Liz Ashworth: Awful, not worth 15 euros. Not much of interest to see from the boat, tour not in English and no audio guides given out or advertised by anyone, and we had to sit inside because the deck was full even though we arrived 20 minutes before the boat left. You can see everything of interest by walking over the bridge to the other side of the river, definitely not worth wasting an hour and 15 euros on this trip.

Hanna Shaps: My mother and I chose the Douro River Tour to experience the Douro Valley, learn more about the wine region, the port production and spend the day in the countryside. Our tour guide for the day was Patricia. She was truly exceptional. She was knowledgeable, professional and engaging. She spent the day sharing her wine knowledge and her unique perpective as a young Portuguese woman. We started the day by driving to Croft Vineyards where we were led on a tour by an employee. Then we sampled several ports and local cheeses. Following the tasting we spent an hour leisurely sailing up and down the Douro River. For lunch we had a splendid time at a small boutique hotel where the wine flowed freely and the food was excellent. The last stop of the day was a small local winery where we were treated to many samples of wine, honey and olive oil as well as being able to learn about the property from its very charismatic owner. The day was well organized, fun and truly memorable. Thank you to Patricia for a wonderful experience!

O vendedor da loja estava bem, mas o serviço de entrega era horrível. Uma terceira parte é usada para que eles trabalhem com a American Freight e não para a American Freight. Assim eles não dão informações de contato para o pessoal de entrega e você não recebe um prazo de entrega, eles só vêm quando querem, o que é realmente inconveniente. A minha mobília foi entregue às 23h, mas paguei-a na loja às 10h! Você também tem que pagar a equipe de entrega com dinheiro SOMENTE. Eu achei isso ridículo e meu marido ainda tinha que ajudá-los a mudar nossas coisas porque eles estavam muito cansados e quase danificaram minha nova mobília. Eu recomendaria que você trouxesse sua própria equipe & U-Haul para pegar sua própria mobília logo após pagar por ela, para que você não tenha esse inconveniente.

Esta loja tem, de longe, o pessoal mais conhecedor e amigável que existe. O Steve, o vendedor, está sempre em destaque e conhece o negócio como a palma da mão. Tim, o gerente, sempre sorridente e extremamente prestativo, assim como a Charlotte na recepção...Eu e a minha família comprámos muitos electrodomésticos naquela loja e vamos continuar a fazê-lo...Obrigado, mais uma vez pelo grande serviço e conhecimento...Um cliente muito feliz Im...
