After waiting at the Serraves stop for an hour (12:30-:1:30....still waiting) for a bus that the other driver said would take 30 minutes, the next bus driver drove right past us as we waved him down at the bus stop. Didn't appear that he had any intention to stop when he stayed in the passing lane rather than drive to the bus stop. Wasted our time and part of the vacation. Bad business

Muy mala experiencia. El día perdido esperando el autobús. No pasan cada 30 min ni muchísimo menos. Coged otra compañía.

Todo bien. Solo que sería bueno tener una app. Dónde en tiempo real puedas identificar el bus en el trayecto. Para saber si ya pasó o viene por la ruta y tiempo aproximado para no estar tanto tiempo esperando el bus saludos

On a achete les billets pour 2j On a eu bcp de difficultes a trouver les arrets 2 fois on a voulu prendre un bus mais on n etait pas au bon arret. Et passage moins frequent que les bus rouges... Tres difficile de comprendre sur la carte YB qu ils donnent ou sont les arrets precisemment 2 point positifs : L aide par mail fonctionne a peu pres Qd on a reussi a prendre le bus, le tour rst sympa (vielle ville)

Bad system and service all around. You get a digital voucher to exchange for a paper ticket that's easily mistaken for a receipt (why not just offer digital tickets as well?). Got off the bus to get on the boat tour, realized we lost a ticket & had to buy another one to get on with the rest of our family even though we had proof of purchase. Best they could do was offer a 10% discount with a complimentary eye roll. A lot of the audio jacks on the buses don't work and they don't announce next stops or even stop at every stop. Won't be using Yellow Bus Tours again.

Se equivocan en el descuento en donde nos venden los 17 tickets, que es un punto de venta oficial, y el conductor del autobús después de estar 25 minutos esperándole con niños y personas mayores, nos dice que no subimos, que nos han cobrado mal y que vayamos a reclamar. Ha sido muy grosero y desagradable cosa que ya nos habían advertido en la taquilla donde hemos comprado los tickets. VERGONZOSO , nosotros no tenemos la culpa de sus equivocaciones.

Lamentable nos venden los tickets para el bus el día de la San silvestre fue horrible los buses no pasaban calles cortadas y no pudimos usar el bus 32€ tirados a la basura y lo peor no es eso es una gira de tiempo esperando en la parada pensando que llegaría el bus, ese día no deberíais vender tickets. Puse una reclamación y no sé nada, Saludos.

El domingo día 29, hicimos un tour por Oporto aunque más bien una odisea. Lo peor fué el chofer. Un conductor pésimo y sobre todo, maleducado. Desde que subimos estuvo todo el viaje dando acelerones y frenazos. No coincidía el audio-guia con lo que estábamos viendo. Al llegar a la zona de Matosinhos había un tráfico terrible y estuvimos más de dos horas y media en el autobús, cosa que debió enfadar mucho a este hombre porque su conducción se hizo más agresiva. A la hora de bajarnos se pasó nuestra parada y nos quiso echar la culpa diciendo que no habíamos llamado al timbre. Claro, después de todo el tiempo que llevábamos y las ganas de bajar que teníamos para no estar pendientes de la parada. Un sinverguenza.

After an hour of walking around the Rotunda, I decided to call it quits trying to find sign posts for the yellow bus tour. Eventually took to the city on foot and had a wonderful day. Recommend the Gray Line (Blue Bus) as an alternative.

Rude unhelpful guides / bus drivers. They never announce the next stop and don't stop unless you push a button. The audio didn't match the location. All around an unhappy experience

Not very happy with this. We decided to get on the next bus that came and it was yellow bus. There was not much info on the headset/recording. We waited a long time for buses (one time we had 4 red buses and two gray line buses stop before a yellow one came). It was difficult to know when the stop was. We pressed the stop button for 9 but the driver did not stop so we got off at 10 (which is where the map said to get off for the port cellar tour and tasting). We walked 15 minutes back to the cellar then walked around for another 15 looking for it. We found it by accident and were told to walk around by ourselves and come back for the tasting. It's a great way to see a lot of the city, but we did not want to get off because we did not want to wait.

La frecuencia de paso de los autobuses es escasa pero esta muy bien.

Bom, mas pode melhorar o atendimento, qualidade e conforto dos turistas. Autocarro sujo, bancos com seus plugs de áudios que não funcionam, necessário ficar trocando de bancos para se conseguir ouvir as informações.

Cuando te venden los tickets nunca te dicen que son por dia sin importar la hora que lo compres. Me vendieron en la tarde um ticket.por dos dias que se acabo al dia siguiente a las 0 hs y nunca nos lo aclararon. Desastroso

Pésimo. Recomiendo a quien vaya a buscar una compañía de bus turístico que utilice otro tour, las esperas son de 50 minutos, te dicen que pasa cada 30 minutos por las paradas y no es así. El tour rojo y el azul son buses más efectivos. Habían tantos turistas de pie en el autobús y aún así seguía subiendo gente, no te enteras de nada porque no tienes donde conectar los auriculares al ir de pie. Me ha decepcionado mucho, pero en los próximos días voy hacia Lisboa y por supuesto no utilizaré esta compañía.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! The absolute worst hop-on/off experience I’ve had in all of Europe. This was my first and will be my last with this company. Many audio jacks didn’t work. The buses don’t stop at every stop and don’t announce the stops making you have to follow along on the map to know where to stop. One bus almost didn’t pick us up and one didn’t stop at a “must see destination” that was sites in their tour. Also, they repeat the commentary so you will hear some of the same general statements along the routes. Also, the quality of the info was severely lacking. Seek other options!

Una opción muy completa para recorrer Porto y con un precio muy adecuado

Lamentable. Supuestamente pasan cada media hora. Después de 50 minutos en la parada hemos optado por coger un taxi... El yellow bus no ha aparecido. Sin embargo, los otros autobuses turísticos (rojo y azul) que comparten parada, han pasado tres veces en ese tiempo Eso hoy. Ayer más de lo mismo. Si visitas Porto hay otras líneas mucho mejoree
