PETER M: We are clients or AlXama since they opened in Algarve. We love this restaurant, the food, the quality, the variety etc. It is a typical good Madeira’s restaurant. Recently we had problems, the service. It is not friendly. The staff need to have some customers service training. They always make the client feel they have no time for them. They don’t really care about customer satisfaction. No personalised service. They were not even busy to have any excuse. It is really shame to have big investments in the location, decor, material but little investment in the staff. I even had the trouble to send an email to the manager 10 days ago to express these problems, but they didn’t even bother to respond. Clients and frequent clients are not important it seems.

Eu estava a ligar para fazer um acordo de pagamento porque o meu cheque de pagamento estava em falta. O homem com quem eu falei era extremamente RUDE! Eles são sempre maus para mim ao telefone. ELE DISSE A TODA A GENTE QUE PREFERIA DEITAR FORA A NOSSA MOBÍLIA DO QUE FALAR COMIGO! ESTOU A FALAR DESTA EMPRESA... ELES TAMBÉM TÊM ESTADO A ARRANJAR A MINHA MÁQUINA DE LAVAR E SECAR HÁ MAIS DE 6 MESES. ELES SÃO SEMPRE MAL-EDUCADOS COMIGO E EU SÓ QUERO QUE TODOS SAIBAM. Se não houvesse um botão para nenhuma estrela, eu o faria.

O seu serviço após a instalação é horrível. A varanda da tela que eles instalaram vaza quando chove e eu os chamei inúmeras vezes e eles não vão sair, embora eles tenham dito que sairiam. Agora a madeira está apodrecendo na lateral da casa. Eles tentam basear seus negócios com Deus primeiro. Eles até usam Deus como seu lema/missão. Não caiam neste negócio. Eles pegarão seu dinheiro e não se importarão com os cultos depois de realizar seus cultos. Eles realmente não merecem a 1 estrela que eu lhes dei.
