Vivapets offers reasonably priced items for our fur baby boy. He is family and quality products are just as important for him as they are for us. I had a question about an order I had placed and I received a response very quickly and with the information I needed. Customer service is excellent and I was able to find things offered by Vivapets that other companies just didn't offer. I will shop with Vivapets again!

Would give 0 stars if it was possible! Worst company ever! I've emailed you twice, messaged you in Facebook messenger, called you several times without someone answering. All prior to the order being shipped, which I wanted to cancel. You have totally ignored all my contacts and have shipped the order today anyways! Should've checked your Facebook and Google Reviews before ordering, your company is notorious with this kind of behaviour!

Better service than I could have hoped for. Ordered on Monday and my order was delivered today, being Wednesday. I sent an email with a question and they came back to me very quickly. Really could recommend enough.

I have only praise for Vivapets, they are top notch. I found them in a random google search - could not buy locally due to the current world situation, and needed specific food for cats. So it was a bit of a chance as I had never heard of them. I've had two orders arrive now, I will absolutely be using this company again (and again and again)- Thank you VivaP!

NADA RECOMENDABLE. Después de 11 días sin salir el pedido de allí. Tras pagar un pedido exprés que supuestamente llegaría entre 1-3 días. Sigo sin saber nada del pedido y no responden. Les pongo una estrella porque no puedo ponerles menos. A ver si tengo suerte y como las reseñas si las contestan me contestan por aquí. Porque la información no va con ellos ni email ni WhatsApp ni nada, cuando ya no les interesas pasan de contestarte el mismo día en 1 minuto, a no contestarte en dos dias. Es increíble!!!

Paid £4.18 for delivery on a collar which was stated on a 3 to 9 day delivery. I was then told this was out of stock after a payment was made to which I agreed a replacement. Order was placed on the 8th of may and after several emails this has still not been dispatched on the 22nd and I have been told i will wait a further 3 to 9 days for delivery from next week. This will.mean I paid £4.18 for delivery which is going to take a month from the order date. I have still not received my item and the company does not seem in any rush to sort this issue out as each email takes over a day to respond to.

One week after placing an order, the order has not yet been shipped. No response when contacted them several times via email. They simply ignore customers. Not recommended !!!. I really don't like to hurt business by writing a bad review, but unfortunately I contacted them directly five times and they didn't even bother to respond, so they "earned" It honestly ! not recommended at all

Never order anything from this store to USA. You will waste your money, time and never get your order. I ordered royal canine food for my dog on November 23d. After one month I started asking the store what is happening and where is my order. They answered. It was first and last time they did it. They promised me to check the delivery. Today is January 9th. I’ve sent them three more messages. They’ve never responded. I lost $137. UPD: of course after my Google review they finally made an attention and answered me and promised to return my money back. And after it they asked my to change the review. Good service is when you care about your clients before they write a bad review. Thank you! And I’m not going to change it.

Ordered 2xSeresto Dog collars from them, They are counterfeit confirmed by both our vet and the manufacturer. Contacted the company and ignored all correspondence until a paypal dispute was opened. They then dragged the process out hoping I would leave it. DO NOT USE. Avoid. Update - PayPal found in my favour (surprise surprise), returned the collars and this company then IGNORED PayPal, they were under instructions to notify PayPal once the return was received by them, they ignored them. They had received the return 3 days prior to PayPal closing the case fully. Still to this date, they have not provided any proof to show that the product was genuine.

O único atrativo foi o preço. O produto que comprei veio de fora, mas tem aqui no Brasil aos montes. Acabei pagando IOF, mas ainda assim ficou mais barato. A desvantagem é que o produto levou 20 dias pra chegar (ok, previsão de 6 a 20 dias) e veio num saco plástico sem qualquer proteção, ou seja, as caixas chegaram amassadas e abertas. Se o problema fosse somente o prazo, ok, pediria da próxima vez com mais antecedência, mas fico receoso pela falta de proteção da embalagem.

They sell products that are out of stock and then blame you for not getting their email by saying it is in my spam folder when it isn't. Went nearly two weeks wondering where my money and my order was. Very disappointing. They did not care to make up for it, just said they would send me a different size and will arrive in 3-9 days!? They should get it to the customer next day as it was their fault for not updating the stock on their website! Not even a good will gesture. I decided to opt for the refund and go elsewhere. Never again! Very frustrating when you have your new baby for the first time and their clothes and collar don't arrive in time. Thanks for nothing! Absolute fun spoilers.
