This apartment was perfect for four adults and we enjoyed the breakfasts, location and hosts. This really was the perfect spot for us in Porto and we highly recommend! The only hiccup we encountered was the cash-only for each night+ $200 euro deposit. We were not aware of this in advance so we had to pull money out of the ATM, which was unplanned and a bit of a hassle (cash limits per/day + ATM fees.) All in all though, we highly recommend!

Great accommodations. Can comfortably accomodate 6 people. This is in the heart of the city can get to pretty much anywere in a short walk.
Keep in mind they only accept cash. Highly recommend. Family business.

High end comfort and good value for money. Hosts caring and location excellent. Porto is a great place to visit and this a great apartment. All around are intriguing streets and lanes of wonderful things of interest and then home to well furnished accomodation, a comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen...bliss.

El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. Está perfectamente equipado y es muy confortable. Cuenta con muchos detalles, como albornoces, cápsulas de café, fruta variada y dulces caseros elaborados por Olivia, la propietaria.
La ubicación es inmejorable, justo al lado del Palacio de La Bolsa.
Barbara y Olivia, las anfitrionas, hacen que la estancia sea inolvidable. Se encargan de recomendarte y reservar para ti restaurantes, visitas, o lo que necesites, lo que hace que te puedas despreocupar de todo y dedicarte a disfrutar de esta maravillosa ciudad.
Lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda. Repetiré allí con seguridad en mi próxima visita a Oporto.

Older style apartment perfectly located and within walking distance of many tourist attractions. Spacious and very well priced. Staff were helpful and friendly. Only negative was a lack of any parking to set-down and pick-up.

Beautiful, large, light filled apartment in a great location. Well suited to 4 guests. Kitchen/dining/ lounge area huge. Very attentive staff who are onsite during normal hours. Would definitely stay again if in Porto.

El apartamento esta en una de las mejores zonas para alojarse de Oporto, a mi parecer. A pocos metros del Palacio da Bolsa, la Ribeira y el puente de Luiz I, por un lado. Y por el otro, la Avda. dos Aliados, y la estacion de tren de Sao Bento a unos 10 minutos andando. Tiene aparcamiento en la calle justo en la puerta, y un parking a 50 metros.
El apartamento esta muy nuevo, amueblado con muy buen gusto y muy bien aprovechado el espacio. Las camas resultaron muy comodas, y todo estaba muy limpio.
Resaltar tambien la amabilidad del equipo de Casas do Porto, que en todo momento estuvieron atentos y predispuestos a ayudar, facilitando enormemente tanto el check-inn como la salida del alojamiento. Se convierte en la primera opcion de alojamiento en nuestras futuras visitas a Oporto.

The location is excellent. Rui welcomed us and gave us an excellent overview of the area, as well as fresh fruit and delicious cake. All the attractions are within a 15 minute walk. Great experience and value!

Apartamentos estupendos en pleno centro de Oporto. Modernos y completos, totalmente equipados. Están cerca del río y de muchos de los lugares interesantes para visitar. La atención fue genial.
Si vas con coche debes saber que no tiene aparcamiento. Hay uno muy cerca pero es bastante caro, como casi todos en el centro de Oporto. En la calle de los apartamentos se puede aparcar pagando el parquímetro. Sólo se pueden pagar 2 horas como máximo. Desconozco la normativa exacta, pero nosotros renovábamos el ticket a través de la aplicación del móvil y pudimos tener el coche allí durante un día y medio, más barato que en parking.

Loved Casas do Porto! The location was excellent and very central to everything - could walk everywhere. The communication was excellent and the breakfast was amazing!! Would definitely recommend and would stay here again next time I visit Porto.

This aprtment is in a great location. It had all the facilities we needed with the exception of a washing machine. Barbara and the other staff were always helpful and cooperative and we particularly appreciated the storing of our luggage on our final day.

The only problem we had was check in. When we arrived we had to wait an hour before we were checked in. Barbara was very apologetic but still an hour of our time was wasted waiting to be checked in. The property was excellent and location couldnt be better.

The property is downtown Porto on a hill. Our point of contact was fantastic. She even helped to pay for parking while we unloaded our bags. They provided free fresh fruit. Overall, it was a great experience.

Brilliant location. Breakfast café next door though owners supply breakfast on request. Three restaurants close by. Just a short walk to the quayside and to the 500 bus stop to Matosinhos for fabulously fresh fish for lunch or dinner. Comfortable beds with orthopaedic pillows on request.

Positive: It is an amazing place to stay! The location is perfect. The apartment is located in the heart of Ribeira with easy access to the historical city center of Porto. It is a very confortable and lovely apartment. The attention given by Olivia and Barbara (the hostesses) made our time there even more special. The beds and pillows are extra comfy. The breakfast is delicious with freshly baked bread delivered to your door! It is a special place to stay!. Negative: Everything was perfect!

Уютно, чисто, комфортные кровати, есть все для готовки в номере (были с малышом).
Предоставили детскую кроватку! Хозяева очень доброжелательные, милые люди!. Негативный: Была в номере терраса - но очень грязная, ее не убирали долгое время, в итоге мы ей не пользовались, да и выходила она на темную сторону дома (причем неприглядную его сторону).
Гостиная соединена с это террасой окнами и поэтому в апартаментах было темновато. Жаль, что окна гостиной не выходили на центральную улицу (только спальни, но там мы только спали ночью ;))

Positive: I couldn’t recommend this property more. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful, the place was small but perfectly formed we stayed in the vintage house which was up a few flights of stairs with no lift but nothing too much. We ordered the breakfast and I’d recommend this too, We will return.. Negative: Leaving

Positif: L emplacement de l appartement était idéal. L accueil et la disponibilité de Barbara étaient fantastiques. Les prestations (décoration, confort, propreté...) absoluments parfaites. Je conseille plus que vivement Casas do Porto. Nous reviendrons dans cette magnifique ville et nous ne manquerons pas de séjourner dans un des autres appartements de Cassation do porto. . Fast communication, Excellent location (close to the Sao Bento station and the river also), I really like the specific explanation of Ms.Barbara with a map! It helped me a LOT. Thanks for water and well-come fruit also! Due to my staying here, Porto remained me a good memory.

Positive: Location eccezionale. Palazzo d’epoca al centro di Porto. Accoglienza straordinaria, supercolazione. L’ospite viene accompagnato e seguito dall’inizio alla fine del soggiorno. This is an apartment hotel. Only pay cash on the spot. The staffs are very nice-recommending places to go, how to go, restaraunts nearby, luggage storage (we are big group of 12). Barbara and Rui used multi-media method to have the quick contact- They initiated Whatsup contact- then we asked the stores to go, ask for help on taxi. They all responded quickly and helped with their efforts. Highly recommend!

Fantastic apartment in a great location. This was my second stay at Casas do Porto. Rui did everything he could to make our stay the best it could be -- extraordinary customer service. The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed.

This was our second time staying in this apartment complex. The staff are very friendly and helpful. After a very late night out we slept in - and were awoken at 9:30am by a knock on the door by one of staff asking if there was anything we needed. I didnt expect that and think maybe they should consider using do not disturb signs on the apartment doors. the apartment is on a busier street and while we like the staff and the facilities, we would probably choose a different place next time.

The apartment was very spacious and very well-equipped. The location is excellent but what really made the difference was the great service by the Casas do Porto people. They regularly gave advices for best activities and even supported with reservations and all.

The apartment is located central, so you can walk in a few minutes to the river or also in the city center. But it's not noisy at all! The owners of the flat were always really kind and were always available if we had questions. I would definitely book this apartment again, when I'm in Porto!

From the apartment itself to its location, everything just perfect! A short walk down Rua das Flores, close to many good restaurants and the river, we enjoyed everything that the accommodation offered. And behold, the service given by management (Olivia, Rui and Barbara) is just above and beyond! From the welcome sweets and fruits, the detailed possible sightseeing routes (tailored to the days of our stay), its apps and the farewell gift - certainly made us feel special. We just cannot stop raving about Casas do Porto :). Highly recommended and seriously look no further if you are trying to find accommodation at Porto.

Die Betreiber geben sich außergewöhnlich viel Mühe und bieten einen so nicht gekannten Service (sogar mit App und WhatsApp Gruppe) an. Sicherlich kommt man woanders noch für ein paar Euro günstiger unter, aber das sollte man sich doppelt überlegen. Wenn ich wieder nach Porto komme werde ich hier wieder unterkommen.
Ansonsten: Frühstück in Ordnung, alles sauber und modern(!) eingerichtet und mitten in der Stadt.

Amazing. From the service to the actual room. They gave us recommended routes so we could see the whole city as efficiently as possible as well as food recommendations so we could eat well without the guess work. You can tell they really care about you as a person and they really want you to enjoy Porto! Will recommend this place to everyone and will probably stay here again!

Olumlu: 2+1 odada dört kişi kaldık. Daire çok iyiydi. Temizliği mükemmel. Konumu merkezi.. Olumsuz: Kahvaltı almanıza gerek yok Porto fiyatlarına göre pahalı. Ayrıca tesisin civarında bir çok cafe var.

This is the most wonderful accommodation that we have visited during our 2 week trip along the coast of Portugal and Spain. Barbara, Olivia and Rui helped us so much with all the planning and told us about many great places to visit. They organized the restaurants for us and we could also buy the tickets for the city round trips from them! The apartment was clean, the interior was very stylish and we also were provided with freshly baked biscuits! We can highly recommend the Casas do Porto and will definitely come back soon!

El personal pone todo de su parte para que te sientas como en casa, y además, te ofrecen recomendaciones de los lugares a visitar, excursiones, restaurantes. Amazing! The team at "Casas do Porto" is just exceptional. We've never had anybody looking after us like they did. The apartment was immaculate. They gave us loads of tips on where to eat and what to do in Porto. I can honestly say this is one of the best places I've ever stayed in. Many thanks to Olivia, Rui and Bárbara!!!
