet hoorde. Genoeg kastruimte. Heerlijke bedden. Airco.Je woont in een complex met Portugese vrouwtjes.. Negatief: Klein beetje gehorig,maar viel mee.

Положительный: Прекрасное расположение - 3 минут пешком (правда, в горку)) от вокзала Сао Бенто, очень удобно, если путешествуете на поезде, и приезжаете из Лиссабона. Для компании 3-4 человека место идеальное.. Негативный: Нужно оставить залог в 200 евро, это не очевидно при бронировании. На окнах только плотные шторы, тюль бы не помешала.

Positiv: Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist einfach super. Die Metro, die Kathedrale Sé sowie die Ponte de D. LuÍs I. sind in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen.
Auch die Mitarbeiter der Agentur Feel Porto sind sehr aufmerksam und geben tolle Tipps.. Negativ: Das Appartement liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße. Dank der Schallschutzfenster ist das aber kein Problem!

Positive: Buona solo per la posizione.. Negazione: -Appartamento senza riscaldamento! Ho provato più volte a contattare lo staff per avere almeno una stufa ma non ho ricevuto risposta.
-Kit di benvenuto assente, in casa non era presente nemmeno una bottiglia d'acqua!
-Spese di cauzione inaccettabili: 200 euro cash subito.
-Puzza di spazzatura prenne al piano terra.
-Dopo mezz'ora finisce l'acqua calda, se andate in piu' di 2 persone dovrete fare i turni con le dovute pause richieste dal boiler per ripristinare l'acqua.

긍정적: 샤워실,화장실,주방, 침대 등 부대 시설이 굉장히 좋았어요. 깨끗하고.. 만족스러웠음.. 부정적: 단, 1층 출입구 열쇠가.. 잘 안열어져서 들어올때마다 애를 먹었어요. 옆집 가게 할아버지,할머니가 도와주셔서 문을 따주셨어요. 그게 매우 불편했구요.
열쇠 디파짓 비용 200유로가 있는데,
비행기 시간이 새벽이라서 그 전날 받기로 약속했는데, 직원이 약속을 까먹어서 그거 받느라고 고생했네요. 그것때문에 직원,서비스 점수 낫게 드립니다.
