Renting a van here was an awesome experience! Would recommend, 10/10. First, André and Jenny are super nice and you can call them whenever there is a problem or you have a question. They also helped us to plan our route or made helpful suggestions where to go. They explained and showed us how everything works in a professional way and didn't leave any questions open. Secondly, the van was super clean and we had no problems during our 5-day trip whatsoever, everything worked perfectly. Thirdly, just rent a van and get out there! It was so simple, we had no problems and I encourage everyone to try it out. :) Cheers!

I did two relocations for this company. This office seemed to be functioning better than the Faro and Lisbon offices but the whole company is dysfunctional. The vans are really nice and awesome so you can take a risk and work with this company if you want. My two rentals consisted of late pickups, workers deferring to their bosses and making excuses for the lateness and condition of the vans, and no one calling me or coming to pickup the vans when they said they would. I always had to initiate communication with Siesta Campers. The Porto office, like all the others, is unmarked and a garage behind the road. The workers were friendly enough and quickly checked the van back in.
