What I like about this place is the clean modern look, design and machines. What I don’t like is the price. It is extremely expensive. It’s €4.90 to wish in small machine and €1.90 to dry.

Not sure what the local prices are but nonetheless - quality laundry. Very clean, great washing machines, extremely easy paying system.

Nice and modern small laundry space. Three 8kg machines, two 13kg and one dryer. If you do that wanna keep coming back I'd think of a time and day where most people would be too busy to do laundry... Friday at 8pm worked well for me. Instructions are big and clear in Portuguese as well as English. What I didn't like was the seating space. There's a huge billboard right where your head would like to lean against the wall. And you can't move the chairs. There's no cold wash available, only a 30min at 35C. You do not need detergents but on the flip side have no say in all the stuff that goes into the process. 4,9€ for the 8kg wash (no differentiation by program and time).

Máquinas para até 8Kg e acima disso até 13Kg de roupas (lavar e secar). Preços muito bons para a localidade. Na rua há vários estabelecimentos para lanches enquanto a roupa é lavada e seca. Bom espaço interno e wi-fi.

이용하게 되었어요. 사용방법 영어로도
되어 있어서 편리하게 할 수 있어요.
1.세탁기에 빨랫감을 넣고 문을 닫는다.
2.스크린기계에 돈을 넣는다.
3.세탁기로 가서 세탁온도 설정 후 시작버튼을 누른다.
4. 끝! 건조기도 같은 방법으로 하면 된다.

운이 좋아서 사장님이 있으셨다.
세탁이랑 드라이는 별도 이므로 주의하자.
세제는 필요없다. 영어로 하면 편하게 할수 있다.
와이파이도 잇어 앉아서 기달리수 있었다.

As máquinas de secar não secam
A roupa esteve lá 45 min e estava exatamente igual ,toda molhada.
Já para não falar que é caro e não tira 10% das nódoas!!!!
Não recomendo a ninguém !!!!

Very clean building. You got.two options 8kg and 12 kg (weight you can put in ) the 8kg variant can take from 35min to 1 hour depending on the program you choose. The dryer takes arround twenty minutes. The price for me was arround 7 euros in total wich is very acceptable

Went during the middle of the day (11:30AM) and the door was locked shut. Another passerby could also not get in. Went to another laundromat nearby.

This is the perfect laundry in Porto to get your clothes clean and dry.
The managers are nice and always available to help the customers, me included.
I wish other laundries had this level of quality and price.

Excelent place in the perfect location. I loved washing my clothes there, with no need to spend extra money buying my own soap. And the clothes got out smelling wondrrfully! I defenitly recommend it!

I do not recommend this place for washing. it takes long washing time and the clothes came out with a lot of soap. One other thing is that it cost very much, just to wash. Just a loss of money and loss of time.

Hi! I have used this place to times now. I can onestly say that i have never been treaten so badly in my life. Not only did my clothes came out to sizes smaller but the customer service was shockingly bad. I asked the owner if she could hjelp me to use the macines proberly but she only made a big laugh of me. Never come here!!

Money Machine was stealing money, and the clothes comes out stinky and destroyed. Please dont go here, then you will end up like me and the others i meet. Tryed to call and she is not answer, because the likes to steal.
One more thing. Price is high!!!

영어로 모든 설명이 되어 있어서 편했지만, 다른 빨래방과는 달리 선불카드에 카드보증금이 5유로씩이나 따로 붙어서 여행자에게는 카드에 효용가치가 없는 것 같아요.

회색은 세탁기
푸른색은 건조기 입니다.
일요일 12시쯤 가서 세탁기 돌렸는데, 종료시간 5분전에 왔는데 세탁물이 꺼내져 있었다. 물론 탈수까지 다 되어있는듯 했고 냄새도 좋았지만 찝찝했다.
그리고 오후 1시정도에 건조기 돌리면서 앞에 앉아서 기다렸는데, 사람 엄청 많아서 세탁기 앞에 본인 짐 가져다 놓고 줄서는 광경을 봤다.
세탁기에 옷이랑 신발 2켤레를 함께 넣는 사람이 있었다.
다른 빨래방에는 신발 넣지 말라는 표시가 있었다. 그러나 여기엔 신발 넣지 말라는 표시가 없어 정말 경악했다.

Lavanderia automatica comoda. Non c'è bisogno di sapone, lo aggiunge direttamente la macchina durante il lavaggio. Inserite i panni nel cestello, scegliete il programma (noi quello veloce da 35 minuti) e pagate dietro di voi alla cassa automatica. Abbiamo utilizzato sia lavatrice che asciugatrice e con circa 10 euro in 1 ora e mezzo abbiamo avuto tutti i panni della settimana di vacanza puliti e asciutti. Consigliato.
Ps. Se diverse persone vi guardano male passando, impostate un timer sul telefono e andate a prendervi una birra lì all'angolo uscendo a destra e tornate quando vi suona la sveglia. Favoloso!

The washing machine works very well and the soap smells nice. The dryer was great and dried my clothes quickly. On the day that I happened to go in, the machine was eating money and not dispensing change, but upon contacting Gloria, the owner/manager, she agreed to meet and give me a refund. Not only are the machines top notch, the customer service is 100%! Thank you!

Expensive and it do not clean it well. It is still dirty marks on the clothes.

Ringer inn og spør om hvordan maskinene er. Hun beskriver de som de beste.
Vi bruker 3 vaskemaskiner en på 13 kg og 2 på 8 kg. Deretter to tørketrommel. Dette ble sum på 500 norske kr (50 euro). Drøyeste kanten.
Klærne kom ut fra vaskemaskin for liten. Ble vasket på 35 grader. I tørketrommelen totalt ødelagte den klærne.
Ringte inn og fikk beskjed om å møte henne dagen etter. Vi møtes - der hun spiller advokat og uprofesjonell. Frekk i munnen og har ingen med følelse for at klærne har gått i tapt. Det er flere 100 euro tapt. Hun ville verken gi penger tilbake for vaskingen eller for klær som gikk tapt.
Frekk dame som snakker portugisisk bak ryggen og ler.
ALDRI GÅ HIT. Fattig dame som lurer deg trillet rundt. Maskinene vasker ikke som de skal og aldri møtt noen så uhyggelig menneske.

The laundromat has 3 small 8kg washing machines and one 13kg machine.
Two 13kgs driers too.
The system is really simple and the clothes are washed really well.
It’s not hard to find and is located close to a lot of the happening hostels in the area.
If you do need to do laundry while travelling, I’d suggest you try this place as it is a really good laundromat.

Really good laundromat. Well designed, clean space with free wifi. Reasonably priced and the machines are Miele appliances. Also liked the world map where you can mark in where you're from, clever idea (no pen though). It is quite small though, with a limited number of machines. There are only two dryers so you may have to wait a while like me if you want to use it. Other than that, recommended.

The place has 3 laundry machines of 8 kg (4,9 EUR) but one is out of service, 1 laundry machine of 13 kg (8,9 EUR), and 2 drying machines of 13 kg (1,8 EUR). It has fair wifi internet. The paying machine was only accepting notes and giving the change in coins, but it was not receinving coins.

세탁기, 건조기 따로예요.
(저는 같은 기계에서 다 되는 걸로 생각했어요,ㅡㅡ)
세탁 다 하시고 빨래 꺼내서 건조기로 옮겨 건조하심됩니다.
계산하는 방법도 살짝 헷갈렸는데 세탁물 넣고 문 닫은 다음 뒤쪽 벽면에 있는 통합 kiosk에서 계산하심 되구요.
기다리는 동안 주위 구경다니셔도 됩니다~^^

Serviço inovador e bem legal. Adorei lavar roupas lá. Para viagens longas vale muito a pena lavagem lá. Só cuidado com as algumas roupas que podem encolher.

설명도 영어로 아주 잘 되어있고 조작법도 간편하여 처음온 사람도 쉽게 이용할 수 있음
빨래 4.9유로 건조 1.8유로임. 빨래할때 세제 준비할 필요없음 여기서 다 알아서 해줌. 건조기돌릴때 온도 설정 낮게하면 안마르니 높게하시길.

The cleanest and most organised laundromat I have seen. The machines look new and if they arent are well maintained. Signs in English and Portuguese on the walls. Machine for paying is in 4 languages as are the washing machines themselves. There are 4 machines. Only 1 for 13kg & 3 for 8kg. Detergent is preloaded. Baskets are provided for removing your load. A table is there for the folding etc. It is quiet inside and cool from the heat outside.
2 driers that hold 13kg. Seats are avaliable while you wait. Nice lighting and decorations.

Clean and brightly lit. Detergent is automatic so you don't have to bring your own. If you happen to meet the lady in charge of the place, she's friendly and helpful.

깔끔한 시설과 영어 안내로 편하게 사용할 수 있습니다. 세제도 모두 자동이라 따로 준비할 필요가 없습니다. 건조기는 매우 강력하니 빨래양이 대형 세탁기 쓸 정도로 많지 않다면 15분만 해보고 안 마르면 15분 더 추가해서 해보세요. 같은 블럭 코너에 기다리기 좋은 카페도 있습니다.

英語でのわかりやすい説明が載っています。洗剤・柔軟剤は不要です。壁には世界地図をかたどったガラスがあって、旅行者のみなさんがそれぞれどこから来たかペンで書き込んでいます。あなたも是非。
蛇足ですが…その地図には載っていない日本海の「日本固有の領土」が某半島の人にわざわざ書かれていたので…このレビューを読める方に誰か対応して頂ければ。

Soap dispensers are built into the machines and there is a VERY EASY pay system in multiple languages. You dont even need coins! There is free wifi, the password is on the wall and the machines are clean, efficient, obvious times and temperatures. There is a parking lot up the street and around the corner in front of the Best Western Hotel. A lovely easy experience with locking washers and snack shop across the street. This could not be easier!

Very clean minimal layout. It's a self service laundry and there is no attendant. But there are clear instructions in Portuguese and English and are easy to follow. The equipment is high end Miele washers and dryers.

No owner was present while I used it. There are several washing machines. The door locks for as long as the washing is going on, so no risk of getting your clothes stolen. The explanations on the walls are clear, both in Portuguese and in English. The washing machines are in 4 languages : Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. Very easy to use. A little less than 5€ for one load. No need to bring soap, as the machines are already loaded with them (soap, softener, disinfectant).

Such a convenient, bright, airy and much needed washing stop on a longer trip through Spain and Portugal. Easy to follow instructions in English - machines are high end Miele and are auto loaded with soap (no need to purchase or bring separately).

We just used the Laundromat to wash our clothes and the owner was very helpful. She spoke English well and even recommended the café across the road for a nice simple lunch while we waited. Nice new, computerised machines.
