El apartamento está genial, recién reformado y muy bien equipado. Es muy cómodo, silencioso y con todo lo imprescindible para pasar unos días de turismo en Porto. La ubicación está muy bien cerca de la Estación de Trindade y de la Praça da Liberdade. En cuanto al personal que nos atendió a la llegada fue muy amable y simpático, nos dio todas las facilidades para nuestra llegada e incluso muy buenas recomendaciones para hacer turismo. Además, se nos estropeó las llave de entrada durante nuestra estancia y nos lo solucionaron rápido y de forma eficaz. En resumen, apartamento muy bueno y con una atención genial, lo recomiendo

Positiv: Sehr gute Lage; wir konnten viel zu Fuß erkunden; wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, das war in der ersten Nacht recht laut, Hupkonzert der Autos (Porto wurde Fußballmeister) und singende Studenten (riesiges Studentenfest); uns hat das nicht gestört Ausstattung der Wohnung inklusive Backofen, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, auch wenn wir das nicht genutzt haben. Negativ: Schlüsselübergabe ist kompliziert, da man eine konkrete Uhrzeit nennen muss; wir waren etwas zu spät weil sich unser Zug verspätet hat und dann war niemand mehr da; wir hatten zunächst keine Info und mussten dann ca. 1 Stunde warten Bad sehr klein, aber alles vorhanden und sehr gut

Positive: We had a two bedroom apartment which was perfect for 3 people, there was a sofa bed so could easily fit more in the apartment. There was a nespresso machine in the room with 3 pods for our first day along with a bottle of wine which could be enjoyed on the balcony off the second bedroom! It was only a short walk down to the main square and loads of fantastic restaurants and cafes in a short distance. A bit of a longer walk to the waterfront but is very enjoyable walking through all the buildings etc... Negative: Check in process was a bit difficult, I received an email to advise my estimated arrival time which I did however did not receive any instructions back. It was a made a little more tricky as our flight was delayed - when we arrived at the apartment there was no one there so we rang the number and someone did pick up straight away and then the keys arrived within 20mins but just call as soon as you are out of the airport and keys would be there waiting for you. The man who came to greet us was very friendly and offered a wide range of recommendations to us!

Positivo: Tudo optimo mesmo!. Negativo: As toalhinhas de mesa individuais estavam completamente sujas...

Positiva: La ducha. Negativa: Nada, las fotos de Booking no se corresponden a la realidad, estuvimos esperando 45 minutos en la calle a nuestra llegada, y la cama era muy incómoda.

Positiva: Todo. Ubicación,precio,limpieza. Todo muy fácil y cómodo. Negativa: No hay nada que decir negativo

Negative: Our stay didn't start smoothly, as the check-in guy was 20 minutes late and didn't respond to my calls or texts. Imagine waiting for someone in an unknown place with low battery and no wifi. The guy who rents out a different apartment building said that being late is typical for this company. It's also weird that we were only given 2 towels and two 10ml all-purpose gels for 3 nights. Not even a bar of soap. We failed to cook breakfast the first day because we weren't told how the stove works (you had to put a pan/pot on it for it to warm up). Also, there was no basic cutlery, though there was a mixer. It's upsetting when you have no one to report to. Of course, there are numbers you can call but there is no immediate help like a front desk. I don't recommend this place if you want to relax and let go of unnecessary hassle.

Положительный: Больше всего понравилось отношение персонала-очень дружелюбная девушка при заселении компетентно ответила на все наши вопросы, рассказала о ближайших магазинах, ресторанах, остановках общественного транспорта. Узнав, что мы с маленьким ребенком, организовала доставку детской кроватки тем же вечером, за что отдельное огромное спасибо! Номер чистый, аккуратный, все новое, все оаботает, нигде ничего не отвпливается. Расположение тоже в полном порядке!. Негативный: Номер очень маленький, на фото все выглядит значительно просторнее

Pozytywna: Blisko centrum, koło mieszkania tania restauracja (posiłki za 3.5 euro). W samym mieszkaniu 2 łazienki, jest grill (do wspólnego użytku). . Negatywna: Jeśli ktoś jest samochodem, może mieć problemy z parkingiem. Dość mała przestrzeń do gotowania w kuchni.

Positivo: Ubicación perfecta, a 15min del centro andando. Apartamento totalmente nuevo. Perfecto para unas vacaciones o visita corta. Recomendable 100%. Negativo: Enviaron un email con una ubicacion bastante lejos del apartamento para recoger las llaves, no era ese el sitio donde recoger las llaves, fuimos al apartamento y no habia nadie tampoco. Entre la equivocación y las idas y venidas tardaron mas de 1 hora en alojarnos.
