Hotels.com reviewer: Checking in it felt like the place wasn’t going to be that nice, but it was great once we were in the rooms

Maria: We are so happy for choosing Teresa and Miguel apartment! Their home is lovely, confortable and has everything you could ever need, it is also perfectly clean and located right in the very center of Porto. They are amazing hosts, when we first came Teresa received us with a smile and she spent her time on sitting with us and explain what to do in Porto. She gave us lots of tips and useful recommendations to enjoy the city those days. They have been available for anything we needed during our stay. Samuel and I think, speaking like hosts in Valencia, that finding hospitable people that also are in love of their city is very difficult and it is definitely what makes the difference between a simple trip and a wonderful experience. That is something we really appreciate. Miguel is also awesome and we are so happy to have met both. If we ever come back to Porto we will certainly stay at this lovely house. Teresa and Miguel, thanks for everything! We definitely come back ;)

Liguei para a loja para ver se eles têm as duas ferramentas eléctricas que preciso. A mulher que trabalha naquele dia põe-me em espera para verificar se eles têm a primeira ferramenta. Ela diz-me que não há nenhuma em stock. Online está a mostrar 3 na loja Buford. Para a segunda ferramenta, ela diz-me que está a mostrar 2 no sistema. Então porque é que alguém iria a esta loja e perderia o seu tempo se o inventário não está correcto? Ou o inventário está correto e o funcionário é o problema? Não quero apostar numa viagem desperdiçada. Vou gastar esses 400 dólares noutro lugar.

Eu sempre tive uma grande experiência na melhor das hipóteses, mas recentemente eles falharam. Tínhamos um orçamento de 1000-1200 dólares para uma nova televisão, todas as televisões estavam a passar vídeos diferentes, por isso não se podia comparar lado a lado e quando queríamos ajuda eles tentavam fazer-nos pagar 1600 por uma televisão, o mesmo se passava com todas as melhores lojas de compra.
