Attention si vous venez à Porto en hiver! Il y a beaucoup de gîtes et chambres d'hôtes inchauffables. Heureusement, cet OPO.APT appartement au était très bien chauffé avec de la climatisation reversible réglable par pièce. Très confortable. Il y a de bons lits avec plein d'oreillers différents (pour moi, il est important de pouvoir choisir). Hygiène irréprochable, petit jardin sympa, deux chambres bien séparés pour plus d'intimité quand on est avec deux couples. Plus un click-clack dans le salon. Nous avions un chien et un chat avec nous, ce n'était pas un problème. Un grand avantage aussi, c'était le parking privé juste devant la porte. C'était payant, mais c'est un grand comfort de pouvoir prendre la voiture pour aller aux plages (15 mins) ou pour faire des sorties. Pour le reste, tout était inclus. Électricité pour chauffer, excellent connection WiFi (je travaille sur Internet), nettoyage, machine à laver. Ce qui montre la mentalité de vrai hôte chaleureux de João, le propriétaire. Pour lui, les clients satisfaits sont plus important que les revenus à court terme. Comme il faut! Avec ou sans enfants ou animaux, vous trouverez ici un appartement confortable bien situé avec grand choix de magasins et restaurants à 5 minutes à pied. L'appartement est très bien situé et à moins de cinq minutes à pied du métro. Les chambres sont propres et spacieuses. La décoration est épurée et faite avec goût. Joao répond vite et efficacement aux messages. Il est très serviable. Je recommande chaudement cet appartement à quiconque voudra passer un séjour à Porto. Si je retourne à Porto, je reprendrai cet appartement.

Ottimo appartamento, molto confortevole, con tutte le dotazioni che servono. Dispone anche di wifi. Ubicato in una posizione che permette di raggiungere il centro in poco più di 10 minuti a piedi, ma anche vicino ad una stazione della metropolitana. Il proprietario è molto simpatico e disponibile.

Negatief: Wij hadden het appartement geboekt tot vrijdagmiddag 12:00. Dit kreeg ik als bevestiging en stond ook op booking.com. Ineens waren er nieuwe klanten en moesten wij vrijdag om 11:00 het appartement uit. Dit werd een uur van te voren gecommuniceerd en vind ik erg slecht. Niet volgens afspraak!! Slechte zaak! Jammer.

Our family of 5 stayed at João's apartment during our Carnival break and had a great time. We stayed in the ground floor apartment which had a outside patio with a dining area. The place is immaculately clean, modern and very cosy. The beds are comfortable and the small kitchen is more than enough for a short stay. Localization is great! Close to a shopping center 'Shopping Cidade do Porto' where you can find the supermarket 'Froiz' which is open till late and where you stock up on breakfast essentials. Right next to the shopping center is 'Mercado Bom Sucesso' which is a great place for meals. There are many different types of cusine to choose from and the prices are reasonable. Also within walking distance is Casa da Musica and a lovely café Casinha Boutique Café where you can relax for a coffee and cake. A little further away is the fantastic Parque da Cidade do Porto. A great place for a walk or even a picnic. We had stayed at João's 1st floor apartment a little over a year ago and also had a great time! João was a fantastic host and incredibly helpful. Would definitely recommend his place!!

No lo recomiendo. Internet fatal. Muy ruidoso y apartamentos pequeños. Solo turisticos, no hay horno en la cocina. Las habitaciones no tienen armarios ni mesas de noche. El AA no fucnionaba. Nos han querido cobrar 14 euros por una plaza de paking en la entrada de la finca, sin techo ni seguridad. Han entrado los que llevan la finca con llave a mi apartamento a las 4 de la mañana, confundidos por hacer otro ingreso. El aseo es minusculo y tiene un extractor que hace un ruido insoportable. (no se te ocurra ir por la noche, despertaras a toda la familia) El propietario nunca respondio mis comentarios por estos temas. Los considero inseguros por ello. no se cuanta gente tiene llave. Tampoco hay timbre ni portero. fuimos 2 familias y no nos podiamos comunicar entre nosotros. Los apartamentos superiores son sin scensor y cuando abres la puerta, tienes otra escalera interior para acceder al apartamento. no lo recomeindo si llevas muchas maletas. Las fotos de las webs tipo booking, airbnb, rentalia etc están desactualizadas... lo muestran todo impecable y ya se esta empezando a ver el uso ...
