Be careful! We booked the room through a well-known and trusted website with excellent comments about the accommodation. However, after spending the first night here, we realised the comments are not reflecting the reality. The apartment has very bad isolated windows that we can hear every car and person passing by. The owner requested us to pay the whole bill during check-in. We know right now why as nobody will continue to stay here for the second night. You CAN'T SLEEP with all the noise!! We tried to contact the owner the following day to change the apartment, but nobody picks up the phone. As we met the owner the day after and mentioned the problem we have and requested to change room, the answer was that we can buy ear plugs in the pharmacy if we are so sensitive with the street noise. The apartment was not cleaned during our 3 nights stay and the towers were changed only once. We ordered an airport transfer through the apartment owner upon our check-in. However the driver didn't show up. We were lucky enough to get help to call for a taxi to get to the airport before we missed our flight. What a bad organization and horrible place to stay. No worth at all for the money, unless you want to gain your own experience despite this review.

Si vais de viaje a Oporto,sin dudar os recomiendo este lugar. Apartamento totalmente equipado para pasar unos buenos días. Localización buena. Trato agradable .

Lovely, great setup, hosts friendly and Helpful, right in the centre, easy access to everywhere. Lots of stairs so be prepare.

Posizione centralissima, comodo per chi vuole visitare il centro di Porto a piedi. Pulizia non impeccabile e stanza un po' fredda (c'è un calorifero elettrico ma sottodimensionato per la stanza).

Sehr guter Service und nette Unterkunft. Beim nächsten Porto Besuch komme ich wieder hier her. Super gelegen Stadt nach, und die Öffendlichen sind auch sehr gut zu erreichen. Der Duro liegt neben an, man kann dort jederzeit in ein paar Minuten hinlaufen.

Helaas de mensen zelf nog niet ontmoet, maar erg genieten. Mooie plek, schoon en goed steak-restaurant als buren.

Ultra bruyant. Isolation des fenêtres quasi nulle. La lumière du couloir des parties communes éclaire l'appartement et vous réveille. A éviter.

Localização excelente para visitar o Porto a pé, o atendimento muito simpático e as condições de alojamento boas. Cuidado com o andar de baixo, poderá haver barulho do restaurante que está no piso inferior

Vorsicht extrem laut./Make attention, it's so loud that you won't be able to sleep. Hier kann niemand ein Auge zumachen. Man hat die schlechtesten und undichtesten Fenster eingebaut. Personal zwar freundlich, Aber man kassiert das Geld für das Zimmer zu Beginn. Wer hier positiv bewertet hat, war keine Nacht hier. Weiterhin ist zu beachten, dass niemand vor Ort ist. Es wird auch auf keine Mails oder Anrufe mehr reagiert. Dann wird auch verständlich, warum das Geld zu Beginn kassiert wird. Im Haus gib es auch keinen Fahrstuhl.

Don't go there, if you want to sleep at night. Don't go there, if you want to have a calm room. Don't go there, if you do not like slamming doors. Nice people - bad room conditions.

Beautiful place. We stayed there for three nights and studio apartment was just amazing. It was brand new, clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect it is in the old city part of Porto and you could not be more central than that. There are bunch of restaurants and cafes just down the street. For the breakfast you have a restaurant on the ground floor. It is a buffet breakfast and it costs 6 euros and you get great food selection everything is fresh and two ladies that work there are really lovely. I would definitely recommend these apartments and if I ever go back to Porto I would gladly stay here again.
