Tal como acontece com Hugo de Sousa, eu tambem passei pela mesma situacao. Fiz uma encomenda a dia 1 de Janeiro, que passado quase 1 mes continua listada no website como "em processamento". Ja enviei numeros emails atraves do formulario no website mas continuo sem receber qualquer tipo de contacto e as garrafas nao foram entregues como esperado.
Na falta de resposta serei obrigado a proceder com as autoridades competentes.

ATENÇÃO: Potencial burla.
Comprei uma garrafa online em dezembro de 2018 para ser entregue como prenda de Natal antes de 24 de dezembro. Para além do processo de compra online ter corrido muito mal por causa de erros no website, o serviço ao cliente foi péssimo e nada profissional.
Passou o Natal e descobri que a garrafa no foi entregue.
Contactei via e-mail várias vezes para além do formulário de contacto no website. Nunca recebi resposta.
Pedi a devolução do dinheiro e não devolveram.
Em suma: fiz uma encomenda, paguei e o artigo nunca foi entregue. Ficaram com o meu dinheiro.
NÃO RECOMENDO QUE ENCOMENDEM NADA NESTE WEBSITE - TRATA-SE DE UMA POTENCIAL BURLA.

By the sounds of it this place seems like a scam, they have sent me a tracking that doesn’t work. I’ve emailed them and paid a crazy amount for shipping. If I don’t get a reply by Monday latest I’ll be going to the bank to have my money back. I’ll come back and edit this post to let you know if it’s a scam or not.

Ordered and paid on the 14th of April but never received my complete order.
They do not respond to emails or phone calls.
Most of the positive reviews seem to be fake when you take a closer look.
Big Scam so far, I can only recommend NOT to order from this Shop.
Still hope to get the issue resolved though as I placed a large order and paid in advance.

These reviews are fake. Most of the "reviwers" have never been to Portugal. I ordered 3 cases of wine on 22 March and paid for delivery "within 5 working days ". When i heard nothing i messaged the company and was told my order would be sent on 27 March. My order status was updated on 30 March to "processing in progress". It remained at that status until 3 April. When i queried how long it took to process an order the status changed to "shipped". However as at 13 April the order has still not been handed over to the carrier. I am wondering if this is a scam site.

Já tinha feito várias compras pela Internet, sempre sem problemas. Desta vez, foi um desastre! Fiz uma encomenda em 8/2/2020 e nunca mais tive resposta. Nem telefone nem email funcionaram. Fui lá pessoalmente reclamar (Porto - Santo Tirso) porque a mercadoria já estava paga, e mesmo assim só hoje (dia 27/2) recebi a encomenda.
Algo se alterou. É preciso ter cuidado.

Not recommended. Promtly takes your money but the deliveries are often very late if at all and rarely you get what you actually paid for. Customer service is on and off, but usually off.

Muito estranho, o primeiro pedido foi enviado rapidamente e por inteiro, mas aguardo os últimos dois pedidos há mais de um mês, e Winehouse não está respondendo. Se você é um vendedor e aceita dinheiro, o cliente deve receber feedback. Qualquer problema não é motivo para silêncio.

Achtung, nichts kaufen!
Meine Bestellung liegt schon 2 Monate zurück und es wurde nichts geliefert. Emails werden nicht bearbeitet und Anrufe nicht entgegengenommen. Das Geld aber wurde abgebucht. :-(

Update 31.12.19:
Habe den Vorgang bei PayPal gemeldet und heute wurde das Geld vom "winehouse" bzw. "destinyfairies" zurückerstattet. Hmmm.

SCAM ALERT
All these similarly written reviews are FAKE! This company are some kind of scam artists. We have been waiting since November for our order to be delivered. The phone lines ring out and there is no customer service. We have written 6 emails and all unresponsive.
The first order took 3 weeks to arrive so I am still hopefully we will eventually get the order but was very embarrassing to not have any of the gifts for Christmas we had told people about

Efetuei uma compra a 7 de Novembro e até hoje não recebi a encomenda nem tão pouco respondem aos telefonemas e emails. Não comprem nada aqui, saem defraudados. Perdi o dinheiro e a encomenda. Já recebi email com uma suspota guia da DHL quando ameacei fazer queixa mas já suspeitava que a guia deveria ser falsa. Já contactei a DHl e constatei que não existe nenhum envio em transito tal como me foi dito. Já os denunciei ás finanças e policia. Bastava terem devolvido o dinheiro tal como tinha pedido.

Do not, under any circumstances, order from here! They take your money, but do not send your order. They've been using the excuse that any delay is because 'they've recently moved warehouse' for months (check the other reviews!). They don't respond to emails or messages. The only positive I have from this experience is that I paid using PayPal, so at least I'll get my money back. I don't know if the five star reviews they've received here are real or fake. What I do know if that this has been the worst online shopping interaction I've ever had. Caveat emptor!!!

To avoid! It took three months and several reminders for delivery. Wine was so poorly packed that one bottle brook. No refund or replacement allthough the official damage report was clear. No answers to emails. This dealer is not seriuos and should be avoided.

Parece que a minha encomenda está perdida e não encontro forma de os contactar.

I had ordered once from here previously and it took a while but they were responsive, this was about 2 years ago.
Recently ordered around £200 worth of wine, all I got back was barely any replies, no status updates, managed to get an email once and even though I called tons of times no one seemed to pick the phone.
Would avoid this place 100%.

Meine Bestellung ist seit zwei Monaten bezahlt. Eine Auslieferung ist nicht in Sicht. Anfragen werden nicht beantwortet. Ich habe seit 2013 mehr oder weniger gute Erfahrungen mit Winehouseportugal gemacht, aber noch keinen Totalausfall erlitten. Also besser - Finger weg!

I cannot relate to anyone giving this company a 5* review. If the reviews are genuine you are very lucky people. What I can relate to is the experience suffered by Tomas, posted 2 days ago. He and I it seems are not so lucky. I placed an order for 6 cases of wine 2 months ago, on the 16th July, and paid 352 Euros. Since then I have e-mailed too many times to mention chasing this order. I received one reply on the 2nd August stating "Our apologies for delay, we expect to send your order in the beginning of next week", since then nothing. I have rung and rung and the phone just rings out. I have given up any hope of seeing my wine, which I state again I have paid for. This essentially amounts to theft and people should know that they are dealing with a company that are fully prepared to take your money and not provide you with the goods you purchased. I repeat, this is theft. I cannot post this without giving 1 star, these are con merchants not wine merchants so deserve no stars. I only wish I had read up on the reviews before placing this order, expensive lesson, but lesson learnt...........

The prices change (ie. go up) once you sign up! When asked about this, I got no response from customer service. Each wine is around 50p to £1 more when you sign into your account, which is very strange and a bit deceptive.

Horror...ich habe Mitte März Wein Online bestellt. Nach 1 Monat versucht per Email und Telefon Kontakt aufzunehmen, aber ohne Erfolg. Nach 2 Monaten Polizei eingeschaltet.
Nach 3 Monaten war der Wein dann da und noch mit dem falschen Jahrgang!!! Ohne Worte...nie wieder.
