Nous étions un groupe de 12 personnes et avons loué 3 Nissan Micra pour 3 jours. La location s'est faite très facilement et la restitution des véhicules et des clés de même. Les voitures étaient propres et en très bon état. Les employés, Tiago et ses collègues, ont été très aimables et professionnels. Nous recommandons cette adresse vivement, vous pouvez y aller les yeux (presque :-) fermés !

Moc příjemná zkušenost, nemám půjčovny aut vůbec v lásce, ale tady, protože nemají tolik zákazníků, když nejsou přímo u letiště, se opravdu snaží vyjít vstříc a pomoci. Mohu vřele doporučit, nápomocný a trpělivý personál. Předání auta a administrativa proběhly velmi svižně. Přesto, že mi ještě nebylo 24, nemusel jsem platit žádnou přirážku. Zkrátka žádný problém, žádné pasti.

Would highly recommend to everyone!! First of all, Tiago is an amazing friendly guy, putting a lot of energy into his business and giving you a safe and good experience. We got a ford fiesta ( a free upgrade !), which we used to explore Portugal on a camping trip for a week. We had absolutely zero issues; not with the car itself, not with getting/returning it. It was a pleasure to rent a car at Realcar. The office is in the center of the city, so it's easy to find it. Furthermore, we became a bigger car than we thought and we had no problems with returning the car. The personnel was very nice and helpful. A priori un des moins chers que nous avions trouvé à Porto. Nous avons été sur place pour louer une voiture pour la journée. Le vendeur (Tiago) a été super efficace, flexible et arrangeant. Le retour s’est passé sans aucun soucis. Nous y retournerons certainement. Bonne adresse de locations de voiture!

Tive um serviço de excelência, sem surpresas. Muito disponíveis e bastante central. Excelente opção para quem não quer ser vítima de burla pela Goldcar do aeroporto do Porto, ou outra, que se associam a empresas internacionais pouco claras e com contratos que visam roubar os clientes.

We had the Nissan Micra for round about 5 days. Picking up the car was without any problem, everyone was very friendly and the car was in perfect technical condition. I was initially hesitate to use this company as I'd never heard of them. And boy was I surprised. I have never used a better, more personal, service-focused rental car company before. Tiago and team followed up my queries and concerns immediately and to my satisfaction. The car met our needs (at the price point we desired). The pick up and return was relatively easy. Easily the best car rental company I've ever used. I couldn't believe how friendly and helpful the staff were, especially Tiago who made a real effort to look after us and made sure we had everything we needed. We rented a car for 9 days in August (we retired the car in Porto and we left it in Lisbon) and we have been really satisfied with all the services. Thiago is a very kind guy and he has been very precise in explaining everything about the car rental (for us it was the first time in car rental). Claudia (the collegue who works in Lisbon) is so patient and I thank her so much for all the information about the car rental and the highways' paynment. We had a bigger car for free and I confirm rental price is very cheap compared to other agencies. I highly recommend this agency!

Very good rental! The price is two times less the big companies and the service is way better! The team is very nice, efficient and very flexible to accomodate the needs. They upgraded the car for free and our 9d rental went all good and smoothly, I highly recommend it.

Great car rental service, probably the best one I used. Customer service is top notch, my car was ready a couple of hours before my booked time and they let me know it was already ready. There was no surcharge for that, it was well appreciated at that time. Everything was quick, no waiting, no shady hassle like the big rental companies.

No recomiendo este sitio para alquilar un coche , nos hicieron perder toda la mañana y encima nos obligaron a pagar un seguro que no queriamos 35€ por 4 dias el seguro , me parece un abuso . No volvere con ellos nunca .

I don't recommend renting a car with this agency. The staff is very unfriendly, unhelpful and disrespectful to customers, or at least to foreigners. It felt like tourists, especially tourists on a budget, are not very welcome to do buisness with Realcar. Une très mauvaise expérience de location avec cette entreprise. Nous sommes tombés sur une dame visiblement agacée de traiter avec des étrangers, qui a refusé ma carte de crédit au motif qu'elle ne fonctionnait pas au Portugal (ce qui était un mensonge éhonté). Pour verser le montant de la caution sur une autre carte de crédit, nous avons demander à pouvoir utiliser leur connexion internet, ce que la même dame a commencé par nous refuser sans aucune raison apparente... Au retour nous avons tourné 2h dans Porto car la rue est en sens unique et en travaux, donc très difficile à emprunter dans le bon sens... deux heures qui nous ont été facturées en sus de notre location de 8 jours ! Bref, une entreprise à éviter absolument.
