Hotels.com reviewer: Checking in it felt like the place wasn’t going to be that nice, but it was great once we were in the rooms

Maria: We are so happy for choosing Teresa and Miguel apartment! Their home is lovely, confortable and has everything you could ever need, it is also perfectly clean and located right in the very center of Porto. They are amazing hosts, when we first came Teresa received us with a smile and she spent her time on sitting with us and explain what to do in Porto. She gave us lots of tips and useful recommendations to enjoy the city those days. They have been available for anything we needed during our stay. Samuel and I think, speaking like hosts in Valencia, that finding hospitable people that also are in love of their city is very difficult and it is definitely what makes the difference between a simple trip and a wonderful experience. That is something we really appreciate. Miguel is also awesome and we are so happy to have met both. If we ever come back to Porto we will certainly stay at this lovely house. Teresa and Miguel, thanks for everything! We definitely come back ;)

Morgan, o técnico da Waller veio a minha casa para consertar a minha unidade AC, ele foi muito profissional e na hora certa, ele me ligou para me avisar que estava a caminho. Estou muito satisfeito com o seu trabalho e serviços e recomendaria Waller(Morgan) a qualquer pessoa que precise de serviços de ar condicionado. Gostaria também de acrescentar que o Waller Heating and Air foi muito responsivo em nos conseguir um serviço no mesmo dia e voltar a arrefecer novamente. Obrigado

Fraude! Paguei-lhes e era suposto receberem a entrega no dia seguinte, eles disseram que não tinham ninguém para entregar e que entregariam no dia seguinte entre as 12-2 liguei para ter a certeza e eles disseram que sim, às 14h liguei novamente e eles disseram que entregariam por volta das 14h-4h eu disse ok e depois liguei às 17h30 e eles disseram-me que não podiam verificar o meu patrão e disseram-me que estavam a tentar ligar-me que é uma LIE! Eu tenho correio de voz e não tenho correio de voz de ninguém! Nunca mais faria negócios com eles, vai buscar o meu reembolso amanhã! Vá ao Aaron's, amigo, CM City ou qualquer outro lugar antes de fazer negócios aqui!
