Moderne, großzügige Appartements mit allen erwarteten Annehmlichkeiten und von allen zugängliche Dachterasse. Alle waren sauber und Mt vielen Details eingerichtet. Fenster schließen die Laurstärke aus: Die Appartements liegen nämlich direkt an einer Partymeile, was für uns einfach toll war. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die Porto kennenlernen möchten.

This is my favorite apartment in Porto and the only place I would stay while in Porto. Price is a bit high compared what monthly rentals cost is in Porto... which is around €570 monthly. This place is around €90 to €99 daily. But that’s normal for Porto with the influx of tourism with Hotel and Airbnb costs. It is an amazing place. Close to the party street... all the bars and club. Which is what I like. With huge terrace. Check in was simple and the host was extremely nice and friendly. My local friends told me she was very nice when she came up to say bye. I stayed in both the studio and the one bedroom. The one bedroom is dreamy.

Os apartamentos são grande tem a possibilidade de colocar 5 pessoas. No prédio na tem elevador temos que em frentar 6 lances de escada para chegar no 3 (ultimo) andar não recomendado para pessoas de pouca mobilidade. O apartamento é bem mobilhado e uma bela decoração com uma cozinha bem montada (forno elétrico, fogão elétrico, geladeira com parte do freeze, internet e uma máquina de louça (para mim era desnecessário preferia que fosse uma máquina que lava-seca no lugar)).

Perfect location for city exploration or just party in the most of vibrant city center. Appartments are great for retreat at any moment in time or just chilling.

Lugar lleno de restaurantes y bares para ir de noche. Durante el dia hay mucho comercio y puestos de antigüedades en la calle.

Great apartment, great space, well equipped with a great view. There was some street noise but that's to be expected with the location. Very handy for the centre of Porto. Ana was a fantastic host and made every effort to ensure we were comfy and settled, including arranging a late check out. If we come back to Porto we know where we'll be staying.

Lovely apartment with a balcony (and a decent view). The only thing I would have change is the provision of just one dishwasher tablet for the week but I'm being overly critical here: it's possibly the best holiday apartment that we've stayed at.

Positiv: Es war wundervoll, besonders Ana war sehr nett und die Unterkunft und Lage war einfach nur perfekt. Trotz riesen Feier auf der Straße, konnte man ruhig im Apartment schlafen. Es ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Je recommande vivement, L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter la ville, l'accueil d'Ana est très agréable et l'appartement et juste magnifique, lumineux, propre et très agréable ! Si je retrouve sur Porto c'est sans hésitation que je retourne dans cet appartement ! Au top !

Positif: La grande disponibilité et la bienveillance d'Ana est une réel avantage pour cette location qui rempli déjà tous les critères. Le studio côté cour est vraiment calme. La situation géographique est idéal.. Négatif: On entend un peu les bruits dans le couloir mais rien de bien gênant.

Positive: Lots of restaurants, cafe bars, pastry shops, close to the apartment. Super market is about a 20 min walk. Ana is always on the background if help is needed.. Negative: Noise from the streets in the weekend. I would advise some earplugs.

Positive: Ana è stata meravigliosa, siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all'orario e ci ha accolto subito, fornendoci tutte le notizie per il soggiorno. L'appartamento è delizioso, pulito e con tutti i confort, bagno con doccia con idromassaggio, ottimo collegamento con internet, televisore sia in camera da letto che nel salone con possibilità di collegamento a canale italiano. L'appartamento è in zona centrale, a piedi si raggiungono facilmente tutte le zone turistiche. Ana è stata sempre disponibile, eravamo in viaggio di nozze ed è stato bello ricevere la sua calda accoglienza. Consiglio senza dubbio di fare una bella esperienza nell'appartamento di Ana.. Negazione: E' stato tutto perfetto

Positiv: Die Lage war perfekt! Abends kann es zwar etwas lauter werden, da man direkt in einer Nebenstraße zur Barstraße wohnt, dafür hat man aber eben Bars und Restaurants auch direkt vor der Haustür. Ausgestattet ist die Wohnung top. Von Kaffeemaschine über Spülmaschine bis diversem Geschirr alles vorhanden, so dass man sich auch gut selbst verpflegen kann, wenn man nicht immer auswärts essen will.. Negativ: Wir waren zu fünft da, weshalb zwei Personen auf einem Schlafsofa geschlafen haben. Das ging zwar, für große Menschen ist das aber nicht gerade praktisch ;) Nachts konnte es im unteren Zimmer, trotz laufender Heizung recht kalt werden.

Positief: Het appartement was comfortabel, van alle gemakken voorzien en lag op een toplocatie. Er was een leuk balkon en er was water, wijn, koekjes en snoepjes. Ook koffie en thee ontbraken niet. De host Ana was erg vriendelijk en servicegericht.

Positive: The location was excellent, the apartment was very nicely decorated and clean and all were facilities were excellent. Negative: The noise at night was the only issue. From about 2am to 6am it was extremely noisy outside,singing and shouting which sounded like it was on the street.

Positif: Un appartement magnifique, très lumineux et très spacieux. Une rénovation magnifique. L'emplacement est des plus stratégique pour aller faire la fête ou pour aller visiter la ville. La terrasse au soleil est des plus agréable. L’accueil de la propriétaire est très agréable et chaleureux.. Négatif: Il est fort dommage que ce grand appartement soit équipé d'un petit lit en 140, ça ne va pas avec le standing. L'isolation phonique est inexistante, on entends tous les bruits de la rue (qui est très vivante la nuit). Le très grand salon est équipé de deux canapé mais pas de table basse, c'est dommage et peu pratique pour prendre l’apéritif ou autre.

Positive: Warm welcome by Ana. She took the time to show us the apartment and explained everything to us. The Apartment is well equipped and has air conditioning.. Negative: Unfortunately the guests in the apartments above us were very loud (but they left after three days).

Positiv: Sehr nette Wohnung im Zentrum der Stadt. Sehr nette Vermieter . Negativ: Wohnung befindet sich im Club-Viertel. Nachts kann das Grundrauschen von Nachtschwärmern als störend empfunden werden

Положительный: Управляющая апартаментов Ана - очень отзывчивый и ответственный человек. Пошла навстречу в момент предоплаты. Момент встречи на месте в апартаментах обсудили заранее по почте, Ана встретила нас, все рассказала. Оставила нам в помощь путеводители и карты города и по ватсапу была готова помочь с любыми трудностями. Очень приятно было получить комплимент в виде бутылки вина и печенек! Теперь подробнее о самих апартах. Добраться из аэропорта до места очень просто - идете по указателям к метро (местный аналог трамвая), берете билет /не забываем про его валидацию/ и едете по прямой около 30 минут до остановки Trindade. Далее нужно будет пройти пешком около 10 минут. Расположены в самом центре города, рядом огромное количество заведений, до всех основных достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком. Апартаменты обеспечены всей техникой, есть фен (маленький), полотенца/белье меняет горничная в предварительно оговоренное время. Не нашли только утюг, но нам он не особо и нужен был (скорее всего, Ана предоставит его по первому вашему запросу, так что если он нужен, попросите его заранее). Вайфай просто шикарный - скорость примерно 100/100.. Негативный: Здесь не негатив, а скорее нюансы: 1. На наш взгляд недостаточное количество розеток для зарядки всех девайсов 3х людей. Около кровати на втором этаже всего одна розетка. Еще одна розетка есть в стеллаже напротив кровати, но она не очень удобна в плане быстрого доступа. Ну и в ванной розетку тоже можно использовать, но это доставляет некоторые трудности. 2. Так как апарты находятся в самом центре и рядом расположена улица с барами, есть небольшой шум от гуляющего народа =)

Positivo: Apartamento completo, decoração de extremo bom gosto, perto de todas as principais atrações do Porto, bares, restaurantes, livrarias, igrejas, museus etc, tudo numa distância pequena, pode- se ir a pé. Ana, a anfitriã nos recebeu com todas as informações e de uma cordialidade gentileza impressionante.. Negativo: Nada a reclamar.

Positive: Molto professionale e gentile Ana la proprietaria, prodiga nel fornirvi assistenza. La posizione della struttura è eccellente ed è il suo punto di forza. Vicino alla vita notturna della città, senza subirne il rumore, l'appartamento è anche vicino ad alcuni dei principali luoghi di interesse (ad esempio la libreria Lello e la torre dos Clerigos sono a 5 minuti). Anche la fermata della metropolitana è raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata. L'ambiente dello studio è ottimo per 2 persone . Arredato con buon gusto, con una attrezzata cucina e un letto matrimoniale anche a scomparsa per sfruttare l'ambiente. E' disponibile un confortevole balcone interno

Deuxième séjour dans les appartements et toujours au TOP. Très bon rapport qualité prix. La propriétaire est aux petits soins avec vous dès votre arrivée.

We rented an apartment through Airbnb and we were extremely happy. Ana was there for check in and she gave us lots of tips for things to do in Porto. The location is handy for public transport and quite central. The apartment itself was beautiful and well equipped.

Pozytywna: Dobra lokalizacja , gospodyni , pomimo kilkukrotnych naszych zmian godzin przyjazdu , dostosowywała się i była na czas. Apartament dwupiętrowy z tarasem , oba piętra klimatyzowane, czysciutki , nowoczesny , z całym aneksem kuchennym dobrze wyposażonym + kapsułki z kawą , herbata , cukierki itp.

Positivo: A proprietária, Sra Ana foi extremamente simpática e solícita às nossas necessidades. O apartamento muito limpo e moderno. A localização é excelente, walking distance de praticamente todos os pontos turísticos de Porto.. Negativo: Se você for de carro, reserve um estacionamento nas redondezas com antecedência (assim paga-se mais barato). Como é muito bem localizado, encontrar vagas na rua não é uma tarefa muito fácil, especialmente durante os fins de semana.

Positief: Tot in de puntjes verzorgd door beheerster van koekjes, tot snoepjes tot een plattegrond van Porto. Daarnaast een uitstekende locatie en een zeer schoon verblijf.

In the heart of the city. Lots of life around you. Great foods all with in a short walk. Very comfortable living space . Nothing like a cup of coffee on the balcony in the AM. If you are a walker this is the ideal place for you.
