포르투갈과 스페인 여행 중 제가 경험한 채식 식당 중 최고였어요. 부페식이지만 맛도 굉장히 훌륭하고 종류도 다양하고 깔끔했어요. 두 번 갔는데 메뉴가 다르더라고요. 직원분들도 너무나도 친절해서 감사했어요 코로나로 전세계가 뒤숭숭한데 무탈하셨으면 하는 바람으로 몇달 전 방문이지만 후기 남깁니다.

Vive le végétarien, ce buffet est un vrai régal et en mode “as much as you like”! L’accueil est de plus très sympa, alors n’hésitez plus! Et entre nous, vous serez bien mieux qu’au milieu de l’agitation en front de mer devant les grandes caves. Sans compter que le prix de la bière n’est pas du tout le même.

The all you can eat vegan buffet was a great value and really tasty. Plus we were able to watch soccer on the large screen afterwards. There were a lot of nice eating joints in this market.

Delicious Vegan bottomless buffet lunch. The food is excellent, the organic white was lovely and the market hall is a pretty cool space to duck out of the sun for a spell. Lots of other options in the foodhall too, so a good shout for an omniverous party. Limited outdoor seating to the rear, be prepared to hustle!

daTerra Gaia fue mi elección para comer en el Mercado Beira Rio en Gaia durante nuestra visita a las bodegas. Me encantó! Todo comienza con un servicio amistoso y amable, continúa con la opción de servirme comida de un pequeño pero encantador buffet. Todo lo que seleccioné estaba delicioso, también la taza de sopa que incluía, el postre y el café.

We got caught by the rain while visiting Vilanova de Gaia and we were lucky to find this place inside Mercado Beira Rio.
The buffet had lots of options and variety of tasty dishes. So many flavors!
We ate so much for less than 9 euros.. we also had a couple of beers. Shame we didn't have any space in our belly to try their desserts, which, by the way, looked amazing.
Highly recommend it :)

We had been to the daTerra restaurant over in Porto on the other side of the river so was pleased to find this within the market. We had the lunchtime all you can eat buffet and it is just so delicious! Much care and creativity is taken in providing a plentiful supply of tasty vegan dishes including sweet and savoury. It's great being in the market because you can eat with others who prefer something else like meat (but why would you!!) and drinks from a little Super Bock and cocktail bars.

Fresh, healthy and tasty food! I really enjoyed my meal here! The menu’s price is very fair and there was a good variety of dishes. The staff was also very friendly. Overall a very good experience.

Muy sabroso, el buffet del mediodía finaliza a las 1530h y desde las 19h empieza otra vez. 8,5€y9,5€ respectivamente. La sopa de lentejas deliciosa, zumos interesantes, sándwiches ok. Pastel de chocolate muy rico, y todo vegetariano

Fantastisches veganes Buffet in der Markthalle mit Erbsensuppe und Minze, Kürbis mit Pesto, Tabouleh, Spinatquiche, Bohneneintopf, Coleslaw... Und alles auf einem Teller. Sehr charmanter Mann hinter der Theke. Unaufgeregt und lecker. Das Essen- nicht der Mann. :D

I was wondering about finding plant-based food on my trip to Porto but this place was great as it offers a lovely range of tasty plant-based food, served buffet style by really friendly staff in a vibrant food hall which also hosts loads of other stalls selling all types of foods and drinks. So good I had to go back for lunch again on day two of my stay and they served up another delicious and different buffet menu. Perfect too, for eating out in a group, as its location within the food hall meant others, such as my non-vegan sister, could satisfy her food fancies as well!

Such a great find! Super tasty (get the tofu in the coconutty tomato sauce if they have it, so good!), excellent value and the market has a really cool ambience as well. We had a lovely buffet lunch here with my mum, she could easily choose from gluten-free dishes here, too

Great vegetarian option in this food court after a port wine tour in the port cellars nearby. A nice selection of gourds, seitan, tofu, grains, and veggies cooked in the Portuguese style -- all for €8.50 per person, including soup and dessert. Drinks not included.

Halle du marché où on retrouve des tapas ,chorizo, vin, biere...ainsi que des légumes et fruits .ambiance chaleureuse. Commerçant très sympathique, surtout la dame du chorizo.

We were looking forward going here after reading all great reviews. Can’t say I share the raving 5 stars. The buffet was mostly cold, dishes that should be warm(er) as well. Types of dishes too: not over the moon with it.

Chi ha esigenze alimentari diverse o semplicemente voglia di provare vari piatti può riunirsi qui al Mercado. Felice di aver trovato anche una scelta vegana di Da terra, modalità a buffet così si può trovare un po' di tutto, prezzo assolutamente contenuto 10,90€ , bevande e dolci esclusi!!! Ci sono tavoli anche all'esterno (c'è un po' la battaglia per conquistarsi un tavolo!), un po' freschino ma piacevole comunque in una sera d'agosto!

유럽음식에 지쳐갈 때쯤 구세주처럼 나타난 비건 식당,, 메르까도 안의 분위기도 좋고, 평소 채소를 워낙 좋아하는지라 섬섬한 비건 푸드가 한줄기 빛이었고 고기에 피로해진 위를 쉬어주며 맛있게 즐기기 좋았습니다. 뷔페처럼 먹을수있는 메뉴가 9.9유로! 두번세번먹었고 진짜 헝가리에서 파리에서도 가봣지만 제 인생 비건 식당인듯하네요 포르투 묵는동안 두번이나왔어요 강추

Fui comer ao almoço. Comida demasiado picante, demasiado condimentada, com sal , açúcar, piripiri, chili e outros condimentos picantes. Saladas picantes, bróculos que tinham cor amarela tal a quatidade de açúcar amarelo que lhe meteram em cima... Um tofu com chili ou lá o que era impossível de comer. Este restaurante não é vegan nem vegetariano. Esta comida picante ou açucarada não tem por objectivo o cliente vegetariano ou vegan mas, sim, outro tipo de cliente mormente turistas e pessoas que não são nem vegetarianos nem vegans. A comida vegetariana e vegan não é picante nem doce nem salgada nem profundamente condimentada. Como em outros restaurantes DaTerra que visitei ao longo destas semanas , a comida é demasiado condimentada. O sal , o açúcar são drogas legais que destroem os nossos sistemas. A comida picante destroi os nossos sistemas. De vegan e vegetariano só tem o facto de não haver peixe nem carne na ementa porque quanto ao resto ... NÃO é um restaurante vegan nem vegetariano.

Wow such a great place. In Portugal is difficult to find good vegan place because traditional food contain always cheese and eggs. I struggle to get proper meal and I found this place on Google maps.
Everything is so fresh and tasty that I couldn't believe.... every time I get back new options and I still can't say something is better than something else, just stunning.
Very nice prize 8,50e for buffet and great selection of fresh juices and dessert.
I truly hope we'll have more places like this ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Se quiser encontrar um conceito diferente para comer e beber, vá até este "daTerra", restaurante vegetariano e vegano, no renovado mercado Beira-Rio, em Gaia. Nele poderá encontrar um serviço muito simpático, umas refeições deliciosas e saudáveis, muito apelativas. A oferta é buffet, com menus diferentes ao almoço e ao jantar, umas sopas fantásticas, três saladas muito agradáveis e três pratos quentes por apenas 8,50 €! Não incluídos neste preço, os vinhos disponíveis são biológicos e de qualidade, os chás também, tal como as sobremesas, de comer e chorar por mais.
